I was in the area and decided to stop by to grab a drink and a bite to eat. It was around 8 am on a Friday and there was decent foot traffic and a bit of a line in the drive thru. I placed a mobile order which said it would be anywhere from 16 to 22 minutes so I figured I'd park go inside and sit. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and I liked that this location is spacious and not so small as many locations are. There was plenty of space to grab a table and sit and the pickup area was a good size so you didn't feel like you were invading others space. I grabbed a table and worked for about 5 minutes before I saw that my drink was ready (wayyyyy before the promise time so win) and as I said "thank you", one of the baristas said "have a nice day" which hey in the midst of their busyness they acknowledge me and I appreciated that. I sat for another few minutes and heard my name called and sure enough my food was ready. Again, ready wayyyyy before the promised time on the app so this was great. I thanked them as I walked away and heard someone say "your welcome"....I mean hey simple things can make customer service that much better. My drink was made just the way I ordered, the sandwich was good, service was wonderful and it was a pleasant experience. A good way to start of a Friday morning. read more

ICK ON A STICK! This is such a beautiful location but the customer service was just not right. The mobile orders were piling up and curdling. The barista had zero knowledge on how to make drinks as if the particulars weren't on the stickers. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience. She was very careless in her movements. Not to mention there was a broom on the counter near the coffee pots. Then an employee fell no one batted an eye or lended a hand to help her. Then there were homeless people coming in and out of the store and sitting on the patio that is designated for paying customers. This place was pure chaos. I really wanted to love this place. This location is hit or miss. But unfortunately lately more misses than not . Some days they will get the line moving quickly but now it takes at least 30 minutes in the drive thru and that's only if there's no more than 5 cars. The worst has to be the communication from the establishment to the patrons outside in the Drive-Thru. I waited in line for over 30 minutes and when I pulled up to order by the time the lady came on the intercom it just hit their close time and they would no longer take my order. The young lady said it was because they were really backed up with orders and that was the most frustrating. There were at least 6 more cars behind me and not to mention once your in line at a certain point you're stuck in the line. So I waited and at no point did they come out and put the closing sign up after a certain car knowing they were unable to fulfill any more orders prior to closing. Also to note they recently updated their closing time to 5pm which is disheartening being this is the closest location to me but I can no longer enjoy a Starbucks fix after work and most of the deals that happen between 12-6 on a weekday have become irrelevant. Very disappointed in this location. I remember being very excited that this location was coming. But now they've raised the prices yet again and lowered the standard of service. Worst starbucks ever. They opened at 6 this morning but the drive thru was blocked off and the restaurant didnt open until 6:10 which is no big deal but all 3 employees in there didnt say one word to myself or anyone else in line we all waited there patiently while some text and others got tea prepared and then one girl in particular came up to the register said nothing and just stared at myself and others assuming we knew she was ready for our order. the whole time she was being overly rude and impatient. Starbucks in Jonesboro is part of the company's ongoing initiative to support economic development in diverse, underserved areas of the country. The store also features pieces from local artist. I've always been skeptical of Starbucks because they destroy community coffee shops. But Jonesboro doesn't have any coffee shops , because the County of Clayton, is a very low-income African-American community that has a long history of been improvised. One positive things is- they do have one of the fastest internet options around Jonesboro. And it was nice. read more

My iced coffee never taste right & i order the same thing everywhere! I order, a bento iced coffee with 4 pumps of caramel, 4 pumps of Classic, two pumps of white mocha, and extra sweet cream. My iced coffee is always dark and I was told all the cream is at the bottom of the the cup and to stir. I stir and it was still dark. Went inside, got a cup of sweet cream and that didn't even taste sweet and poured in my cup. My coffee still taste off. I ordered this same coffee in California, New York, Tennessee, and Chicago and this is the only place that gives me problems. I hate it is now my closest Starbucks and wish they would retrain their employees. This sucks because I now have to drive to McDonough for their Starbucks on top of this location always running out of cream cheese and having long wait times. I got to the window and the barista asked me what my order was . I told her my order and my name and informed her it was a mobile order she said oh my and we gave your order to the driver in front of you it'll be another 10 minutes to make your order . This is a horrible location . Starbucks is a high end quality brand for coffee and beverages. That means it's a brand of high standards and that being said this location is at the lowest below standards. I am highly disappointed by this store it was dirty in this store . This store was disgusting. There was a highly unpleasant odor coming from the store when i walking in. It smelled like a dumpster I could not believe this was a star bucks I'm speaking about . There was a full staff and no cleaning absolutely no cleaning be done just whole lot of socializing of coworkers talking to each others of their personal lives ignoring customers needs. I ordered a vanilla chai frappe and matcha frappe thru the app. When I went get my order both of the frappes were thrown together with no love. A frappe is supposed be ice cold .
