They open at 6:30 but apparently they don't. 6:36 and the two girls are in there eating and drinking but not unlocking the door for my daughter and I. They made eye contact and everything and just hung out and played on their phones. Leaving without being able to stop in. read more

I got here at 7:40 just wanting a drink to cool off, but they didn't let me in. There were still people inside and the workers were taking orders, but the doors were locked. I even tried the drive-thru, nothing. Just a bunch of lazy workers who clearly wanted to close early instead of doing their jobs. read more

Saturday morning at 7:10am just as they opened up. Trash cans overflowing bathroom not clean. Order coffee and 2 sandwiches. After one bite we threw both out. They had to be reheated over the course of few days. read more

This is hands down the best Dunkin in the area for the drive-thru! It's fast, efficient, and my coffee is always made perfectly (and i tend to be pretty picky). Want pumpkin flavoring in June? There are two bathrooms, but one is barricaded Les Mis style. As a result, I-80 travelers have to wait on one line, while the other bathroom remains pristine for the employees. The sign reads "Due to precautions regarding COVID-19, only one bathroom open for our guest, so please be patient and help us keep it clean for safety of our guest and crew members. Thank you for your understanding!" What BS! There is no law that tells Dunkin Donuts "close one of your bathrooms". The kids that work there just made up this stupid rule so they don't have to clean it. They think we are so gullible. Look at all the negative reviews for this single Dunkin' Donuts in Hope NJ. The manager and the regional manager must be totally oblivious, negligent, incompetent. By this action, the whole restaurant is hostile to visitors. The DD at I-80 is visitors' first, and sometimes only impression of Hope, NJ, and it's a poor one. The Hope mayor needs to put in a call to Dunkin about this blight. read more

Huge new DD. Standalone building right off Rt 80. Terrible bathrooms, at least ladies room. Toilets didn't flush properly resulting in a mess. Sign says 24 hour drivethru but hours posted are not 24. Biggest DD I've ever been in. Tables and then a lounging area. Strong wifi. Very pleasant employees and easy parking. But I'm knocking off a star for the restroom situation. Maybe over time it'll get better. And I'll check it out when next in the area, hopefully able to up a star again. read more

I was caught driving through NJ in a terrible storm tonight with my young son. I pulled off the highway to this Dunkin along with a few other out of state traveling families. The staff was so kind. They went above and beyond with service. They helped me pinpoint location so I could find nearby hotel and time travel between the worst of it and reassured us that we were welcome to wait out storm there until they closed. Even as the lights flickered and lightning kept up they maintained a calm and upbeat attitude. All of these young employees were fabulous. The food & drinks were quick too. I would give them 10 stars if I could. read more

An adorable dunkin with lots of inside space. Wasn't very busy when we were there. The inside was closed for ordering at the register but you could use the automated ordering screen. Food didn't take long and order was right. My wake up wrap was a little disassembled and hard to eat and my friends bacon egg cheese croissant was burnt. It was still delish but just poor execution. Only one stall in the women's bathroom was operational so not ideal for large groups. read more

This is the most disgusting drink ever. It is very sour. I ordered a lemonade with strawberry popping bubbles. So sour. There are 7 people working there and it took 10 mins to prepare two of those drinks. The workers were teenagers and kept on chit chatting. My opinion: never go to this dunkin worst ever read more

Drive thru can be busy since it's the only place at an exit that commuters may use but never had any issues.

Best dunkin I have ever stepped foot in, just this past Sunday I stopped in around 5 and the staff was nice and helpful. The people that made my sandwiches and drinks made them extremely fast and good. read more

Worst experience, if there was a manager there, he or she should be fired. No donuts, burnt latte, bags everywhere and lots of what seemed like teenagers running around like chickens acting foolish. I haven't had a good meal here yet. My bagel tasted like cleaning spray; this happened more then once. And one time my coffee smelled like a cheap perfume, they need to lay off the stink. Plus to make it worse they forgot about 2 items every time I go. I recommend going anywhere else. read more

I'm giving 4 stars. The staff is so helpful, nice, and friendly. I have used both drive through and inside. I have been there early in the morning when I can't sleep just to get out of the house haha on a couple occasions I have gotten either the wrong coffee and or bagel, this seems to happen when it seems to be busy. But as long as you notice right away and say something they have no problem fixing their mistake. I unfortunately sometimes don't notice till I'm back home and don't want to drive back. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is lazy, their demeanor through the drive-through is rude and they cannot get orders right to save their lives. I feel like I am bothering them when I come to the drive-through, and they never tell you how much you owe until you get to the window. Every single time I go to this place the order is wrong. I stopped here around 10:45pm August 28, 2016. The store was in perfect order, well lit, and quite tidy. The young man at the counter was very friendly and patient with me as I decided what to order. I very rarely stop for coffee as I generally make my own, but I wanted to get a little caffeine just to be sure I could last the trip. So I opted for a plain black medium coffee. I found Dunkin Donuts's coffee fairly good; compared to Starbucks, with I had for the first time over a year about three weeks ago, I was quite happy. Great place, all around. read more

Went through drive through at 11:30 p.m. This is touted as a 24 hr location yet The selection of donuts and muffins was sparse at best. Ordered a flavored decaf...it was terrible, very bitter. I have visited this location on Sunday mornings and it was great. But I don't plan on going back in the evening. I don't understand why a donut store would not have donuts. read more

This is a great Dunkin if you know how they work. Like all Dunkin they do not make donuts on premises anymore. They are shipped in once a day at opening. When they are sold out that's it. This location has always been one of the best around. Try the drive thru for fast service. If it's donuts you want get there early. read more

The staff was pleasant and courteous but this location was extremely dirty. It is relatively new but it looked like it had never been swept or cleaned. Just as the previous post mentions, the ladies room was filthy and toilet paper and feminine products were overflowing from the bins. The toilets had mold around the edges. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot on a Sunday morning with four employees working and it not being busy at all. I have always gone through the drive through and never had issues but after seeing how dirty the inside and parking lot was, I will think twice about returning to this location until it gets cleaned up. read more

I just had a very nice experience at the Dunkin Donuts in Hope NJ. I had just come from a bad experience at the Hackettstown Arby's, so was in a very bad mood. But the young man (Jon) who was working the drive through was careful with getting my order right. He had to ask me to repeat, because I wasn't clear, then when I wanted 2 of a certain donut, and they only had one, he suggested another similar, which I appreciated. Then when I got to the window, he apologized for asking me to repeat, but as I told him, better to ask than to get something wrong! Then he double-checked my order that someone else handed him to make sure it was right. And smiled. Totally made my afternoon. And by the way, the donut was tasty, the hashbrowns were hot and yummy, and my drink was cold and not over-iced. read more
