A decent Dunkin Donuts in Harrison by Rye exit. They have their own parking lot in back but it's always full. Store is clean and plenty of available donuts early morning. The ladies behind are friendly and fast. We got half chocolate and regular glazed donut holes, Boston creme and shared a Bacon & Cheese Croissant Sandwich. I forgot to take a pic of the Boston Creme as my hubby was hungry. It was pretty small size. The croissant was decent taste and size. It was messy but not much flavor since there was no cheese. I think that was the missing flavor. The donut holes are ok and regular coffee was good. I took pics of the place to show how it looks like. Not much on their Yelp page. Not only is the service horrible, the staff is incredibly nasty! 9 out of 10 of my orders end up with a missing item or the wrong item! This is not rocket science! If you go to this place, be prepared to wait a very long time because they're also understaffed! read more

If you're getting a donut or other edibles, keep an eye out for little flies. I pointed them out to one of the workers and she said "I know - they're everywhere!". That was reassuring. Not. I am giving them an A-Ok rating because any D&D outside of NYC is nicer. When I walked in the gentleman at the register asked me what I needed and was very friendly. We had a little small talk something I am not used to from a D&D. I did notice however the woman that was working with him was a bit on the slow side. He had to tell her 3 times what I wanted inside the drink. For people who need to charge a cell phone they have some outlets in this location. :::::BATHROOM:::: Ask for door key. I was shocked I never seen a a bathroom from this chain as clean. It did not smell there was no writing on the wall. The soap was full as well as fully stocked toilet paper. The lighting was bright and not flickering like most D&D. So, why the 3 stars? Well if I could give 3.5 stars I would be more then happy too. I just felt like the lady that did the coffee was a little slow. Also when other people ordered the same gentleman that got everything right for me was messing up with other orders. So I came into this Dunkin location with a 99 cent coupon for any sized ice tea. I elected to have a large green tea. As I started to drink the tea I noticed the coupon for the tea I had given to the cashier was IN my tea. It was floating under the ice with the lid on, sealed right in there. This was after I had taken a sip. I told an employee there (manager?) who looked at me confused like I had done something to it. Then she emptied the cup and refilled the same cup with black tea. I told her I had green tea, which she obliged, again using the same cup that previously had the coupon in it. When I realized they didn't even give me a new cup, instead using the one that had the filthy coupon in it, I handed the tea back, not even asking for a refund, and left. The employee (manager?) didn't even apologize for the mistake so I called her out on it. At least apologize. How do you literally put garbage in a drink? The employees act like they don't care about anything, and they obviously don't pay attention or understand common courtesy. Such a disgusting experience. Great location for me on my way to work in the morning. Coffee is always hot and fresh. The staff always remembers my "usual" order and are friendly. The coffee at this DD is not good, not sure what they are doing to it, but it does not taste right/does not taste like DD coffee sold at other locations. Several of my friends and neighbors have said the same. The service isn't always friendly or helpful either, and the selection of donuts is minimal (and not always fresh). I wish it was better bc DD is my favorite coffee normally and this location is very close to my house. Hopefully they'll see the poor reviews and make some changes for the better. read more

This location makes me rage-y. Whether you have two people in front of you or eight (more likely) it takes at a minimum 10-15 minutes to get in and out, even on weekday mornings. The set-up of employees is not efficient. The cashier is often making the coffees and getting donuts even when there are 2-3 other employees behind the counter, which makes the line crawl even more. I especially don't understand this because there is not even a drive through at this location. If this happened in Manhattan the location would be closed before you know it. I will say the employees are at least friendly and my coffee has always been perfect, once I finally get it. read more

If you stick to what Dunkin's is really about: Coffee and Donuts, you will get good quality of both. If you will try their food, their specials, or anything which isn't a donut or type of coffee, you are about to get disappointed. Every year they try to come up with a new idea, and every time I try it, an every time get disappointed. Not anymore. Imagine a crappy luke warm tasteless coffee and a stale donut that has FLIES! on it. You have just experienced this DD. Everything from the owner to the employees, the drinks, and the flies in this location are the worst. Miserable workers with a lack of social skills and competence to wear masks and make a cup of coffee are the highlight of your trip here. Good luck using the bathroom here as they hide the key. Service will take you anywhere from 12 to 25 minutes. One time I walked in here and saw an employee scratching herself in her pants and I assume her UNDERPANTS as well. She proceeded to greet me with an unwelcoming look and no response to my friendly hello. She refused to take my coupon claiming it was invalid when it clearly was not. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was the manager. Talk about the damn worst manager in the world! I would never wish a trip to the DD location on my worst enemy. read more

DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY. The kid getting ALL the donuts wore one of those pants w NO belt and underwear showing. So of course he had to keep grabbing his pants that were slipping and in doing so would run his gloved hand against his UNDERWEAR. Those same gloves then would touch every donut! Hey I've been here before and wasn't to happy with the overall store but since I'm doing a job in the area I decided to go get coffee for my crew.. as I was waiting online not only did I see on of the staff members touching their hair n fixing the pants with the gloves on their hands and serving people, I seen a mouse run across the store and at the moment I walked out. I dont mind coffee from Dunkin Donuts if I am desperately in need of caffeine and they are the only purveyor at a highway rest stop. At least it is a standard, across the board, 'know what you are gonna get' kinda coffee, but dont waste your time at this dirty poorly managed branch! The employees clearly have better things to do then clear tables and sweep the floors. I can only image what the kitchen looks like!! This is a very small store, never carries the basic doughnuts like vanilla cream, chocolate cream, or any of the advertised ones by corporate. The "vanilla truffle is here" sign is out by the register but they don't offer it; I suggested taking the sign down and the lady looked st me bewildered- couldn't understand the reasoning at all. Miserable employees! If you don't like being a cashier at Dunkin Donuts then find a new job! The lady literally just looked at us as we approached the counter. No "hello", "anything else", "thank you", a smile! nothing. They have this obnoxious sign on the bathroom stating that only customers can use the bathroom after they pay. My son needed to use the bathroom so I asked for the key. The lady responded "there is no key here so someone is in it" and she quickly turned and walked away! I stood in line for 10 minutes and another 7 for my drinks and clearly no one was in the bathroom. They just don't want anyone to use it! Very courteous staff but they need to improve their cold brew. Never had this problem at other locations but the cold brew in Harrison is just awful and never fully brewed. Half of the time the cold brew is very light in color and definitely not brewed for 12 hours. Brew the cold brew longer! read more

This business is run the wrong way. I was the only customer there and had to wait. One of the staff saw me and instead of helping me out called for someone else to stop what they were doing to help me. The same staff member seemed displeased when I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese bc it meant she had to make it. Very unpleasant experience and no parking whatsoever! the server was on the phone whilst i was giving my order, i did not feel like the attention was all on me, i experienced the feeling of despair. i felt ill during what felt like the server hacking up hairballs the size of my brother in law (he is a little thic with three c's) the other server touched our donut rings without protection (paper and/or glove) the bathroom was clogged with big chunks of feces (i am revolted and depressed) when i went to choose my chill (just a crappy drink), and i received it, it was not chill but icy. i feel offense towards my body, mind and soul. america should NOT be running on dunkin read more
