I ate at Baskin Robbins which is connected to Dunkin D. baskin does NOT have an ice cream menu in the DRIVE THRU which is very confusing and waste of time.. I went on their website and asked if they had three of the flavors that sounded good on their website the cashier said they don't have any of them.. It's so stupid that they don't put the ice cream flavors on the drive thru menu because your sitting at the menu reading down the list of flavors on their website and the cashier is just like "nope, nope, nope, that one is discontinued, no don't have that one either." Then you exit the website and just tell them to read you what flavors they DO have and now your 10 minutes into trying to figure out what flavors they DO have it's so frustrating I can just go down the street to Walmart or Kroger and buy a pint for $4.99 instead of playing this "guess what flavor we have" game and pay $3 for one scoop. The coffee beans are so old that they taste nasty when you grind them and make coffee. I have never bought old coffee at a box store, I would expect the original store owner of the brand your buying would represent better than that. Never a good experience here. Always either a long drive thru line or half the menu is out of stock. However, my experience today took the cake. We waited in line at least 20 minutes then get to the intercom. It's dead silence no one even has the courtesy to say, "one moment please". I honestly thought the intercom might of been broken. I said hello periodically then someone finally said "hold on". I waited several more minutes until someone said "go head" and gave them my order. Pulled up to the window just for someone to ask, "What did you want again?". I gave my order again. No matter what time of the day I go here, there is always a problem. They either don't serve an item anymore that is still listed on the menu, they don't have anymore of an item for the day and this is as a result of a visit in the morning, the wait is incredibly long, you would think there is only one person in the building. Drive-Thru- they should get an award for the lack of professionalism and personality, because that's about the only thing they are consistent on. You sit at the intercom and there is silence, not one "Please hold maam or sir" or "I will be right with you", just sheer silence, so you say hello several times like a retard, while questioning if the intercom works, to finally have someone answer with 'what's your order", I guess they decided to skip the salutation. Then, you pull around to the drive thru window to the drive thru representative that either never had a personality or forgot it at home! While sitting at the drive thru window, you get to witness gossiping, standing around,someone checking their cell phone with the same gloves that they will use to pick your food and an occasional person that actually gives a crap about their job! As you pull away form the drive thru window, the line is now spilling out on Tara Blvd, smh! It's just a disaster! This location needs a RE-VAMP!! I ordered with my app and picked up my order via the drive thru. It was 7 in the evening. The wait was slightly long, but not unbearable. The shock was when I returned home and bit into my crueller. This Dunkin' should be shut down!!! This is the worst one I have EVER been to! The line spills out onto Tara Blvd and it takes about 15-20 min to get to the window. When you finally do they always run out of the most basic things (bacon, cream cheese, Splenda, caramel, etc...). Then they're not even apologetic about it. It's just like an "Oh well" attitude. Once you finally make it to the window you can see that there are a ton of people inside but only a couple of people working. Everyone else is laughing and joking and on their phone. Going inside is just as bad. I went inside this morning and with no one in front of me. 4 people came over to the counter getting donuts, but it took literally 3 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge me and take my order. Of course they don't have any veggie cream cheese, the associate didn't had me repeat my order because she kept talking to the people behind her. Then I still waited several more minutes for 2 coffees which are disgusting and not made according to the label! My husband and I say it all the time, but I really mean it this time. This is absolutely one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Truly, it is a delight. I must give my thanks to the morning crew, as they are the quickest and most efficient at dissolving a line that might be 6 cars long in under ten minutes. Know that y'all are appreciated. A true capitalistic masterpiece. If you were to take a closer look at Michaelangelo's "The Creation of Adam", just between Adam's and God's fingers is a small but legitimate depiction of this Dunkin' Donuts off of Tara Blvd. God Bless. read more

I LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS but will NEVER come back to this location. Ive been coming to this location for a little over a year now. I usually will stop by at least 4 times a week before work. For the passed 2-3 months the service was been bad. The customer service is terrible and they made my coffee wrong serval times. Upon this passed visit they made someone else's coffee wrong then tried giving it to me and when I told them "no" I then received an attitude.....That's ridiculous!!! Also, they're has been a couple times this passed month I told them I wanted a med and they up charged me for a LG at the window but I didn't notice Tell after I paid. Again this is unacceptable!
