Glad I came here despite the reviews. Loved the huge variety of bagels compared to a few other shops I've been to in the area and the prices aren't bad either. I ordered a Steak, Egg & Cheddar Cheese with fried onions on an Egg Bagel with a Hashbrown... all of this for $8.30 which is a banger. Waiting in the shop was like any bagel shop with the seating area, coffee station, and some pastries. I will have to come back to grab a tub of their cream cheese and I find it cool that they offer Seasonal Flavors. The pastries I probably wouldn't try as they look like something I could buy from the grocery store or a gas station. The bagel was delicious, but could've been toasted a pinch longer for my liking, the hashbrown was sinfully good and had the most heavenly crunch to it too. Now, when I placed this order it was only 1 woman working there and impressively cooking, taking order over the phone and rang me up; she was a gem. This is a good neighborhood bagel shop that's more than just bagels as they also serve lunch sandwiches. read more

Stopped in for lunch to go on Thursday afternoon. I was the only customer in there and neither employee working acknowledged me when I walked in. However, when I was ready to order, they quickly made my turkey reuben on an everything bagel and told me that I also got a small side cup of either macaroni salad or coleslaw on the side. I opted for the macaroni salad and it wasn't a good choice. The macaroni said was so bland. It tastes like wet noodles with a little sprinkle of pepper. The bagel, however, was perfect. The whole sandwich was hot and my bagel was toasted. It had the right chew and was loaded with everything seasoning on the outside. There are a few tables inside, if you want to dine there, and they offer a few other baked goods options in addition to the typical chips and soft drinks. The tables were clean and they had some business cards out for local advertising. I will come back for the bagels, for sure. read more

I was really craving a bagel and this happened to be on my drive home from an errand so I took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised by the large assortment of bagels both sweet and savory. When I saw the prices I realized it was more cost effective to get 1/2 a dozen rather than just 3. I got 2 cheddar jalapeño, 1 sesame seed, 2 raisin bagel and one plain. The cheddar jalapeño did have a tiny hint of flavor but wasn't overly spicy or cheesy like I was hoping. There were no pieces of jalapeño visible. The bagels are on the smaller side and dense. They were the same texture the next day just slightly harder. By the following day I had to throw them out because they were rock hard which doesn't happen with bagels from other places. I would probably give this a 2.5/5 but the girls working were nice and quick so the overall review is a 3/5 because the bagels were edible just not great. With so many bagel places in this area I will try somewhere else next time! read more

This establishment has very poor customer service; not a hello or a good morning, not even a smile. Now let's talk about the food. The bagel sandwiches that I ordered for my family were stale and dry. They were cheap with the cheese and the sausage was chewy. It also had pieces of cartilage. The hash browns were paper thin, saturated with nasty old oil. I am all about giving the local businesses good reviews and the business, but when I called to express my concerns to the manager, I was encountered with a very cocky response how everything was made fresh that morning. Average breakfast sandwich joint. Came here around 10:30 on a Saturday morning and there were a decent amount of people. I waited about 10 mins for my food. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and another one on a croissant. Both were typical sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. The bagel appeared smaller than your usual cafe bagels. The bagel was soft and lightly toasted. My brother enjoyed his croissant breakfast sandwich. They serve a variety of sandwiches, not just breakfast. read more

I had bacon egg and cheese on a toasted egg bagel. I thought it was very good. I go back every weekend.

Place sucks. Got two breakfast sandwiches, one was made correctly while the other was supposed to be a bagel with bacon&cheddar cream cheese. Assuming they didn't have any more of that cream cheese, instead of contacting me to ask if I'd like to substitute it they just put bacon pieces on a bagel. I ordered off of Doordash, and because of the issue with this sandwich, they had their own driver deliver my order so that I can't track the delivery driver, and they wouldn't finish the delivery on the Doordash app so that I won't complain and get my money back. Ordered eggs and bacon, they looked like cooked in mice.Any bagel shop cooks them on a grill, flips the eggs with a spatula and adds salt and pepper. A friendly hello and goodbye would also be nice, the mgr/ or owner with the long hair down as she attempts to make a 45 sec order in 15 minutes should take a cooking class or work at a busty shop then polish customer service. I've come here for breakfast a bunch of times (mostly for bagels or egg and cheese) and I've always really enjoyed myself. The staff is always cheery, even with a lot of people in line at the earlier parts of the day. It seems like they get a lot of regulars, and I'm sure that contributes to their happy dispositions. The eggs are cooked fresh and are, as far as I can taste, real eggs. Can't really find that at Wawa or Dunkin Donuts. I enjoy the turkey sausage. My boyfriend is into the tomato basil bagels - they're really good with the garlic cream cheese. Nice place to have a morning bite! read more

Let me start by saying that their macaroni salad is amazing. Now I know that is a weird thing to say about a bagel shop, but it was surprisingly good. I had a wheat bagel with lox, cream cheese, tomato, and onion. I was happy to see this on the menu, as too many bagel shops in South Jersey are missing this bagel staple from their menu (I didn't see if they had whitefish salad, I'll have to check next time). It was good, the bagel itself was harder than I would have liked, but wasn't stale or anything. I tried a free sample of their walnut cream cheese. It was great, sweet and nutty. I'll be back to get more of that and to try their spinach cream cheese. Awesome place to eat! Their selection of sandwiches goes beyond a "Bagel Shop." I enjoyed a cuban on a honey wheat wrap and it was delicious. Ham, turkey, swiss, mustard and pickle served warm. I also agree with the guy below about their macaroni salad. It came as a side, and you get one of those very small cups of it, which is just enough. It was very good. The place is incredibly clean and very homey, with some nice personal touches in the decor. There are a few tables and chairs(Inside and out), and the TV is always on. I just left Times Square Bagels and for the first time I was angry. I have been a customer for a long time, from back when it was the other place, not an everyday one, but when I want a bagel, I go here. I understand being busy, it's a take out ~ delivery world these days. What I take issue with is a single bagel toasted with schmear that took over 20 minutes to get together, that's after being told by the cook to take care of mine, and after her waiting on 2 other customers, who entered much later than myself....one which had a bagel with cream cheese with 6 cut bagels and the other was just a dozen, yet she continued to make me wait. I am a patient person, I wait well, however, the young lady who was responsible for waiting on people and helping the cook has no idea about prioritization, a single bagel, which took less than 3 minutes to prepare vs 2 other orders.I don't get it, no common sense here. I finally asked how much longer it would take and boom, 30 seconds later... a bagel in a bag. I am going to go back to Westmont Bagels. I was insulted when she flippantly said, "sorry about that", that is what really got to me. Don't act like you care, when clearly you do not. read more

I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich with sausage egg and cheese and a dozen of onion bagels. And I ordered an extra egg which they never gave me. The sandwich was meh. I should've paid attention to the picture of the egg sandwich. It seems that you're getting over easy eggs without the running of the yolk, but they seem like they are not fresh eggs. Kind of like what Dunkin' Donuts serves. Pre-made eggs, which I don't like. And the sausage on the sandwich was too salty. The bagels were fresh. Cream cheese is delicious. And delivery was early which was nice. :-) My only suggestion to this place is make your eggs homemade. And in an omelette style instead of an over easy egg. I will definitely order the bagels again, But not a breakfast sandwich. read more

Giving this place one star is being very generous. After waiting 25 minutes for a bagel and a turkey sandwich, while the restaurant completely empty, I approached the girl making our order and asked if it would be ready soon as we were in a rush. She was clearly a drug addict and did not give a sh** about her job. She barley looked me in the eye and was clearly pissed off. (Not sure why I wasn't being rude just concerned about the time) After receiving our order, we still offered to tip, but she shrugged us off. When we opened the bag we found that she didn't wrap our food properly (on purpose?) and everything fell apart to the bottom. The bread was frozen and the turkey had an awful smell and was clearly bad. We ended up spending 15$ for a pile of garbage. Even the Wawa down the street is better, over this garbage. read more

Decent bagels, although not the bagels I'm used too. Staff was super friendly and they had my order ready to go when I arrived and they were very knowledgeable. Honey butter was super delicious while I found the strawberry cream cheese to be lacking a little, didn't seem to be mixed very well. Probably wouldn't go back for bagels honestly , for just a little bit further of a drive there's other places to get better bagels. I have never left this place completely satisfied. For instance, today I went for a simple bagel with cream cheese and tomato. The bagel itself was OK. But the everything part of the bagel was more minced onion pieces than anything else. And despite the fact that I was the only customer that was being waited on and the worker confirmed my order about three times, she still managed to give me plain cream cheese instead of veggie cream cheese. The tomatoes were grainy, even though it is the height of tomato season in Jersey right now. Also, last time I went for a bagel with egg and cheese, there was only a small amount of egg and the cost was way to high for the amount of sandwich I got. I wish i could give this place zero stars. I have been going to this location for about ten years. Today I saw the old man behind the counter drop his writing utensil in the trash can, pull it out and place it on the cutting board where he continued to cut bagels, all while working with one glove on and when I asked not to be served the bagel he was holding with his bare hand. He told me never to come back. I worked at a similar establishment for about 3 years and not once told a customer never to return.
