They do not how to make drinks. They barely add coffee/espresso just milk and sugar. Everytime I come here it's the same issue.

First time at this location and the hazelnut coffee was ok. It was missing sugar and hazelnut.

I ordered a refresher drink with little ice, the young lady bought me back almost half a cup of drink with a very lite ice, I then asked her could she put more drink in there, she stated that their policy is less ice less drink. UNBELIEVABLE! plus the drink cost more at this Dunkin then I normally pay. Dunkin you have gotten my last purchase. So my husband and I did a mobile order for two drinks and two donuts. When the lady hands us the order she says that they don't have one of them because it gets very busy at night so I ask what kind they have because most Dunkin's I go to let me pick the new one and she said no we gave you a glazed, I tried to ask if they had other ones because they can't just have glaze when they are open 24/7 and my husband got something other than glaze? Worst Dunks in GA. I've went to this location many times over the years. They would charge you for the air you breathed after you walked through the door if they could. I ordered a cold brew and asked for no ice. They told me there would be a charge if they were to make it without ice. WTH!!!??!! My order contained a sprinkle donut another drink, croissant & muffin. They forgot the donut and never gave me a receipt and fake scanned my rewards QR code. I went back for my sons sprinkle donut and spent 15min looking through transactions for my purchase while telling me there wasn't any record of my purchase. As I stood there literally at the counter eating the croissant with the DD paper on it!!!!! He finally found it and handed me the donut. Ordered avo toast and the toast was rock hard like it had been sitting for ages before the avo was put on. The apple fritters were extremely stale and the coffees were really bad, my cappuccino taste like a shot of coffee pretty sure it was just foam on top no actual milk in with the coffee. This is by far the worst location. I went here a couple of months ago and the person taking my order via drive-thru was rude. This morning, a different woman taking my order also had an attitude. I ordered a black coffee and it was fine. However, I ordered the bacon strips and they were cold and tasted like the box that they came out of. My DD is disappointing sometimes. This is the location that is close and convenient during my commute. The young lady at the window is always pleasant and efficient, however, she can only be as efficient as her team. One morning recently here was a working making the hot food items with his pants hanging below his buttocks. Unacceptable in the food service industry. I usually order with my on-the-go app and drive thru. One morning there was obviously a manager present, everyone was zipping alone and clothing was appropriate. Always stop by in the evening for coffee to make the drive home. The coffee is watered-down & weak. They also charge for more than two pumps of flavor. If you ask for them to fix it, they fan you off. They also do not offer certain coffee types at night. read more

Pretty standard Dunkin Donuts, although I will say the staff were hilarious, with their smiles, jokes and entertaining conversation, even at 6:30 am. The staff were also really helpful in making a muffin selection. Yes, I know, a muffin decision isn't exactly tough, but it's always nice to get an opinion! Very busy and slow at times. Since this place is on Tara Blvd aka Hwy 19/41 and just before you hit I-75 it can get hectic in the mornings. The best coffee served extremely hot-so don't even think about suing, they have warning stickers all over the cups. FREE wifi! The donuts are always fresh and the coffee is not bitter. Today when I pulled up to the window she has an iced coffee in her hand. I then tell her I ordered a hot coffee. She tells me"No, you said iced coffee". They gave us the wrong order. Then the muffin was hard and stale. Lastly, the tea had been sat out for too long and was very sour basically drinking poison. I don't recommend eating her. So I have only stopped here for breakfast around 6:45 am. I've ordered food and donuts both are average. The menu food does take a while when you order it, about an extra 4-5mins. One of the bagels I specifically asked for butter and not cream cheese and the lady came from behind the kitchen trying to argue that we asked for cream cheese however the receipt had stated differently. I made a Yelp specifically for the purpose of sharing the horrible experiences I've had here. If I could give them zero stars, I would. One of the owners on night shift (male probably in his 40's) is extremely rude. Since this location is the only one open 24/7 near me, I always go at night and I was a regular customer. They have gotten my order wrong plenty of times and every time I correct them, they have an attitude. One time I ordered a croissant and I got a bagel that was so hard it seemed like it was days old. I realized once I was home so I didn't get a refund. I have many stories but my last straw was tonight. I ordered a medium iced coffee and a croissant, they charged me $9 and when I got to the window I got a small HOT coffee and when I said It was supposed to be an iced coffee, he got mad and told me that I said hot when I clearly said iced. Then he charged me again for a MEDIUM and gave me a small iced coffee. I said no it's a medium and he said he didn't have medium cups. Already frustrated, I said well that's not my problem, if you don't have it you don't charge someone for it and then give them something else. When I called him out and said they get my order wrong everytime, he told me not to go back as if I was in the wrong.
