I called this place when I was on my way today to place a Togo order. I am not to sure about why 2 turkey and 2 bacon wake up wraps with 3 orders of hash browns was so difficult. However, the girl on the phone took my order and I had to keep repeating my order to her because she kept getting it incorrect. Then after an extended conversation about my order she told me it won't be quicker then coming in because I will need to pay first at the register. Ok so what was the purpose of taking my order over the phone. When I arrived they didn't have my order in the system or even written down. Just ridiculous! The reason I wanted to place my order ahead of time is because they are so slow with putting your order together and it's always hot inside the store. Last time I came here i stood in line for 15 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me and it was so hot inside the store I left without even placing my order. Today there were only 3 people ahead of me and again it took forever to get my order. Basically I am never going back!!! read more

Very busy Dunkin in good location the line was moving slow but in recent visits it has improved. I wish they would adopt a coffee only line when line gets out the door. Like most the store gets dirty because they get overwhelmed at times. Having another store in Haymarket would help serve area. read more

Ordered a turkey flat bread and they forgot the egg!!! Not to mention the hash browns are completely over done. Terrible service, terrible attitudes of the employees especially the woman who was making the sandwich. Do not recommend. Do your self a favor and go to Starbucks. read more

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS LOCATION. The employees could not be less rude and do not care in the least about their customers. I used to frequent this Dunkin' Donuts location and I went in there today and as I was walking up to the counter to place an order, someone who walked in after me jumped in front of me as I was walking up to order. Two employees were standing at the counter and both saw what happened and neither of them did anything. This was completely disrespectful to me as a customer. I tried to say something but no one did anything. The employees having noticed this happen, should have said something. This is not how we should be treated as customers. When I tried to say something to an employee they could have cared less and did nothing to rectify the situation. To the manager of this location, you should have a talk with your employees about what First Come First Serve means. You lost a long time patron of your restaurant. read more

I ordered a simple cup of black coffee. It tasted like it was three days old. I ordered a Ham Egg and Cheese sandwich. The egg tasted like they where nuked a week ago and reheated yesterday, and the ham was well... I think it was ham. The box of donuts I ordered to take home to the kids, well they could have been donuts, but they also could have been chocolate flavored hockey pucks with sprinkles. I am not sure what happened to this place because it used to be pretty good. When they 1st opened up the staff was falling over the customers trying to help them, but now they have been open for a while I guess it doesn't matter very much. read more

Donuts are always pretty good, coffee isn't necessarily the best but it's good enough. It's also pretty close to home. I'm a fan.

Visited this place early in their morning before the breakfast crowd came in. They receive 2 starts solely for their promptness of pouring me a cup of decaf coffee and a cup of hot chocolate. The donuts that we were given were hard and stale. Similar to what a box of donuts would be after a day of sitting out. The frosting on the stale donuts was minimal and hard/dried up. To the trash they immediately went. I can get my breakfast satisfaction elsewhere. read more

Went to this location3 times and every time they messed up my order. This last time, I ordered a wheat bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side, well I got the opposite. So I asked the lady to make me another one w/out cream cheese and toasted, she seemed annoyed. (this wouldn't of happened if she would've made it correct the first time) We also ordered #4 which is Sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant combo. Well, we got half of the combo the other half was missing. We had 4 hash browns in the little bag, yes 4. (unfortunately, we didn't check this order). Make sure to check your order before you leave. I've walked out of there twice without my coffee. If the employees moved any slower they would stop. I watched one struggle to make change like she had never counted money before. Like I need to get a coffee, pay and get down the road! making new friends in line at DK is not what I want to do in the morning. Worst dunkin' Ive ever been to. It took about 20 minutes for them to make us bacon egg and cheeses. Then after those 20 minutes, they got the order wrong, giving us them on croissants instead of bagels. Then another 5 minutes, they got us bagels but messed up our order again, giving us sausage instead. A bunch of morons run this place; give this dunkin a pass and go to anywhere else. read more

First off, avoid this place at all costs. Food is frozen half the time on the handful of occasions I've been there and the owner seems oblivious to basic customer service needs. Pest control seems to be an issue there too.... I saw someone drop a box of donuts in the back and quickly pick them up again.... disgusting. read more

Whatever you do don't stop here! I got a gift card in my holiday stocking and used it but they gave me a receipt but not my card back. When I went back they wanted me to jump through a bunch of hoops to get my money back based on the credit shown on my receipt. It took forever and I ultimately had to leave minus my credit and with a third of my order wrong for the second time in a row. These people don't even keep enough normal donuts on hand to get a dozen! I now have gone back to the Dunkin Donuts near Wegmans. This shop is the worst of the worst! read more

Great location for morning commuters from Warrenton and Fauquier County heading to DC (yuck). Unfortunately, the customer service and the lack of quality offering (properly made food/drink) have been the achilles heel weak point of this establishment since the opening. Unfortunately, the same owner, I believe from middle E., owns almost all of Dunkin donuts around prince william, mannasas, fairfax, and surrounding area, and thus I don't see any future improvement.. Went to buy a breakfast sandwich and when the order came out it was a different sandwich than what I ordered. Obviously told the employee, and assumed they were fixing the mistake, but almost 10 min later realized they weren't and asked. Told them what I ordered - again - and they started making it. So, 20+ minutes after my original order, I finally leave with what I assume to be the correct order...realize when I open it, that it is the exact same sandwich they first gave me, reheated so that all the sesame seeds on the bagel were burnt. Lousy process for picking up your hot beverage or sandwich. Little to no organization and there's zero room to wait for your order. There's has got to be a better way to announce an order other than repeating every item in the order. Might I suggest first names or a numbering system. The worst Dunkin Donuts around.. I have walked and in out with nothing at least 3 or 4 times.. Went yesterday they had no donuts with sprinkles for a kids party.. then I said I would take a breakfast sandwich, NO BREAD!! YES they had nothing I went in to get.. this is not the first time .. My kids on time had plastic in their donuts, PLASTIC .. the store is run horribly.. poor owner/management skills for the years it has been open.. I will drive past from now on and go to Harris Teeter, bigger better donuts that are freshly made, not shipped in on a truck !! read more

Absolutely horrible service. After waiting 20 minutes (from the time on my receipt) for a plain, untoasted croissant -- no eggs or anything, just a simple croissant, I walked out without it. When I asked the register operator at the 15 minute mark if she could just hand me the croissant because it was just a room temperature item like the donuts, she wouldn't do it -- said I had to wait for all the other items to be cooked ahead of my order-- but mine required no cooking, just like a donut! They were sitting there on a tray in donut area! Other customers awaiting their orders were receiving their items fixed incorrectly. The last time I visited this location, similar story. They give you a number to reference on your receipt and then call out the item when ready by what it is, not by the number, so the people waiting aren't sure if it is theirs or someone ahead of them. Never again! I bought doughnuts for some hard working people working on my house only to find the doughnuts were stale! I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee and today, I was treating my son to a donut and OJ. Whipped out my Little League savings card and they would only give us a 5% discount when the card clearly says 10%. Seems like they are getting the positive publicity for being on the card without honoring their sponsorship. The manager was also very rude when she responded.
