    Medium coffee , not filled

This coffee tasted awful...., just a reminder why I stop patronizing this DD. I asked for medium cappuccino with chocolate syrup and whip cream, no milk and no whip cream my fault hoping they improved.

I keep giving this Dunkin second and third and fifth and tenth chances because it has a drive-thru. And every time is just regret. Today we had the pleasure of what is allegedly an xl hot coffee with cream and an iced coffee, allegedly with cream. I am baffled as to how a Dunkin can fail at... coffee. Basic coffee. The original blend is either the dregs of an old pot, or some kind of mix of the other coffees that they have. Not original blend; not even passable coffee. 1/5 Iced coffee with cream: god awful. Asked for 5 creams, got 1 (basically nothing). But it's just sugar water with coffee flavor. 1/5 It keeps happening, from bagels to hash browns to any kind of coffee. All terrible. Look. It's my fault. I need to just say goodbye and go to the one near wegmans. Please go to another Dunkin. Please. Put this one out of business. Start fresh, unlike the coffee here, somehow.

I visited this Dunkin' Donuts location for breakfast recently. I ordered a small cup of coffee with room for cream, their breakfast waffle sandwich (bacon, egg, and cheese between two waffles), a sausage, egg, and cheese on a Croissant, hash browns, and a bottle of water. I ordered and paid for - extra cheese on both breakfast sandwiches. I sat down to eat at one of the tables in the dining area - and discovered that no extra cheese was added to either breakfast sandwich. So I took them back to the counter - and they added the extra cheese. I sat down again - the cheese was not melted at all - and the sandwiches were room temperature - not hot at all. The hash browns were also bordering on room temperature. And the coffee - surprisingly - was rather watery and weak. I won't be coming back here again! #DunkinDonuts

This was easily my favorite restaurant customer service experience. The employee, James, not only fixed my car but also managed to heal my blind grandpa. He may be the second coming of Jesus, though I like to think of him as the first coming of James.

The two doughnuts on top look terrible.

Used the drive-thru and ordered two medium coffees and a half-dozen doughnuts. When I got home, I was very disappointed that they even served two of the strawberry frosted doughnuts that looked more like plain doughnuts smeared with a touch of frosting. The attached picture should prove my point. Really?!! Ayou have kids who love strawberry frosted doughnuts, it makes you a little embarrassed that this is what you're bringing home. I had to drop my review from two stars to one for the following reason: I visited this location this morning and ordered a medium coffee. I was told I could have a free donut because today is National Doughnut Day. When I pulled up to the window, they told me it was $3.57. I knew it should only be $2.21 because I've ordered a medium coffee there before, so I said, "3.57 for a medium coffee". The girl working the window responded, "for the coffee and the doughnut" so I said, "I thought the doughnut was free". She then took away the cost of the doughnut making the price $2.21. She stated, "I was just checking". Checking what? To see if I would pay for the free doughnut they offered? I wonder how many people have been charged today for a "free" doughnut.

Being from New York the…read morecronut is a staple- Freddy's got them beat in every way- the cronut itself is super light and crisp. The flakey buttery layers is heaven. The size of the cronut is huge compared to the Dominique Ansel one. Freddy's is the size of your hand where the other is a quarter size smaller. The cronut at Freddy's is also cheaper going at $4.25 versus $7.75 at Dominique Ansel. They come in glaze drizzle, chocolate and vanilla drizzle, maple drizzle and French toast. Cronuts not available or don't feel like a big cronut...ask if they have the cronut bites. They come in a set of three and you can get either glaze drizzle or cinnamon sugar. The size of their classic and specialty donuts are huge. We are talking easily can be sharable (if you want to). Currently the pricing of their donuts are: $1.95 house/ $2.75 specialty/$2.75 cake/ $3.25 monster filled. They have quite the creative list of flavors. No gluten free options though. Their donuts are light and flavorful. It's not overly sweet at all and well balanced. By their size you get your bang for your buck. If you want to get your choosing of flavors, it's better to go at the start of the day. Later in the day you chance that they could be sold out on flavors - especially if they are busy that day. The donuts are packed in whimsical boxes that are colorful and say "You Deserve A Donut." They also have drinks for purchase but we didn't grab any- maybe next time. On the wall they also have cute donut themed shirts with popular cartoons and characters like Bluey, Pikachu and Deadpool. There is limited parking around the shop. Otherwise plenty of street parking. We took our donuts to go but you can also dine there in front of the store where they have picnic tables. The building looks like it might have been a service gas station in the past. It's decorated with a snake mural and they also have neat drawings inside on their chalkboard menu. We will definitely be back since we have friends that live in the next town over who are also huge fan. 100% recommend this sweet place.

An assortment of flavors, from red velvet and sourdough, to cream filled. It was this latter where Texas stands out: they can fill it with a variety of fillings using a machine on every stoners wish list: it injects the donut with flavors. I got two chocolate glazed filled with Bavarian, and whitw creme, and a long john of Bavarian. The cream fillings were great, no trouble there. The donuts were.. different. Donuts have that progression, from air filled Krispy Kreme, to dense cake donuts, and used hockey pucks left over from 1987 Duncan Donuts. I like the airy kind, not so much as Krispy because that's too thin, but something with heft, but air pockets. Texas rides the line between pockets of air and density, and what it tasted like is that they had been airy at one point, but those pockets collapsed on themselves creating a hybrid airy/dense donut. Tasty, but not top of my list. That spot still belongs to Duck Donuts. It's possible the Texas donuts I had were sitting out a bit, or the creme filling caused a collapse of the internal donut structure. I'm not sure but I will go back to try the denser varieties to be sure. Very nice employees, calm and clean interior. Parking is tough, on a hill in tight spots, or down around the hill and climb some stairs.

I bought a dozen to share and somehow made it home with three and a story that started with, "They must have shorted me." Amazing staff. Incredible doughnuts. This is one of Lorton's hidden gems. But let me give you one piece of advice: Get there EARLY. Nothing hurts more than walking in with your heart set on an apple fritter, only to watch the person in front of you buy the last one. Baby, that's the kind of disappointment you think about all day. Buy extras. Trust me. These doughnuts will have you saying things you don't mean and protecting your box like it's family heirlooms.
