I couldn't believe how many people were at Roosters at 10 am on a Tuesday. There are so many cozy places to sit and catch up with friends or do some work. They are super friendly and provide a safe and comfortable environment for all. I got a pistachio latte and a bacon egg and cheese pressed panini. My friend opted for the same sandwich w/ a chai latte.
In my opinion, Roosters is one of the best coffee shops in North Jersey. It has a very welcoming ambiance, ample seating, an extensive menu, and fantastic and friendly service. I pass it all the time when I am driving, and so glad that I finally went to check it out today. It's the type of place that you can hang out or have a cozy place to study, as there is seating available in the front and back of the cafe. I was warmly greeted by the barista, who had lots of recommendations. Although I had trouble deciding since everything sounded great, I went with the red velvet iced latte. As I was waiting, I saw lots of food and drink orders being prepared for dine-in, and everything looked Instagram-ready! I would have loved to have stayed to enjoy my drink, but I ordered it to-go instead. My drink was a 10/10 and the perfect combination of chocolatey goodness, coffee and decadence. I highly recommend Roosters and look forward to returning very soon to try some of their seasonal items.
Nice place to come for a coffee and quick bite to eat. I was in the area on a Sunday and heard good things about this place. They roast their own beans so the cups of joe tend to taste fresher. They had gluten free options for the avocado toast, which ended up being pretty good, and they serve their coffee in a double wall insulated mug, which is awesome for keeping the beverage hot. Staff was nice when told them it was my first time and asked for recommendations. The place is pretty large with ample seating inside and out. In the far back, they have some couches and a little small setup that sells some provisions like bulk food, spices, soaps, candles, etc. Worth checking out.
Came here after 1:30 (per their menu) to try a popular coffee flight. We get here, and the sign says only from 4:00-6:00. That was disappointing. Please update your website if your policy is changing! I can understand however, because when we did come back after 4PM, it took 15 minutes for them to make each of our four mini coffees and the line started to build. $20 is also a lot for 4 mini coffees. I absolutely appreciate the artisan-feel and the dedication, but the TikTok vitality misled the situation. We also ordered a hot pumpkin latte. That was fantastic! Regrettably, when you come somewhere based on hype you're almost always to find a flaw, and we did. We did drive over 2 hours round trip and would not come back *just* for this, but I do think it's a fun and inventive idea. Overall, the total experience was 3/5, the coffee itself was 4.5/5, but the runaround was not my jam.
Roosters is an excellent coffee house. I have been multiple times and haven't had the chance to check out their refillery inside which bums me out because it looks incredible!!! As for the actual place, I've only gotten matcha variations but each time has been very good! My boyfriend especially loves the Mama's Matcha (matcha with strawberry cold foam). I have yet to try their espresso drinks but definitely will. They also have fun pastries and food as well. I love the interior -- plenty of seats, inside and outside, very cute decor, multiple different rooms to sit in. They have gratitude chalk board that is very sweet as well as a pay for someone's order board which I've never seen. The workers are always nice and the drinks come out fast. It's busy on weekends but never too crowded. I love roosters!
One of the cutest and most unique coffee shops I've seen in Jersey thus far. I came in here during my break to get a quick caffeine boost and was pleasantly surprised. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I had the coconut latte and it was delicious, nice and strong but also not too sweet. Everyone was friendly and it wasn't too loud inside with music. The perfect place if you want to sit and relax, grab a cup of coffee, or order one of their delicious menu items. I LOVE that they have a pay it forward wall, as well as some local businesses that leave their cards near the door. Pharmacist approved
The look and feel of the place is really cozy and nice, I also appreciate seeing a community board where people can leave some money for others which is an awesome idea! However I'll say that the hot vanilla Latte I got was underwhelming, the vanilla syrup felt artificial and as a whole it felt watered down which is disappointing.
My daughter took me for a Mothers Day Brunch and wow were we super surprised with how delicious everything thing was. We ordered a hot and cold coffee and the Taylor ham egg and cheese croissant. All were fabulous. Inside the coffeehouse was done up so cute, very Friends coffeehouse like. So many rooms inside and the building is very deceiving. And we were not expecting how busy busy busy it was. My only complaint is the parking, they need a bigger parking lot. Maybe ask Sherman Williams to rent their lot of off hours to help the neighborhood. The homeowners all have signs up saying no parking in front of their homes. Which proves how good the place is. I can't wait to go back with my hubby to try some other coffee choices. Congratulations Roosters. What a great place!
This is a beautiful and spacious place to get coffee and a bite to eat! I was really impressed with the variety of options and service is very friendly. Inside there are plenty of places to sit and study/work. Everything was very clean and bright! My friend and I shared the waffle and grilled cheese which were AMAZING. I enjoyed an iced chai latte which was carefully created and had a little star anise on the top! I think my only complaint is that parking is kind of stressful here. I wish the business nearby would make an agreement to share parking since the poor neighbors nearby have to deal with the overflow, which to me seems so unfair. I know there is more parking in the back - it still wasn't enough to accommodate the amount of people for a Thursday.

Parking was full when we went early afternoon but it was pretty easy getting a street parking spot. The ordering process was pretty easy to navigate. I got the caramel haystack and the guava pan de bono! The pan de bono was shockingly good - it was soft in the middle but had a bit of a crunchier exterior with the perfect amount of guava. The cafe was huge and had 3 different areas to sit down and enjoy their coffee. Definitely a must try at least once!

I recently ordered ahead on their app for a quick 30-minute pickup, and the experience was seamless. Finding a spot was incredibly easy since they have dedicated parking available.The highlights here are definitely the fun and creative flavored coffee drinks. They even offer coffee flights (just note that flights are not available on Sundays!).It is a really nice spot for a quick brunch. They have a great selection of fresh pastries and sandwiches. On top of the delicious food, the farmhouse-themed decor creates a wonderfully cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend! read more
We stopped here for a quick Father's Day breakfast, and left very satisfied. We decided to dine in, and there was plenty of seating and lots of natural sunlight, which made it the perfect place to start the day. I only wish there was more outdoor seating, as all of the seats on the lawn were taken. The barista was very helpful in recommending the Green Pistachio latte. The latte was super tasty and loaded with actual pistachios and whipped cream. Despite all of the frills, I didn't find it too sweet and could still taste the coffee base of the drink. I also really enjoyed my salad. I ended up not even using much of the dressing because the chicken was so crispy and tasty. read more

The aesthetic in this place was adorable! There was a really long line but it moved quick and we even got our coffees pretty quick as well. The guava cheese bread was sweet and delicious, I would definitely recommend trying it! My only issue was they only have small and large sizes which I don't like because I always prefer a medium. Otherwise a great experience! read more

roosters is by far my absolute favorite writing spot around this part of jersey. the food is delicious, (stuffed avocado & grilled bec topped with fig jam ) as are their pastries (yummy cheese bread & pain chocolat). fast, friendly & fabulous service. surprisingly spacious interior & ultra cozy decor, imo worthy of any locals must try checklist. my signature drink order is any variation of an iced lavender oat milk chai latte topped with lavender sweet foam, yes it's worthy every cent added on. (try adding white mocha for extra indulgence) side note: if you visit, do yourself a favor & glance over their available specials too, least you feel fomo after you've already ordered! Roosters coffee has a pretty extensive menu of drinks and food items. We had the special smores latte and their iced matcha which were both really good! S'mores latte was pretty sweet but I'd chalk that up to its flavor profile because smores -- are sweet LOL Good coffee to milk ratio even with the add-ons. Very pretty drinks but more so they are tasty! I like how they recycle old cardboards to make a cup holder. The interior is cozy and service is friendly, there was a bit of a wait to get the drinks but the waiting area is nice enough for me not to get annoyed. Would come back here! read more

I absolutely loved Roosters!! My friend and I saw this cafe on Instagram and really wanted to go but it's 45 mins away from where I live, so we decided to make a day out of it! We came here for breakfast then drove 5 mins away to FLG X Adventure Course :) Highly recommend coming to Roosters in general, but it's an awesome cafe/food spot to visit before an adventure course! I ordered the pistachio latte and grilled cheese with egg, fig jam, gruyere cheese, and bacon for breakfast then I came back AFTER the adventure course for a Mama's Matcha Strawberry and a slice of banana bread with guava. I absolutely loved everything I had there! The espresso was strong but not bitter, the grilled cheese had a great mix of flavors, and I loved the guava bits in the banana bread. I even enjoyed the free coffee candy they have at the pickup counter! The employees are so friendly and the vibe is so cozy yet modern. I loved all the different sitting areas, the little free library, and the eco-friendly "simple earth store" in the back! What an awesome addition to the community. I'll definitely be back to try a latte flight :) (flights are only available after 3pm!) read more
To say the least, Roosters was phenomenal! My bf and I were looking for a quick bite on the way to Woodbury Commons and came across Roosters Coffeehouse. Parking is a bit limited but we parked in the street of a nearby neighborhood. Once we stepped inside, we were unexpectedly pleasantly surprised by the interior. It was so cute and there was so many different areas to do work, eat or just hangout. They had several food options and even specialty coffees. When our orders came out everything looked beautiful. We ordered avocado toast, egg and cheese croissant along with a peppermint mocha latte. The food came with strawberries and blueberries and the latte came with crushed candy canes. Overall Roosters completely exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area! read more
Such a cute coffee shop in Roxbury Township! I absolutely love the decor and the layout, it's so cute and just brings me joy. I feel like I'm on a farm. The coffee drinks and menu is phenomenal! Definitely very creative and tasty, not like a regular coffee. I appreciate that they can adjust the sweetness to the drinks. Absolutely LOVED the touch of the cheese breads and empanadas. They were really delicious and paired well with the coffee. Can't wait to come back and try more of their menu! read more

Roosters has the most delicious coffees and drinks. They have a couple of bite options, which makes them a perfect place to work, catch up with a friend, or just pick up a drink. Their staff is very friendly, but the place is always busy, so be prepared for a little wait. There are not many tables or parking spots, so I would recommend going outside of peak hours. To be honest the place it's really cute, very clean people friendly. The only thing it's a little over price and the cashier she couldn't explain to me the drink I ordered with a very strange attitude, besides we also ordered a tomato soup and the bread was not good. The espresso is not very good but it can be recommended to live the experience. read more
Rooster's is a coffeehouse that just recently opened in Ledgewood. They've done a really nice job designing this place, it's very nice inside. My wife and I went on a Sunday morning and it was very busy. The coffee we each had was delicious. There are pastries and sandwiches which also looked very good. Everything is freshly made. I loved the machine which was freshly squeezing the oranges. There's a sign inside asking people to be patient since it's a new business and they're still learning. I thought that was right on since it did take a long time for 2 coffees, but it was a peak time and they probably have new people. Everyone working on the staff was very friendly. We'll be back, next time may be when they're a little less busy. Give Rooster's a try if you love coffee! read more
