We got two boxes of donuts...again, fulfilling our inner far giant, amd left. While driving, my friend decided to snatch up a red velvet sweet. She took a bite and immediately pushed about how good it was. Then, she began to admire the sweet, until she screamed. We came to a stop, we were at the light, and there was a dead bug in the icing. The first time I visited, I was a little confused because the speaker was covered in a trash bag, but that was because it didn't work. Anyway, I went to the window to order (there's a menu on the wall of the store) and received great customer service from the employee. I typically order the glazed donuts for myself or my co-workers are EVERY TIME THEY HAVE BEEN DELIGHTFUL. Their glazed donuts are light, warm, and so delicious! This place is such a great gem. Literally as soon as we walked in we were greeted by all the staff. The staff made sure we were immediately helped and eagerly answered questions. We purchased two kolaches, one spicy one regular, both were so good! They will warm them if you ask. We also purchased half a dozen donuts. The donuts are so good and so soft! I've been to this establishment twice, although the donuts taste great, one of the employees that I am assuming is either the manager or the owner has skoal in his mouth, which is very gross being in the food industry serving donuts while having to spit into a cup at some point. It also wouldn't hurt for the staff to wear gloves as they are handling money and serving donuts at the same time all together great concept but very poor execution of just common courtesies and the biggest one of all is the need for a spit cup while serving others. Gross!!!!! This business has not been here that long and I hope that they will correct these issues and have a long business life. read more

No problem, I figured she was finishing an or something. We sat there for a very long time (10 mins) patiently, and we're not even acknowledged. I visited the donut shop and went through the drive through. I noticed that it was taking a long time to be serviced. I mentioned to the cashier that it took a long time to be serviced and she said we wait on everyone on the inside before servicing the window. I told her they should post a sign letting people know that so they can decide whether to go inside or wait in the drive through.
