This Dunkin' has definitely improved ! Have been going to this Dunkin for over 6 months since it's super conveniently located and I have never had a single issue with the food or drinks. Service has always been great as well. I believe It's under new ownership since it recently had some outside renovation work done as well. read more

I'm glad they accepted my coupons!! Usually most places won't. The man with the beard helped me out and allowed me to get a pretzel and count it as a donut for my coupon. Good coffee too! I got the French vanilla swirl and it's pretty good. Not too sweet like McDonald's. read more

This is the closet Dunkin to my house, so I frequent often, and I order the same thing every single time yet EVERY time it's a gamble on how it's going be. Today is the last straw. My husband went and ordered an ICED caramel coffee w/ skim and liquid cane sugar. When he got home he said this doesn't look right. It was pure watered down coffee. With zero ice. THEY PUT HOT COFFEE OVER ICE! Are you kidding me? This place needs to get it together. I hardly encounter nice workers and the fact that they can't even make an iced caramel coffee correctly is a huge concern for a DUNKIN employee. read more

This Dunkin' is ridiculously slow. The drive thru is often wrapped around the building in the morning. Also randomly out of things first thing in the morning (no skim milk for days, latte machine not turned on yet, etc). It's a mess. Mobile order at 8:30 line wrapped around the corner. So I went inside, my drink order was ready food was not..waited another 20minutes and asked again the girl said there was a wait..duh. I had to work so I left and came back. Do you know they had the audacity to give me a cold breakfast sandwich. Then the girl attempts to lecture me .."For future reference.." no apologies for me having to turn around and come back and keep in mind Im not the only one coming inside so people are being extra spicy. So I figured it would be best to just come back and give them about 10min or so. Obviously they are disorganized and dont have a process to be efficent. So she gives me the sandwich I give it back as for a fresh one and she attempts to tell me again that I can always come inside... Um mam!! I did and yall was fumbling around steppin all over one another. I dont know if she thought that she was going to practice being a manager with me or what. I told her I did come inside how do you think I got my drink, I waited 20min and yall didnt have my sandwich ready. This is also the location that turns off mobile ordering. Ill never come back to this one, further up the street is the other Dunkin and they are efficient and nice. Okay, I stop here every time on my way to visit my mother. This place NEVER has the donuts I order. The iced coffee is never right. Everything about this particular Dunkin Donuts is wrong, wrong, wrong. Listen, and I actually hate saying this, the workers are kind of idiots. Well, maybe apathetic is a better word. I'm sure they're paid shit, so I don't blame them. Workers like the ones here are a reflection of the business, not bad people. They're out of those pudding filled donuts so often that I don't even bother ordering them. Although last time we were there, that was the only kind of donut they had. Sometimes my iced coffee contains coffee grounds. Sometimes it's made with ice and just regular coffee from the coffee pot. I think other places use a stronger kind of coffee. Other Dunkin Donuts are okay. I'm not a big fan, but I like them. This place is something else, though. Yeah, I'm going to keep stopping here on every trip through the area because it's a tradition now. It always gives us something to kvetch about for the next 45 minutes of the journey. read more

Every time I go to this location, I am poorly greeted and never treated kindly. The workers here are always rude and give me attitude. On multiple occasions I have ordered items, and they are not made how they are in the picture and are missing ingredients. Numerous times I have ordered a "frozen hot chocolate" and have gotten back a drink without the whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. I have asked them to make it correctly and they say that it costs extra for that, which it doesn't because it shows it in the picture and in the item description. I have waited for 10 minutes to order inside when there is no drive through line and no one in front of me, due to them not being at the counter and seeing me. I am truly upset with the way this place is ran, and I want something done about it. I love Dunkin and I love their coffee, but going to this location close to me ruins my morning. I dread giving this location business. Today, I called the location and asked for the name of one of the employees who always has an attitude and never makes my order right. He answered the phone and said his name was "Nate". I didn't get a last name because they did not want to give it to me. I asked if a manager was there and they said yes, he gave the phone to some woman and I said "may I have your name please ma'am", she responded back to me and said "what is your problem? I gave you a refund already?!"... I didn't even go to this location today, I was just trying to get her name so I can write this email from prior visits and complaints that I have piled up. So I said back to her "excuse me ma'am? I haven't even been to this location today and ordered anything. I want your name please." I cannot believe she accused me of someone who was there earlier today. This establishment is unprofessional and do not know how to handle customers. The lack of customer service skills makes me sick. So I got her name finally and she said it was "Amber". And I asked if she was the manager, and she said "no the manager is Bob!" And hung up the phone on me. This Dunkin location has the worst service that have ever received by far, and does not deserve to get away with how they treat their customers. I have been going here for over 3 years now and have not once had a good experience. I dread going to this location, even though it is the closest one to my house and on my commute to work and school. I will not be giving Dunkin Donuts my money if this problem is not fixed. You sit at the speaker. You sit in line. And nobody inside seems to care. Not sure how but this is the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to

Well the Dunkin' Donuts inside the Shell gas station at the corner of Liberty Fairfield and Rt 4 is nothing short of a Sh#t Show. The speed of service is quite horrible especially if the typical crew is working. The guy that always seems to be running the place has a beard fit for a viking. If he's outside smoking when you walk in I would suggest calling in late to work because you are in for an extra 15 minute wait. Besides his entitlement to take long smoke breaks his nonchalant attitude towards towards customer service will also add to your delay. One day I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and ended up waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes for it. I sat and watched as they made order after order for the drive thru. Each time they finished up an order I hoped that it was mine but it wasn't. Finally the bearded fellow who took my order asked what I was waiting for (I guess he forgot what he rang me up for since it had been so long). I said a bagel with cream cheese. So he finally asked the person who was making up the orders to make my bagel. The guy making the food was an older hispanic gentlemen who moved at the pace of a snail and really didn't seem to understand what food was supposed to be being made and where it was supposed to be going. At one point he was just standing and watching the other two workers as they ran around the place taking and filling drive thru orders and seemed to be waiting for some kind of direction. Going back to the beard, I've worked in the food industry for 23 years and I've always been made to wear a hair net and a beard net if not clean shaved. How food service workers can work around, prepare and handle food with massive beards really blows my mind. It's really unacceptable in regards to FDA standards and I think it's time for these standards to be pushed down to restaurants and small food handling establishments. In closing I have learned not to stop at this Dunkin' Donuts location if I am on my way to work or if I have to be somewhere on time. If I have and extra 15 minutes to spare I may stop in but I truly just value my time so I typically just avoid this place. read more

This DD is awesome. It's inside of a Shell station but they have a drive thru which is an amazing thing on my way to work. I've been stopping in lately for their red velvet lattes. I'm a big fan - they're pretty delicious. And a little bit cheaper than a latte at Starbucks. I've never had a bad cup of coffee from this location. Ok so yes I'm love Dunkin and yes it shows because I'm the Duke! For the most part this location always had friendly workers and the coffee is usually fresh. If you come later in the morning the selection of donuts is pretty slim. The new southwest supreme bagel is pretty amazing. Use your prepaid Dunkin card to earn points towards free beverages. read more

I love D&D. Grew up with it back home in CT. However, this one in the Shell station in front of the Kroger at the corner of Rt. 4 and Hamilton-Mason is a damn disaster. The idiot behind the counter didn't have a clue what I meant by light and sweet. She rang up Sweet n Low and, after I continued to try to explain it to her, she just stared at me with a blank look on her face. I politely just asked for my coffee black and I would take care of it myself. After that, I stood waiting for my sausage, egg and cheese for at least ten minutes before they realized they forgot to make it (one other person in the store and two in the drive thru). Its close by so I figured to give it another go after a few months ago when I wanted to get a box of Joe for my coworkers so I stopped here. Again, a dimwit behind the counter. She tells me its going to be "at least 20 minutes to make that" because she was "too busy". There was NOBODY in the store or drive thru. At least 20 minutes for a bladder filled with coffee put in a box? And you wonder why nobody wants to pay fast food workers $15 per hour?! read more

I've been to this location twice. The first time I ordered a pumpkin spice iced coffee. It was disgusting! It was way to sweet. I got a large and barely took 4 sips before throwing it away. I went again about a week later and got a mocha iced coffee. It was much better! However, I ordered a large and the woman said, "our mediums are 99 cents right now". Why would I get a smaller size than I ordered? If I'm ordering a bigger size, I'm obviously prepared to pay more money. I ended up just getting the medium though. I got a large black coffee. When I got to the window to pay the woman said they were out of large cups so she gave him an extra large for the same price. I thought that was nice, but after reading another review, it seems that they are out of things frequently. It makes me wonder if that's why the woman suggested the 99 cent medium to me; perhaps they were out of large iced coffee cups as well? I also believe I saw a drug deal take place near the gas pumps. I know this has more to do with the people in the area than Dunkin Donuts itself, but it is something to maybe be aware of if you visit this location! read more
