Saturday morning at 7:10am just as they opened up. Trash cans overflowing bathroom not clean. Order coffee and 2 sandwiches. After one bite we threw both out. They had to be reheated over the course of few days.

    Loved the bar stools.

What a very quaint, clean and nice Dunkin location! And our lady counter person today at 3 PM very polite and nice. Sorry that we missed her name. We loved the lounge type seating and atmosphere in the table area.

Huge new DD. Standalone building right off Rt 80. Terrible bathrooms, at least ladies room. Toilets didn't flush properly resulting in a mess. Sign says 24 hour drivethru but hours posted are not 24. Biggest DD I've ever been in. Tables and then a lounging area. Strong wifi. Very pleasant employees and easy parking. But I'm knocking off a star for the restroom situation. Maybe over time it'll get better. And I'll check it out when next in the area, hopefully able to up a star again.

There are two bathrooms, but one is barricaded Les Mis style. As a result, I-80 travelers have to wait on one line, while the other bathroom remains pristine for the employees. The sign reads "Due to precautions regarding COVID-19, only one bathroom open for our guest, so please be patient and help us keep it clean for safety of our guest and crew members. Thank you for your understanding!" What BS! There is no law that tells Dunkin Donuts "close one of your bathrooms". The kids that work there just made up this stupid rule so they don't have to clean it. They think we are so gullible. Look at all the negative reviews for this single Dunkin' Donuts in Hope NJ. The manager and the regional manager must be totally oblivious, negligent, incompetent. By this action, the whole restaurant is hostile to visitors. The DD at I-80 is visitors' first, and sometimes only impression of Hope, NJ, and it's a poor one. The Hope mayor needs to put in a call to Dunkin about this blight.

Drive thru can be busy since it's the only place at an exit that commuters may use but never had any issues.

Answer was no great. On the fourth day went in same sequence ordered coffee paid for food and then went to get a refill. Coffee was told that would be $3.75 cost of a new cup of coffee which took me my surprise of course I love people know that I've been there for three straight days and it was never the policy, and they literally started laughing at me looking at one another, not looking at me insane. I think I got lucky literally insulting me to my face and behind my face. Never offering any type of explanation or anything of the sort test literally laughing at me. So if you want to be laughed at if you want to be insulted, if you want to make an explanation about how the rules changed this is the place to go how ignorant some people should not be in the Service business, and everyone behind the counter should not be in the surface business

I liked this and thought it made the vibe really inviting. The only thing is that they were super busy between the counter and the drive-thru, so my coffee took a while. This is fine because it's a fun place to hang out, but may not be great if you're in a rush! I listened to the baristas rec and ordered the Iced White Mocha. It was more like a dessert than a coffee, but delicious nonetheless! The also added some whipped cream for me which made it even more indulgent. I'd love to come back to order another and stay a bit longer!

I was in town for the 2pm Lion King Jr. performance at the church just down the street, featuring my #1 Honorary Young Pup as a certain uptight red-billed hornbill (if you know you know). Sustenance was in order, and I wasn't looking for anything too heavy so this brunchy coffee spot seemed ideal - and it pretty much was. There was ample parking in the lot behind the building, but the place was pretty packed when I walked in. Even though I had to weave through a crowd to get to the counter, there wasn't an actual line and I was able to immediately order. Cute spot; looks like it's been fairly recently redone (last few years?) and I enjoyed the bathroom, which features very classy artwork of aristocratic felines on the walls. The soap dispenser is in a weird/awkward spot far to the left of the sink where it's almost impossible not to drip directly onto the floor, but at least they have one. I decided on the Protein Berry Crunch Toast and a slice of their Lemon Blueberry Loaf. Both were very tasty/hit the spot. I got the slice immediately upon ordering and considered getting a second one while I waited for the Toast. Cooler heads prevailed. It felt at least a little less naughty than that lemon loaf that Starbucks has, primarily because of the lack of icing (it has powdered sugar on top instead) and was moist; not too crumbly. The Toast came out probably in 10 minutes or so, which I think is perfectly acceptable given that it was clearly busy in there with both in-person and online orders. For the most part, I thought the combo of ingredients worked really well together; I was a little apprehensive about the cheese coming in, but it's pretty subtle and only dominant in a few random bites. I think the weakest part of the toast is the blueberries, but that's honestly more of a personal palate call than anything else - it just didn't totally mesh with the cheese for me and didn't have the vibrant taste of the other included fruits. But same token, part of the optics of this dish hinges on that blue. Everything is a balancing act. I'd totally get that again in a pinch, especially if I wasn't looking for a giant meal. The service/hospitality was very good, almost too good. After I finished my loaf, I left its wrapper and my number card (for them to locate me for the rest of my order) on the table while I used the restroom, and they were both picked up by an employee doing a sweep. That's arguably on me, who temporarily abandoned a table that looked like it had nothing but garbage on it. Even though it required 10 seconds worth of troubleshooting to get my number back, I don't know how you don't consider that a positive on the part of the staff. The same guy took my "real" garbage on my way out before I had a chance to bring it back inside. Very friendly, pleasant staff. Nice spot if you happen to be around. Will try to sample the coffee options on my next foray.

The amaretto iced coffee is smooth, slightly sweet, and easy to drink, and the chocolate chip scone understood the assignment, buttery, loaded with chips, and gone way too fast.
