It's Valentine's Day and I'm on my way to my nieces Girl Scout meeting. Aunt Sam is known for bringing the munchkins so clearly I needed to live up to the girls' expectations. I was able to grab one of the tins they had going for the occasion. And they had a bunch of baked good ready to go. I made them go heavy in the sprinkle munchkins because that's what the girls all look for. Happy to say mission was accomplished. The line was long and went a bit slow but it was to make sure everyone had the right order. You can tell how hard the staff was working by just seeing the hustle. I used to be a diehard Starbucks junkie but coffee is coffee. And it's reliable wherever you go (eh same with Sbux but later for that). This location vs the Northern Blvd, Little Neck location is soooo slooow. Why place an order ahead in the app if you still have to wait almost 10 minutes for your order. We have been to this location several times in the last year or so. EVERY SINGLE TIME, except once, the service has been rude. Last night, we went in to get some donuts, and redeem a "club" reward. The counter person scanned the reward, activated it, etc, then rang up our donut order. It turned out that he couldn't figure out how to make the order work with the free item, so he started it a few times, all with no luck. Then, he insisted we show him on the phone where that reward was, but of course, it was gone, since he used it. Then he tried to say the store was closing at 7, though the sign says 9. He charged us for the coffee, though it was supposed to be free. He never gave us the coffee. He finally rudely refunded us $1, flinging the bill to the counter when we asked to talk to the owner. I complained to corporate about this store about a month ago. Kid was making the food with his mask on his neck. Corporate couldn't care less. First time back in was yesterday. All had masks on, looked like manager/owner kept having his below his nose. When I got up there, he had it on. Today I went in and saw him fidgeting with it while I was waiting to order, saw him make some of the drinks to help staff keep up, etc. When I got to the front of the line, I reminded him that a mask has to be above your nose to work. He told me that it doesn't stay up. So I said, "wear a different mask, you are handling food for people." He gave me a look and said "Are you going to order?" I said, "Are you giving me sh*t over this? It's not safe. Should I call the health department?" He said to go ahead. Here's the thing. As he fidgets with his mask (when he bothers) whatever is coming out from his breathing on the mask, ends up on his hands. He then gets that on the money he touches, the register, the various machines he touches, the cups, lids, etc. It's a disaster waiting to happen. He knows it and doesn't care. It also tells us a few other things. His mask is probably not being washed or has ever been replaced. Epic contempt for customers. Epic contempt for others. I am convinced this is literally the worlds worst Dunkin Donuts on the face of the entire earth. I didn't think this place could get any worse. We thought maybe because of the renovations they were under new ownership, or at least better management but that doesn't appear to be the case. They only thing they have is more room and, for now, a cleaner store. The guy making our ice cream wasn't friendly. We were the only people there and it still took him 5 minutes to come out from the back to help us. He made me a cookie sandwich when I clearly asked for a sundae. He almost did the same to my brother but then my brother said something and the guy just put it in a bowl but with no toppings. I went to ask the other guy for coffee and he wasn't at all friendly or pleasant either. I really can't believe how bad this location still is. Sorry. We won't be back. So I place an order on the go order for a coffee to minimize conversation and reduce infection from Covid. I walk in to see no coffee waiting so I patiently wait. A few moments later the store employee stated to me they never got the order but then looked at the receipt printer to see my order lay unattended. He proceeded to make the order and place it on the counter. Now it seems uneventful but as I was waiting those few moments I observed that employee pick his nose with his bare hand and then rub that same hand through his hair using his booger as hair gel then proceeded to make my coffee. As he was stirring the coffee someone creature-esk walked out from the back that appeared to have just awoken from a slumber and went to go sit down on a chair in the dining area. Now I am thankful he did not use his finger to stir my coffee and they I did not order food but was quite a disgusting practice for a workplace or even if he was at home enjoying a nice pick. Where do I even start? By far the worst Dunkin' doesn't even deserve one star. If you're in a hurry do not even step foot in this place. Employees are super slow, don't know what they are doing and will most likely get your order wrong. Just watching them behind the counter is cringe worthy, they stare at the screens pull a cup and then proceed to take forever to make whatever it is. There is no sense of urgency for any order. Everyone here needs to go through corporate training again (seems as though they were never trained to begin with). I usually mobile order and it doesn't matter how early I hit "ready for pickup" because it'll never be sitting on the counter when I get there. They read the ticket multiple times and then proceed to ask me what I ordered. Do they not know how to read? It's clear management doesn't care, someone should be expediting. read more

I've been here once and it was awful! I went with 3 other people. One employee was there (this was maybe 9PM on a summer night) as well as the manager, but it seemed the manager couldn't be bothered with helping. The employee looked a little lost, maybe he was new. I used to work in food service so I get it, I just think it was ridiculous the manager couldn't give him a hand? Anyway - one person ordered a cookie sundae, but got a cookie sandwich - one she had to eat IMMEDIATELY because the ice cream was melting. Someone else ordered the cookie sundae and I told him to reiterate "cookie SUNDAE" to the employee to be safe. Well, he got a cookie and a scoop of ice cream in a cup and that was it. No toppings. The employee didn't even ask about any toppings. By the time I ordered, I opted for just two scoops of ice cream because I figured that couldn't be screwed up. I run a business as well and the manager here clearly does not know how to run a business. He's more worried about payroll than customer service and he will drive this place into the ground. He needs to hire and train more staff he also needs to pay attention to what goes on there by staying up front and not hiding in the back. You can not have only two people working during prime time. Just walked in to get 3 iced coffees- winter blend- when my sister and I experienced the WORST customer service from the young male worker behind the counter. After giving us a hard time about the $2 winter blend offer, he charged us for 4 coffees instead of 3. When asking him to correct it he proceeded to YELL at my sister and I and told us how he took our order. Nothing like waking up in a great mood and heading to Dunkin to for an amazing iced latte and then receiving what most would consider a taste mixture of soil, gasoline and pennies on ice. I went in there to get my afternoon coffee and the one of the workers was being extremely rude to the kids, I asked them if they knew her name and they said Nicole. She was yelling at children saying they are not allowed to sit down in the restaurant and how they are not allowed to use the restroom, with a very rude attitude she also told them to order quick and leave. If my one of those kids was mine i would've cursed her out right then and there. I feel sorry for those kids who were just trying to get food with their friends. read more

Worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to in my life. Countless times I go there hoping they would maybe get their act together. Nope. No one pays attention to anything you order. A bagel not toasted with butter took 20 minutes to receive because they thought it was more important to sweep behind the counter. Today I ordered my usual medium caramel iced coffee with extra caramel and milk. Tell me why this drink doesn't even taste like a coffee. I can't even explain the taste. They can't possibly be getting away with this shit. They think they are always right and customers are wrong. I saw them arguing with an 75 year old man yesterday because he ordered 2 coffees one for him and one for his wife; and they made him 4 coffees charged him for four and told him they don't make mistakes and he's wrong I CANNOT AND WILL NOT give my money to an establishment like this. I had decided that I wanted Dunkin' Donuts for breakfast as I always choose to do. I ordered my normal order, a large strawberry lemonade dragon fruit refresher with a pink donut and hash browns. When I was rung up the order total was only 7.57$. I was given great service and greeted by great employees and had only waited for about 6 minutes. I grabbed my order and was on my way back home. But when I picked up my drink it was bright orange. I took a few sips and realized it tasted completely different. The drink is usually sweet and tangy. But the drink I was holding however was bitter and sour. I had decided to not make a fuss and just try to drink it. When I was halfway done with my drink, I realized I couldn't drink it anymore. It was leaving a a bad taste in my mouth and I couldn't handle it. I drove back to the Dunkin' Donuts and showed them the drink. They gave me a hard time because I had drank most of it. But I explained to them that I didn't want to cause any trouble and had wanted to leave them all alone. After a few minutes of fighting I was given a refund and a new drink. I had made sure that they put enough syrup in the drink this time. When I was handed the new refresher I said thank you and left. I did notice though that I was given many rude looks as I was walking out. The good part of this review is that the hash browns and donuts were great. I am writing this review right now because this drink has been handed to me almost very different every single time when I know the drink is meant to be bright pink. Since this was another attempt of me trying to order the drink and was still given not what I wanted. I would not recommend this Dunkin to a friend but If they choose to I would tell them to make sure their order is done properly and is given the right taste in their food. read more

My fav dunkin. Ive lived here in holbrook my entire life and this place has only gotten better over the years. Always friendly staff, always fresh coffee and the only people who seem to get my orders right. I go to Dunkin donuts everyday. Sometimes twice. I used to go to the Dunkin donuts on horse block road in farmingville all the time. I recently moved to Holbrook so I've been going to this location. The coffee is good and people are nice but they are beyond slow. The line is always out the door. Sometimes it's a 10 min wait to get a cup of coffee. Maybe They need to drink some of there coffee themselves to pick up the pace a little or hire more people. It's ridiculous to wait that long for Dunkin donuts coffee. They make Starbucks look like the fastest place around. Lol. read more

But I actually hate stopping here, the guy behind the counter that's there mostly all the time is really creepy.. and whenever he takes my order he goes very slowly. Not to mention he charged me an extra 75¢/$1 for whipped cream on my hot chocolate... I have a friend that works at my local dunkin and she told me that whipped cream is actually free.
