Today via DoorDash was looking forward to a light croissant sandwich but even though clearly specified I get a dense, chewy bagel as the "bread" when I specified croissant. Total buzz kill. If the employees cannot read or take the time to read instructions, you will be losing a lot of $ for redoing beverages and refunds. Ordered two coffees through the mobile app this morning--both with cream. When I arrived, I was handed two black coffees. I let the employee know these weren't mine, but instead of remaking my order, he just added cream and sugar to the mystery coffees that were already halfway melted. The whole process was messy. The lids were completely covered in coffee, which ended up spilling all over my center console. What happened to taking a little pride in your service? Stopped in on a Monday morning. We ordered a black coffee, I'm not complaining but it was filled to the brim with no room for sugar or cream, a dozen donuts, three breakfast sandwiches and two bottles of juice. Service was quick and our breakfast sandwiches were good. Tables could have used a quick clean and wipe. I am not a DD person but this location but as this was one the only coffee shop in the area AND it was located near the Ragnar Cape Cod Starting line AND I had been up since 4:30am - caffeine ANY caffeine was needed to get me through the next 30 or so nearly sleepless hours. As we pulled into the parking lot my van mates realized that we were not the only ones that had the same idea. A newer location with a private lot as well as drive thru service, we decided to go in because our group of 7 women runners, each had varying caffeine and/or food requirements I give this location high marks for keeping the line moving, caffeinating my fellow runners with their speedy service, and their friendly employee interaction. This bodes well for others that might want to visit this location during the Summer when vacationers flock to Nantasket Beach. I was not particularly hungry so I ordered a LARGE Hazelnut coffee that tasted like, well, coffee. Too many times I have been disappointed with DD's lack of consistency in the taste of their coffee. It's a crap shoot as to whether the taste of the coffee is bitter or not. All in all your standard DD location with average coffee. read more

I didn't think it was possible, but this place has gotten worse from 17 years ago. Didn't acknowledge me for many minutes while I was standing at the counter. There were a half dozen employees standing around on their phones with a line in the drive thru. The bathroom was DISGUSTING - piss all over the toilet, trash likely hadn't been taken out for days, paper and god knows what liquids on the floor and walls. Gross. read more

I've really changed my opinion on this Dunkin Donuts. Even though I had received good service in the past years from this specific Dunkin Donuts, the recent change in staff is the most incompetent team on the planet. They are SO SO SO slow and seem worn down by the constant busyness of this specific Dunkin Donuts. The drive thru does move fast and accurate on some days, but most of the time now, it moves slowly and sometimes you will get another person's order because of the pure ignorance of the staff. I haven't been inside the restaurant, so I cannot comment on that, however the parking lot is big (but have a weird entrance on Bay Street.... should be on on Nantasket Avenue as well), and they at least have a drive thru. So I shall not complain about that. If they could just get the previous employees back who used to work here, this place would be just as great as it used to be. Unfortunately, saying that is much easier than actually making it a reality. Definitely prefer the Dunkin Donuts inside the Tedeschi down the street a little further. For now, 2 stars. read more

What's going on here?! Long lines and waits on the drive-thru with cars sitting at the window without service for many, many minutes on end. Even at off-peak hours. Frustrated drivers exit the line, passing the cars ahead. A few brave drive-thru refugees search for a rare parking spot to try and order inside. I think they're still in there. The smart ones simply surrender. Life's too short for this. Someone should make the new management old management. read more

The coffee always tastes different here. The young staff that works here is rude. They always run out of things, not food, it's cup sizes or straws. How many times do I have to drink a small iced coffee with a 12inch straw. My suggestion is go to Marylous just down the street by the police station. This Dunkies is horrible read more

Absolutely the worst iced coffee on the planet. Like drinking watery mud. Never again. I grew up in Boston, I love coffee, and I even like donuts from time to time. Instead the Drive-Thru workers insist that i pull into a parking spot so they can forget about my order, only for me to wait 20 minutes, and then have to go inside to inquire upon the status of my order, to which i find that the order has not even crossed the minds of the staff at the establishment. Longest I have ever waited at a Dunkin drive thru. Was so excited for Pumpkin iced coffee so I got there an hour before I had to be at work to give myself enough time. After 25 mins of waiting in line at the drive thru I moved up 2 spots in line. I had to leave coffee-less so I wasn't late for work. You guys need more staff. I agree with all the negative comments. My 3 sisters and I get coffee every weekend morning and take our dogs to the dog park. All of us live in Hull and we refuse to go to Dunkins by the beach. Its the worst tasting coffee, old and bitter. I never get my coffee the way I asked for it. NEVER. My sisters and I will go to Weymouth by UHaul to get our Dunkins. They are fast and very friendly there and clean looking. It seems to be closed again for another fire at the Dunkins in Hull. When this shop first opened it was wonderful, But I will go to Cumberalands farm before I go to that Dunkins again. Honestly, this is the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to in my life. I have been here multiple times, and I am always disappointed. Whether it is burnt espresso, waiting in line for 20 minutes for a sandwich made incorrectly, never a clean table to sit at, or rude cashiers, I have seen it all. My most recent visit there was a huge line and a big brunette girl in blue who I believe is the manager was doing nothing. She walked behind the counter, yelled at the employees, then went into the back. Deciding not to come to this place till management changes. read more

I live within walking distance and will not go into this DD if I don't have to. I have had MANY problems with this place. This has got to be the WORST managed DD i have ever been into. I have ordered a simple black coffee at the drive through..have pulled up to the window and literally sat there for 5 minutes + waiting for someone to even come to the window to acknowledge me! This has happened several times. I once beeped because I was getting so pissed, so someone would at least come to the window. And when they finally did they never said, "sorry for the wait". They never do! I have even walked in and stood at the counter and all the employees where in the drive through section talking. No one came to see if anyone was up front . I stood there for over 5 minutes before I opened my mouth to yell to someone that I was there. Again no care about the wait from the staff. They never have the same people working there. Sorry to say I get 100% better service from my DD in Everett that is next door to my work . At least they are always the same employees and very nice and get my orders correct and quickly. Oh and when you do get the coffee from Hull it tastes bitter and old. This is why I go to Mary Lou's up the street . read more
