Nice local coffee spot in Cohasset! The cafe has a beachy & cozy vibe to it. I really enjoyed their Iced Lavender Latte & Glazed Donuts. The Iced Lavender Latte had strong floral flavor and a nice touch of sweetness from the local honey. Their glazed donuts were big, fluffy, and coated in a perfect glaze. Had they not run out so fast, I definitely would've bought more. Main reason I'm docking a point is because we also tried their salted caramel latte which didn't taste that strongly of salted caramel. The flavor was basically an afterthought. Otherwise, the staff and menu were both wonderful. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back for more! read more

This was such a tiny, cute coffee shop in Cohasset. I went here twice and tried a matcha made with spindrift and then an iced chai latte. I'd say both items were good, but nothing I will crave again. At our first visit, service was also oddly slow. read more

It's such a great cafe right in the middle of town and the aesthetic has such a warm and beach vibe. Yelpers are continually spot on, so I followed your advice and drove 30 minutes to this adorable coffee shop. The drive through the winding small town roads was lush and green and idyllic. The fact that the syrups are homemade and incredible made it worth the drive alone. I can't stand when the additives to a coffee are syrupy and chemically sweet. These are rich and satisfying flavors. I tried a couple coffees from their new fall menu. The pumpkin maple tasted exactly like Autumn should taste, and the smell was out of this world! The salted caramel mocha they customized for me was pure perfection. First of all, they muat use coffee of the Gods. Secondly, the flavoring lingers after the sip, sort of reminiscent of that last bite of a dessert you can't forget. Good strong coffee. This is the place to see the rumored preppy entitleds of Cohasset. Do not take one step out of line; the pilates moms will push ahead and studiously avoid looking at you. There appears to be pastries, too, but they were in a box to the side, not on display, so I don't know what they are. This is not where you go for cafe culture, just a take-away coffee that doesn't have the overroasted flavor of Starbucks nor the watery coffee of Dunkin Donuts (at least my last two coffees there were that way). But if you like Starbucks, you might not like this place. If you are Covid conscious, this isn't for you (unless you can shout your order from outside). Staff does not mask. read more

I love Seabird!! It is cozy inside but very clean, silver countertops I think, and spacious enough you do not have to talk to anyone but can also overhear/talk to anyone if you want. It was a beautiful fall day and I had a craving for a pumpkin spiced latte. I've been wanting to try the Seabird Coffee shop since they've opened. They didn't have a pumpkin spice on the menu, but they did have a maple pumpkin spice latte. I I didn't think you could add anything to PSL to make it better, but the maple heightened the flavor profile of the drink. I decided to have a giant snicker doodle cookie with my latte and it was a perfect companion. But I must say the coffee was the star of the show. The shop is cozy, colorful, and has a very positive vibe. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you have your order to stay they serve it in colorful ceramic mugs. I had mine on the front porch. Great spot to relax and people watch. I'm looking forward to my next visit. :) read more

This place has the best coffee on the south shore ! The staff is amazing ! Sir Richard's comments and 1 Star Review is totally off base and completely inaccurate. I was standing right next to him and witnessed this experience that he so in accurately shares with everyone on yelp. The coworker was simply responding to a request from a patron and also apologized prior to texting another coworker to accommodate this patron. Sir Richard clearly has a challenged olfactory nerve and possibly dysfunctional taste buds such that he cannot appreciate high-quality coffee. Also , negative comments like this can affect the reputation of local businesses and are unnecessary. Richard is correct by saying that he shouldn't return and that he would benefit from corporate franchise Dunkin' Donuts, as he is unable to appreciate excellent service. read more

It was pretty good. the server was friendly enough (but I don't think we needed a server, but ok). the doughnuts they brought, not theirs, but somehow works with them, were crackerjack. They limit the number of customers indoors as they should, but the staff and other customers and ambiance makes everything great. Brian and his team do a great job here every time I visit. They are also a short walk from an EV charging station by the Red Lion, which makes a nice excuse for coming back within the hour......two visits, two scones.....and more than twice the fun! read more

We stopped in while were in the area from Boston area. The iced coffee was super! Better then Starbucks or many other popular places that we have had so far. The thing that makes Seabird stand out is their great service. We both felt they were so warm, friendly, and personable that when we left we asked each other? "Were we in California?" Stopped into Seabird Coffee after the Cohasset Road Race in need of a caffeine fix, something to warm up with and some food to refuel after tackling the road race course. Immediately upon walking up the stairs into the quaint coffee shop we we were greeted by a friendly and inviting staff who quickly welcomed us, asked how the race went and then inquired what we wanted to order. I had a large dark roast with just cream and the coffee packed the right amount of flavor and warmth I was in need of while my wife opted for a skim caramel latte which she noted several times as being, "...the best latte she has had in a while." A chocolate chip scone was a nice accompaniment to the coffee and had the right balance of crunch on the outside and flakiness on the inside. The coffee shop has a small patio area for sitting and blankets were available if needed. A great, friendly little coffee shop we will be sure to hit up again when back in the area! read more

Where to start. Not only does Seabird deliver the freshest cup of coffee but they deliver it with the absolute best customer service. We live in the neighboring town and my fiancé and I have been going to Seabird every weekend since they opened. It's gotten to the point that the weekends aren't enough and we've been getting our caffeine fix here during the week days as well. Definitely a warm feeling when you walk in and they know you by name, not because you go so often, but because Brian and his team have taken the time to get to know you. Staff was so nice and the woman working (perhaps the manager/owner) suggested I sit in her spot in the corner because it was the best seat in the place for view and work.
