    Shaken vanilla latte. Delish!
    Josh G.

It's been a while since I've updated a review. Often, timing and frequency of visiting an establishment will stop me from penning something new. But after moving to Ronkonkoma back in the spring and diving into the coffee scene of this area, I've realized that Kings Coast deserves a fifth star. I mean I was close to originally giving KC all five celestials when I wrote my initial review, but I felt like the pricing just had me a little irked. Flash forward and I've realized coffee has just gotten expensive (even Dunkin' isn't as cheap as it once was). Though I'll say that the quality you receive at Kings Coast is lightyears above any coffee chain. Their drinks are handcrafted with consistency in flavor and enjoyment which makes the price that much more worth it. Plus if you sign up for the Cash App you can actually earn points and free drinks (two trips ago, one of my coffees was free!). Yeah, I know you get points from Dunkin' and Starbucks too, but the drink choices at Kings Coast are just spectacular and make you want to spend your hard-earned money. There are plenty of hot and iced options always on the menu, plus they have seasonal selections to choose from which are quite tasty. Case in point was the Smashed Pumpkin drink, which was a delicious gourd-esque coffee concoction. Their seasonal Nutella latte is a favorite of my wife (and rather delicious). Though the drink that really had me push for an update is their draft nitro latte. This is something I haven't seen at any other coffee shop except here. I like to add in their house-made vanilla flavor which creates a frothy, sweet, incredible creation. By far, this is my favorite coffee drink right now. Coffee is of course the most important piece to Kings Coast, though I'll say the ambiance in here is just awesome. It was awesome the first time I ever walked in, and it's only supplanted itself in that feeling. They have such a chill vibe that I just love. I can't figure out if we're in Miami or Long Island, but all I know is the neon pink logo, coffee bag decor, greenery all along the menu, and the local art corner creates an experience. Overall, Kings Coast Coffee Co. deserves all the stars Yelp will give it. Their setup is superb and most importantly, the coffee is extremely legit. Oh and did I mention they're canning their coffee now too? It doesn't get better than that. You'll trbe hard-pressed to find a place with more unique, genuine, and tasty coffee options than here. Consider this a well-deserved and much-needed five star update.

I can't say enough good things about Kings Coast -- their Bowbreaker roast is pure magic. When brewed, it hits with deep, rich notes of baker's chocolate and molasses that wrap around you like a warm hug. It's got a syrupy-smooth texture and a complexity that makes it feel way more special than a regular cup of coffee. Dial it in just right and you'll get a beautiful, velvety crema -- the kind of espresso-shot that makes you feel like you're sipping something crafted with care. Whether it's with a little milk for a latte or straight up as espresso, Bowbreaker delivers a full-bodied, robust flavor that's addicting. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a bold, flavorful coffee fix.

What a lovely find! This location was very close to the airport, which was convenient for me, and was just what I was looking for! I needed to kill some time before a flight and enjoyed a delicious dirty chai on the outside patio to the side of the building. Plenty of parking was available, and the coffee and tea were great!

I just went there and spent $15 for an small Americano and regular cappuccino, my Americano was super cold and the cappuccino was half of the cup. I used to love this place but very disappointed this time.

Located in a seemingly industrial area but the inside is beautiful and minimalist design. Each table has connect 4 and there are a couple other board games. The space is quite open, they could probably add more tables if they wanted to. There are currently only 5-6. Staff is friendly. Wifi is strong and info is on each table. Don't think there's a bathroom but this is a nice peaceful place to get work done. Wasn't very busy when I went and it seemed like most people got their coffee to go. Will come back again

A perfect little spot for a quick cup of coffee. My friend and I met up at Kings Coast for a latte in the rainy morning and it warmed us right up! The interior is cute but very construction like, it's a huge space hit there's only a handful of tables. There's a lot of storage that could be used for more seating imo. I loved the decor and the art that was available for purchase and of course the coffee was AWESOME! I got a vanilla oat milk latte and it was one of the best. There aren't many food options and I would've liked to have maybe a scone or something to pair with it instead of just croissants but overall it was a great experience! I'm excited to come back it's definitely a great way to kill an afternoon with some friends!

This coffee is delicious! I never thought sparkling water and coffee would jive but it does so well! The service is great super nice and helpful. The coffee comes out fresh and Delicious. It's nice and quiet but there's a set up for fun you got corn hole, outside seating and pillows to just relax and take it all in. I cannot wait to come back for more!

    Sarah K.

The interior was so fun and adorable. I also loved how they have board games and the vibes were so fun. The service was great! Definitely no complaints there. I would definitely return as a fun outing, however I would say the coffee is very generic and like every other local long island spot. It was also quite expensive which is why I would say I would go for the location but not the coffee.

I know the phrase "hidden gem" gets tossed around a lot on Yelp. But this place is quite literally hidden and not so literally a gem! You will pull up into the industrial area and think "the yelp algorithms have failed me. This is an industrial area". But look a little closer to find the Kings Coast Coffee sign on the off beaten path (really its on a curve but work with me on this). The inside is very trendy. Modern black and white with a neon pink sign to greet you. Of course during COVID times, it looks like there will be a seating area, but that is blocked off by tables. The counter itself is also covered in plexiglass. I ended up ordering two drinks, an iced nutella latte and the Peconic Fog. Of course, I am a person who enjoys sweet coffee drinks. You put me in the vicinity of a Salted Caramel Mocha or a Blueberry Pancake Latte and I am there. Both drinks from Kings weren't that sweet at all but I was surprised at how addicting they were! The Nutella Latte has a subtle Nutella flavor but it was still so smooth and creamy. The Peconic Fog has this wonderful earl grey taste and actual lavender dusting the top. To be honest, location aside, I really dig this place. It looks like they have a wonderful selection of beans to purchase and despite the lack of milk options, the drinks are pretty on point. I look forward to visiting again to see what else they have to offer!

So happy to have found this coffee shop! Definitely off the beaten path but what it lacks in location they make up for in decor and flavor. The store: I love the design of the coffee shop, it's all just so aesthetically pleasing. You can even shop for coffee essentials and cute company gear as you wait. The drinks: We tried three drinks so far- the Lucky Charms latte, the Peconic Fog latte and the Nutella latte. The lucky charms wasn't sweet enough for the hubs but we really enjoyed the other two. The Peconic fog is made with earl gray tea, vanilla and pieces of dried lavender. It is divine. The Nutella latte was understated and delicious. Keep in mind you can either choose whole milk or oat milk only. We'll be back for sure to try out some more lattes next time.

I've been fanboying their coffee ever since my first experience in their old shop. I'm a huge Islanders fan, and it seemed like every other commercial on MSG was for this coffee. We went there on a whim essentially to get that commercial out of my head. It turns out their coffee is absolutely the best stuff I've ever had. I keep buying their roasts as soon as they come out. I'm like a little girl when some boy band releases a new album. My favorite roasts are the lamplighter and the Aztec. But explore away. You can't go wrong.

Sayville is lucky to have two independent coffee shops. I always prefer locally owned and managed. Give them a try, even if line appears long they manage to move people through fairly quickly.

Such a gorgeous, hidden gem vibe with plenty of seating whether you want the bar or a table. The food was genuinely unforgettable, we were still talking about it days later. If you love bold flavor with a little heat, this is your spot. We got the Bruschetta (grilled herb crostini, mozzarella, plum tomato compote), P.E.I. Mussels (chorizo, cherry pepper, riesling white wine), Wasabi Calamari (sesame crusted, spicy soy ginger sauce, wasabi aioli), Shrimp Mezze Rigate (pesto, sun-dried tomato, asparagus, breadcrumb, ricotta salata), and Cherry Pepper Pork (pounded, breaded, pan-fried, lemon cherry pepper sauce, melted parmesan, green beans, roasted potato), every dish was packed with flavor. Don't sleep on dessert either: a chocolate shell you crack open to reveal mousse inside, we were fighting to get the last bites! Bonus: they carry LI Salted Spirits cans and cocktails right at the bar, so you can keep the tasting going. Plenty of parking, super friendly staff, and a great spot for everyone. Once we arrived, we were seated in a comfy booth. The restaurant is still the same, its geared for breakfast with counter seating and the open dining room. I'm excited to see what the Chopped Champion created for his pop up menu. I made reservations late and the first issue we noticed was a limited wine selection. My wife ordered a cocktail and man was it awful. Her cocktail was a Christmas themed cocktail and I'm thinking Krampus snuck behind the bar? The waitress was nice, she took it off our final bill. We started with a shared whipped ricotta dish. This was a fantastic starter, the whipped ricotta was sharable but we quickly ran out of bread. Our rock star waitress came over with more toasted bread. My main entree was the squid ink pasta. I loved the addition of shelled seafood with the squid ink pasta. The pasta and seafood was cooked perfectly, this was indeed a Chopped champion dish! Chef Eric came out to the dining room and asked how we we're doing. I told him we're big fans and everything was deelish! It was a meal I would expect from the finest NYC restaurants. If you ever see a take over in the future, I say make reservations. It was a great dining night.
