I have to say that I'm basing this review on door dash orders and not in person visits. Needless to say every order placed to this location has resulted in the wrong order. I don't eat meat and the few times I've ordered breakfast sandwiches it came with meat when I didn't ask for it. On the last, yes this will definitely be my last order, I wanted an assortment of munchkins and I ended up with a dozen of the, imo, crappy wedding cake munchkins. Swung by off of expressway to grab two hot coffees. They didn't have a big selection of bakery items which is understood since it was 1pm. There was a long line in drive thru. We were greeted immediately and our order taken by a friendly employee. That transaction was quick. We did end up waiting quite some time for our two hot coffees. If you're thinking of stopping here, do yourself a favor and keep moving. Walked in just around 1:30 pm and the place was a ghost town. Most of the donuts were gone and when I asked when they would be replenished I got back a snarky "we don't". Employees were sitting around on their phones without any acknowledgment of a customer in their presence. This Dunkin needs to do better or close down. I ordered a hot chocolate and got it the cup felt like it wasn't entirely full, so I checked it and it looked like dirty mop water. The fact that the worker filled up my drink & seen it and still put a lid on it and gave it to me. DISGUSTING! No wonder everyone dislikes this location. I went back in and asked for a new one, and it took 2 min to be acknowledged (there were at least 5 people working) and the woman who acknowledged me said that's how the machine makes it come out and then another person kindly jumped in and volunteered to make it for me. I re-downloaded the Yelp app to give my opinion here. Normally I don't complain, especially working in service for many years. I'm not sure if the people working here are genuinely incompetent or if they really just couldn't care less. I will admit that I'm a repeat offender when it comes to ordering here, but it's close to home and convenient. However, after today I give up. My boyfriend ordered a medium cool mint tea with literally nothing in it. We waited for it for almost 10 minutes, and they handed us a hot chocolate with whip cream. Why are you working harder than you need to? How are cool mint tea and hot chocolate even remotely on the same radar? Without fail, every time we order here, something is wrong with the order or missing. The things that are made correctly are made with minimal effort or care. Sometimes I feel like the employees have their eyes closed the moment they clock in until they leave. There is one woman working there who may be new within the past few months, it's clear she was probably brought in to whip them into shape. She is the only one who cares about customers or even smiles. The nasty attitudes I've gotten for simply asking questions inside, long wait times just to receive the entire wrong order, and just complete laziness. Don't know how they're still open. That one girl rips though, I wish I knew her name because she's made me some solid coffees. I know this is a corporation so likely no changes will be made, but the employees should know that the customers all see the laziness and it just reflects poorly on them. I'd recommend the horrible Wawa up the street than this place any day. read more

This is place is horrible, I went to the men's bathroom and there wasn't any toilet paper. Then I went to go wash my hands, I reached for the soap and I pushed down and the entire top came off! I will put it very simply, it is more time efficient to drive to the next town's Dunkin Donuts than to stop at this one. There is never anyone in the dining room, and often will hop in the drive thru lane with less than 3-4 cars in front of me... 25 minutes lost in drive thru wait. The cashier gave us the wrong donut and even recognized it was her fault. We wanted the chocolate frosted donut but we got a chocolate glazed donut. When I walked up to return the donut, they forced me to throw it in the trash and waste food in order to get the one I ordered. I understand they needed to have the wrong one in order to get the correct one but forcing a customer THEMSELVES to throw away food is heartbreaking. Forcing a customer to throw food in the trash is horrible. It was my mom's order and I took a bite out of the donut and got told not to do that if I wanted my correct order. We spent $28 buying two coffees, two donuts, hash browns, bagel bites, and two chapstick coffee key chains. I didn't think I would get the third degree for taking a bite out of a donut they gave my mom by accident. Food waste is a huge problem and making your customers do that is disgraceful. Skip this Dunkin and just drive to the next one. Live in town and they will 100% of the time mess up your order if you have more than two items. Just check your bag before pulling away unless you want to wait back in line for them to give you what you paid for. Also, my shit was burnt. I hate this Dunkin. OK ,so where do I begin. First is the pothole in the line for drive thru.You can literally lose a tire and has been like that for a yr. Nothing like ordering an iced coffee for my hour and a half commute to not be able to drink it without taking the lid off. When I asked for a straw the drive thru tenant gave a slight laugh and said "sorry no straws, we're waiting on the bank to open so we can go get money." From Williamstown and love our local Dunkins. Stopped here going down the shore. Whatever girl was working the drive through at 1045am on 7/22/20 was incredibly rude. My husband is always polite while ordering, but she was just plain miserable. My husband ordered munchkins for our children sitting in the back. Before he could finish his sentence she cuts him off with the exact words of "what kind?! Like what am I doing?!" With the rudest attitude. Went through the drive-through today and ordered a frozen coffee at the suggestion of the attendant. It was the worst coffee drink I have ever had. Tasted sour and had to just throw it out. I love this Dunkin Donuts for 3 reasons: 1. My drink is consistently made the same way every time I order it. If I ask for iced coffee a certain way I'm never let down. 2. The staff is friendly, professional, and they strive for customer satisfaction! A rare experience at this chain. 3. The fact that they have a drive-thru makes my life so much easier with two kids in tow. No one wants to hear me drag my cranky kids in that I woke up from their car nap. read more

I wish I could do NO STARS! The WORST DD ever. Wasn't greeted at the register, instead was told, "What do you want" with a smug look. I gave my order and had to repeat 2 times because she kept entering it wrong. As I'm waiting in line for my order, I was handed an incorrect bagel order. They rudely mumbled under their breath and made gestures towards me. As I was handed the "new" order the man was extremely rude and had an attitude. It was also made even worse with slim to no cream cheese and barely put together. It's your employees who are supposed to cater to the customer. They were the ones who made it incorrectly why do I have to get attitude. I used to work at Starbucks and we would have lines out the door, drive through piling up and customers in the lobby for 3 hours straight and we always handed them their drink with a smile and without attitude. Thank God this was only a passing through DD. If you do come here, don't expect great service or a proper beverage or meal made correctly. BEWARE their parking lot is a JOKE! I don't believe I've ever posted a negative review but my experience last night warrants a change in my own policy. I've largely stopped using this DD because of multiple episodes of poor service. Decided to give another try last evening. No one in front of me when ordering a medium coffee at drive thru but someone at the window. Waited approx 10 minutes for them to get their 1 beverage and small box of donut holes. When I got to the window, they tried to sell me a big bag of something I hadn't ordered. Total confusion. Waited many more minutes for my coffee by which time long line of unhappy looking customers formed behind me. I can't figure out the continued problems here. i placed an online order for a couple items. my total came around to be 35 dollars. i had already paid on the app. when we got there i said we had a mobile order and i thought they were gonna hand me my shit. only my drink comes out. so we waited a couple secs and the girl with black hair and snobby attitude asked if she could get us anything else, i said yeah we have much more than that. she said "okay well right now i gotta do something else". as i listed off my items missing she says we are out of half of those things. she even said they were out of munchkins. i the manager told us that we could get rewards back but never explained how because he said he had no idea how to work the app. another girl comes with long blond braids comes out and she finally finds munchkin. (they were right near the register where they were very easy to access). the girl with braids dumps the donuts right in front of us and making a mess. i said we still have stuff. both girls rolled there eyes and one of them goes what else, i said my sandwich and they got all pissy. i finally get my sandwich and storm out. still can't get my money back read more

This place used to be 24 hrs, now they open at 4:30. We'll , let's say sometimes. I get there at 5 every morning, two out of five days a week, nobody is there. The other three days they're in there, lights on, staring at you, but won't take your order for some reason? Extremely lazy service!. Hey, you chose your profession, not me. Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Drive thru lady enjoyed having an attitude when you were putting your order. (Fyi asking for green ice tea is not hard). When you came up to pay they never bothered to tell you that there were no green tea and you got a substitute of ice tea. Good thing I decided to confirm my order. Never have I ever gotten exactly what I ordered from this location...even if the coffee smells right, they added milk or something I didn't ask for. They've messed up my food as well. I held off on reviewing them, but this was my last straw. I ordered On-The-Go, so my order was PRINTED and WRITTEN for them to see and follow. If you pour milk in a coffee that was supposed to be black, please don't shrug it off and hand it out the window anyway. Dump it, and start new. Or hell, just TELL ME so I can make the decision whether or not to take it anyway.
