I ordered a large frozen coffee caramel flavored with skim milk. The cashier was very courteous and happy sounding. She greeted me with a pleasant voice. She took my order. And thanked me for the order. When I got to the window. She greeted me again. And took my payment. After giving my drink. She thanked me again and said have a good day. My drink was correct and extremely flavorful. I didn't get the young lady's name. But at 7am on 10/8/20 the cashier at the drive through should be commended. PERHAPS IF WE IGNORE CUSTOMERS THEY WILL STOP BOTHERING US! This was the most customer-unfriendly Dunkin Donuts I have ever had the misfortune to wander into. A bit of advice for the owners: if you really do not want customers to patronize your shop, simply lock the doors and post a sign so that they will not bother your staff at the counter and force them to actually do their jobs. I think most folks thought that the purple biohazard tape on the doors was for Halloween, but maybe it wasn't and they were warning customers to stay away? In that case, do not go to this location, but for a more concerning reason! We stopped in to grab a quick dozen on our way to meet some friends and saw there were two gentlemen working the window and another working in the back but no one covering the counter where two customers were already in line. We got in line and two more customers came in after us. A chime signals each time the door opens, and the only time one of the workers acknowledged the growing line was to exclaim annoyingly that there were a bunch of people at the counter. We waited...and waited...and waited. In the 10-15 minutes we were waiting, the two customers in front of us and one behind us gave up and left. We finally decided to leave, and the one customer behind us stayed at the counter, looking like they were about to give up, too. This was a smaller location but the service and employees were great. I did an on-the-go order and went inside because the line was long. By the time I received my drink, everyone in the line was gone. So next time I'll just pick it up in the drive thru. I ordered my usual Iced coffee with flavored swirls, no sugar or cream. Unfortunately, they missed the mark on this one! My drink was way too sweet, which means they either added to much swirl mix or added sugar and cream. I went to this dunkins at 3am in the morning for some coffee and hashbrowns becuase that shit is godly like god damn put it on my plate with some tartar sauce and im fucking dead. Anyways, I walked in and the smell of fresh ass dounts hit me and I knew I had to buy one. However there was no one working the desk. Later after a it of exsploration I saw that no one won was there. I even went behind the front desk and saw no one. So I decided to leave some money on the desk and took 5 bags of hash browns and like 1donut with an ice coffe. Shitty costumer service. This location is TERRIBLE. I've been on 2 separate occasions and was let down both times. The first day I went to get an iced latte and a glazed donut, when the drive thru employee told me they were sold out of donuts! Mind you it was only about 2pm in the afternoon! Unacceptable! The 2nd time I went at 11:45am to order a matcha latte when the employee said they had sold out of matcha that morning! How is that possible/okay. They need to re-evaluate how they order inventory. I would be more understanding if these incidents happened in the evening or night but running out of things in the morning/early afternoon is just ridiculous! read more

At one time Dunkin' made their donuts in store. The next day they discounted day old donuts. Now donuts are shipped in and sold it appears when they are already a few days old. $7 for 6 staled donuts is ridiculous. Not sure if all locations are like this. Staff are kind of rude. Girl filling my order kept stopping to talk to the cute guy in line behind me. Then stopped taking care of me all together the make a iced coffee drink for him. Then took care of a customer who returned with a drink he didn't like cuz it was too sweet. Finally got back to filling my order 10 minutes later while other staff just stood around laughing and joking around. I always have great service at this location, even if it's in the super early in the morning or really late at night. Today, I had ordered a sugar cookie latte (they're the bomb).. I even got offered a free donut! It made my day, just that minor hospitality that they offered, put a smile on my face. The employees are always smiling, and the drinks are always made correctly. I don't write many reviews, but felt this time I should. I stopped for donuts today, to take to the hospital where my brother is very ill. I wanted to give the icu nurse station a treat today. The service I received from the young lady at the counter made my morning. She was so pleasant and cheerful, and HELPFUL!! Made my somber morning turn as bright as the sun that is shining today. She made me smile and even helped with the door as I made my way out with my boxes. My receipt doesn't show her name, I wish I remembered it. Anyway, great job today. Turned my morning around. My boyfriend and I come here quite often and the staff is always polite and nice. They always make our coffees right but their only downfall is their breakfast sandwiches. The croissant is burnt while under-toasted at the same time. I don't understand how that's possible but it's a consistent dilemma. This one was always good until recently the past two Saturday mornings between 9-10am. I went and the service was horrible! The first time I went inside, The line was long and slow moving.I asked for the special of two bacon egg cheese on a croissant for $5. I got two different sandwiches one was correct and the other was a sausage sandwich! Then today I went,I asked for two turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on wheat bagel! I was in the drive thru and She told me to pull around as I was pulling around and letting up my window I thought I her say we have know wheat bagels by that time I was already in motion and there was a car behind me moving towards me. Pretty good coffee , super nice staff. The donuts are not as good as I remember as a kid ,but I still love them. It's open 24 /7 but only have donuts till 12 am. I remember when I was young they made them right in house. They would probably get more business late night if they had fresh donuts 24/7. I still love the place .
