TRY THE DUNKINGS BOX for $6! I came in hungry after a long Saturday morning and tried the DUNKINGS box for the 1st time today! The box includes a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant (bread can be substituted), hash browns, and a medium hot or iced coffee. The meal is quite filling and a great bargain given the current fast food landscape. I couldn't resist getting a donut and refresher on my way out. I ordered a powdered, chocolate crème-filled donut in the shape of a heart, so cute! My family got an order of Chocolate Munchkins (also a recommendation). The staff were polite and helpful, the location is always clean and the donuts always look super fresh. The customer service in the afternoon is awful. One of the workers Alex smirked and waved as I left after getting into an argument with me when I confronted him about his poor attitude. Another male worker with a pony tail was so rude to me when I was ordering and when I told him I'll be contacting his manager he laughed at me and slammed the window in my face. They also always try to get you to park in front so their timer doesn't show how long you've actually sat there..I won't even bother telling their manager she is just as rude as her employees. So honestly, I have made a review before about not having really any complaints but this time I'm honestly not holding back. I received two drinks one was a iced cold brew with sugar-free vanilla and the other one was supposed to be the watermelon lime refresher and they were both supposed to be larges Moving forward, I received two drinks that were not the order that I had ordered and the concerns of the cold brew having sugar and being extremely cloudy, and I even announced to the front cashier through the drive-through that I needed to make sure that this was sugar-free and had no dairy in it due to allergies He reassured me that it's just cloudy because of the syrup and I was still skeptical, and I looked at him and I asked him if it was a large and he told me yes, and then when I looked at that both cups they're both mediums. I called the store asking for a manager, and they both tried to sit here and say that the drinks that I ordered are larges and they just changed their style of their cups and I was like oh OK maybe that's my fault but then I call the other Dunkin' Donuts in Menifee asking if the corporation has changed their style of their large drinks they told me no and that I was lied to and overcharged for two drinks. Well when I called, the Hemet location, they said that I could come back and receive a box of donuts which again I can't stress enough that a box of donuts isn't gonna equivalent to messing up a drink order that for the individual that I bought the drink for has a medical severity to sugar, obviously being diabetic so donuts were not gonna suffice. Ideally, I wanted to get a full refund back on these drinks because they're one not made correctly to overcharged and three caused as a medical concern because I can't even tell if these drinks are made correctly or even actually sugar-free for the cold brew. I've already left an email and voicemail with the corporate office. I realistically just want this refund refunded and somebody notified in regards of that. This could've been a safety issue and this is unfortunately a waste of money because we can't even tell for sure if it's safe to drink. Also being lied to saying that the medium drink drinks are larges and then calling a different location to confirm that they have never changed their style of drinks. They're just being rude and up charging for no reason is absolutely unprofessional. read more

I'm not sure what it is about their coffee versus the one on state st but this one on Sanderson is always weird tasting ! No matter how I order it (it's always the same as my normal order ) the coffee is always bitter. Today I got a small classic blend iced coffee with 3 caramel and 3 liquid cane with cream and sweet vanilla cold foam on top. This is the same order I get at the dunkin on state st. Maybe their pots aren't clean enough or maybe someone is putting to much coffee beans in the maker but Sanderson Dunkin's coffee is ALWAYS so damn bitter ! read more

I ordered a small drink, and instead of bringing me up for a small, they rang me up for a medium and charged me for both the medium and small. If you do go here, make sure you check your receipt a couple of times to make sure you got what you ordered and you're paying the correct amount versus paying twice for a drink that you only got one of. read more

My rating is for the donuts.. They aren't very good and don't seem fresh. They were like hard/stale like they were old. Best to save your money and go to a small business locally if you don't want to drive to menifee Krispy Kreme which I've never had a bad donut at. The iced coffee was good here though. read more

Clean and bright! Don't limit yourself to the drive through. I went insude and saw cases full of fresh donuts--and it was about 10:30 am, well past the morning rush. They had several employees working and I was greeted and barely waited before I was helped by a very patient and nice employee. I ordered a dozen. Lots of variety --no twists that I saw--and the donuts were fresh and lovely in the box. This is a small donut shop and it has a goid drive thru set up, but do yourself a favor. Park and come in. Overall I like this store. Especially early in the morning, my coffee is good and not full of ice. I just ordered that new Sabrina brown sugar drink, on special for $3 between 12pm-2pm. Don't like it. I watched the girl make it. Poured it in the cup with tons of ice and left a good 4 or 5 oz of the coffee in the shaker, I paid for that, just let me have it instead of throwing it out! First red flag when we pulled up to the window, the cashier gave us horrible attitude for no reason then when we were thinking about what to order. She seemed agitated and then as soon as we pull out of the drive-through to check our order, we were missing two of our breakfast wraps. By far one of the worst experiences I have had tonight Dec. 15th around 4:45 pm. First off the young person working the drive up was eating while taking my order. I couldn't understand him due to his chewing and laughing with the girl working with him. I received my latte which was cold. He informed me they were not suppose to be hot. I sent it back only to receive it once again cold. He walked away from the drive up window laughing along with the girl. I parked my car and went inside. The girl seen me and turned her back walking away laughing. They were both behind the counter eating. He was laughing and again told me they had fixed my drink. I ask for a refund and left. The vibe in here was that of stress. The customers were in awe- as the manager marched and yelled orders to her staff. She was very loud. It seemed like everyone who worked under her was walking on egg shells. There was no one stationed anywhere- especially the register so they had customer consistently waiting to have their order placed. Everyone was just kinda running around. The manager seemed to be in everyone else's area telling them how to do their job.... It just felt chaotic and I felt for the employees. I think management there needs to ease up a little....lower the tone of voice - maybe give some words of encouragement - and organize her staff by delegating duties- someone at the register for starters....Things would probably go in smoother and have better energy. - to the managers credit she was getting things done, but definitely needs some finessing. A job like that is never easy and comes with a ton of stress- but it's managing that stress- especially in front of customers that should be priority. Also just making sure everyone is acknowledged- Oh! Something else- they need to start getting peoples names for their order- because they would just call out a drink- or a food item- and sometimes would have multiple customers coming up unsure if it was theirs... then they would have to wait forever to get reassurance from someone who was running around. Nothing is STREAMLINED. Just super chaotic, which again just creates a stressful and anxious place. read more

Horrible place. I try to use the mobile app as much a I can due to the perks/discounts. But literally every time I place an app order here, there's something wrong with it. Whether it's that my sandwich is burnt, they give me the wrong sandwich, or my drink is made wrong. It's always something, and it's mainly with mobile orders. I guess they don't care enough to treat mobile orders the same as in store orders. I've even tried filing a complaint with corporate and they were no help at all. Just someone at their home answering phone calls, not real corporate. I've just decided to stop coming here and stick with Starbucks. At least their corporate customer service takes care of any issues for you right then and there and are actually apologetic. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a rude worker several times now. I am not sure her name as she refuses to give it to us but she has very short hair and is usually always there. My first experience with her I told her the matcha we received in the drive through didn't have flavor and it was very clumpy at the bottom. At other locations we receive the matcha well mixed and not clumped. She said there was nothing she could do but give me a side of syrup? I asked for a redo of the drink and she stated she couldn't do that because it would be "too much" for her. Mind you there was no customers in the drive through or inside. I just wanted a remake with a different syrup. She kept telling us she couldn't do anything and the other employee just stood there and stared. My husband and I are nice people we have manners and never give service workers attitude and somehow she managed to give us attitude when we were polite and even told her to have a nice day afterwards! Second time we call the store and she answers my husband accidentally placed an order at that location on accident and she was very rude on the phone not helpful and said she "had better things to do than be on the phone". After looking at several reviews I think her name might be bek? but not sure. Please coach this employee. It's not fair for her to be rude to people who are nice to her and nonetheless won't do her job. I have never been told no to remake a drink ever and she told us she was "being nice and gave us extra matcha" that was her reason to not remake. So rude. read more

Well .... 4th time is the charm. I've tried this new Dunkin' four times and today will be my last. I enjoy their coffee much more than Starbucks, but not when the clueless quality control pours it all over my shirt and my car. The first time I tried this location, I got the wrong order. I tried one of their breakfast sandwiches and it was wrong. Teething issues for a new location? Probably. Then it happened two more times in a row. Finally, this morning just a large coffee please. It was handed to me with coffee all over the side of the cup. I asked for some napkins. Then I realized that whoever poured my coffee didn't see that the cup was destroyed ... even after trying to put the lid on (which it obviously wasn't) it still got sent out, spashing down the side.
