I try to be as kind as possible during these tough times but this location has proven to me time after time that competitors deserve my business and value it much more. I wish Kissimmee had more businesses to choose from but kissimmee clearly runs on Dunkin. We order on the app and pick up our orders often. To deter the line and to make sure the drink is made correctly. When we order in store it's always the wrong milk or syrup despite ordering otherwise. They don't hear the order correctly or don't care...Allergies/dietary needs aren't taken seriously here. We also have encountered this issue multiple times where they are A. Out of Almond milk or B. Out of Matcha powder. Understandable things run out. However telling your customer that " you have nothing to do with the app" instead of apologizing or trying to call the app and resolve an issue is unacceptable. This cashier informed me that they will be out of Matcha for a month.... so you plan on letting customers pay for it, arrive at the store and then just keep telling them you don't have it and it's not your problem. Surely there is a solution?? Also cherry on top... they don't do refunds. So imagine having an allergy to milk and you can't even get a return. But compared to orders in the past, these ones were weaker and more watery. I ordered the Texas toast sandwich. Instead it was basically two very thin slices of toast. My husband and I went to order a simple coffee and tea. Service was undeniably horrible. I had to repeat my order 5 times. One of the workers was trying to get my attention from far in the back in the kitchen. I heard someone say "hey,hey,hey you." I looked up and realized they were talking to me. Workers should address the customers as ma'am or sir. Not "hey you". It was so disrespectful! Then another worker was freely cussing with another customer at the drive thru window. She looked back at me and then continued to use very vulgar language. I'm not the one to say anything in these situations especially if it's in public and things get out of control. Stopped in for coffee and breakfast Sunday morning around 11...the line felt like it took forever to move. I'm a relatively patient person, but with so people running around behind the counter, they should be moving people quickly, especially at that hour. This dunkin donuts has some pros which would be: very decorated, nice place inside and has a lot of seating area. Also pretty friendly staff and food comes pretty quick. The cons on the other hand would be the food. I ordered a egg and cheese croissant and it had a very weird taste. I liked the latte, it was pretty good. I would say the drinks are all pretty good except for the coffee. The coffee has a really different and weird taste, and it was just to weak even when I got the dark roast. I also got a wakeup wrap and it looked pretty big on the menu, but when I got it, it was the smallest thing I could have imagined it to be. It was a tiny tortilla with a tiny egg inside, and it didn't even taste good! That was a waste on money and I would not even get that again. I don't even know why that was on the menu. I was sadly mistaken and just need to write it. Service is beyond bad. Just down right awful. Not one good thing to say about this location. This morning I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes with 3 cars in front of me for one cup of coffee. When I pulled up to the window, the employee helping me was screaming at the other employees in the store that she was working her a** off all alone in the drive thru. I was looking for her name tag but of course she wasn't wearing one. Very, Very unprofessional. Coffee always has the burnt leftover taste. Never hot just warm. I have on many occasions gone into the store and not the drive thru to get a take on the inside and it's not much better. I don't expect to greeted when entering certain places but from them to act like their doing me a favor by getting my order it not acceptable. That is what it feels like here. They all need a good amount of customer service training to bring it up to par. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I didn't go to DD, I went to BR. But there's only one review for BR, but mostly because no one really goes there for the ice cream. And I can tell why. First, when we pulled up to the speaker-(5 stars for the fact of the drive through baskin though.) we weren't greeted properly. I decided to ask a question regarding the ice cream, and didn't answer right away, which is fine, but a simple "let me check" would have sufficed. Nope. There was a long, awkward pause, before he replied that they did have that ice cream(the love potion that is only available the month of February.) At that point, I wrongfully assumed that they had all flavored, that every BR has. When I started ordering, they told me that the two ice creams that I wanted, bubble gum and blue raspberry, Were not available. So I asked if I could just get the love potion, then a woman, who was very rude, talked over me, reading off what they had. Which was very limited. A lot of them were chocolate or coffee, besides the "icing off the cake". I don't like chocolate or coffee ice cream, so again I just asked for love potion and icing off the cake. They didn't seem prepared, or just lacked the bare essentials of BR. They didn't have any cones, other than a sugar cone. So after I ordered(love potion and icing off the cake), and my fiancée ordered(love potion and Oreo cookies and cream), along with a small frozen -mocha- cappuccino, she told me to just come around and my total will be waiting at the window. We get up to the window, and wait every bit of five minutes, before anyone even comes to tell us the total and ask for the money. When she does, she seemed very annoyed that we didn't have the money ready, or weren't paying with card, as we like to pay exact cash, so my fiancée just gave her a $10. Which is not what we were wanting to do. Then it took a couple minutes to get the change back. When we got the receipt, my fiancée stuck it in the door handle, not giving it a second look. Then a man comes up to the window, and asks what kind of ice cream we wanted again. So we tell him(the two orders of ice cream), then ask if we can still get them on the come, but put into the bowls. Another 5-10 minutes pass(what could be taking so long?) and the original woman, came back to the window, and asked AGAIN, what we wanted. So we told her, love potion and icing off the cake, and she interrupted my fiancée, to call on the headset to another worker and says "one scoop love potion and one scoop icing off the cake. DUH" and then my fiancée started to say the second and she looked confused and said, there's another? So she took that down and again, on the head set, says, "love potion and Oreos cookies and cream. DUH" then glares at us, and slams the window. I ask to see the receipt, and notice, she only rang in one order of the ice cream. AND gave me an original cappuccino. Another TEN MINUTES passes by, and a different girl comes to the window, and starts to hand us our ice cream, and they were both, love potion and icing off the cake. So we tell her that's wrong, and it takes seriously, another 5 minutes to get it. Then, when the original woman hands us the ice cream, she almost forgot to give us the cappuccino. All and all, the only satisfactory points were: Drive through BR and one ice cream was free. (Review is also under DD because the workers were employed by DD, not BR) read more

I was in line for over 20 minutes and I could clearly see the people behind the counter using their phones and when I tried to call them over, they looked up for a second and continued ignoring me. When I finally did get some service, one of my doughnuts were dropped and the worker tried to pretend it didn't happen and tried to give me the box. Went to the one across from race track in Kissimmee. 4 young adult males working there with 2 of them playing with their cell phones. Tried to place an order of specific donuts (2 of one kind and 4 of another) and the young male taking my order goes so "6 donuts". Thinking he might no have understood my specific order I repeated it and he says so "6 donuts or 12". I told him I was trying to make a specific order of donuts and repeated it again, 2 of one kind and 4 of another. Guess what his sarcastic response to that was? Yep, " so 6 donuts, right"! I visited this location early this morning..the drive thru gentleman needs better communication skills and needs to work on having a more friendlier attitude. I ordered an ice coffee with french vanilla and was given just iced coffee. When I told him, he quickly became defensive and said he already put some. Years of getting this same coffee there was no french vanilla in it but ok no biggie...I also ordered a toasted bagel with turkey slices...I get to the window and no turkey. This isn't the first time this location does have key items on their menu. I would prefer you don't advertise want you don't have and if it's just a slip up don't try and pass the blame on to the customer for ordering it. Unacceptable and will not be returning. I Write another review about how this dunkin donuts sux because, I had another bad experience. Until I get a good one I will continue to give them bad ones. They did not have a one wheat bagel, Nor did they have a donut for my little girl other than a chocolate donut with YELLOW sprinkles. Lol I tried to use coupons but was turned down at the window being told that they don't accept coupons other than their little ones I already had. She did not even give it a second look, she just said no and walked away. Upon dissatisfaction I wad reviewing the receipt and did you know that it's .99 for a bagel and another .99 for creme cheese. Totaling around 2 bucks for a bagel with creme cheese..... .99 for a chocolate iced donut with yellow sprinkles. WTF lol. Anyways I think the only satisfaction I got from this visit was that I wanted to buy two bags of whole bean original in the pound bags and I got that for 8.99 each... I tried to use DUNKIN DONUTS coupons to save me 3 bucks but nooooo. I just got a NO. Then a back turned to me.... I would never come back to this Donut shack but it's the closest to my house. I haven't been to DD for years. I figured this was something different for this morning. The number four has always been my go to. Keep in mind this is Kissimmee at 6:30am on a Sunday so I wasn't expecting amazing service. We were all grouchy that we had to work. Cuz that's were I was heading to as well. Service is always just okay. Never a smile or a good morning. Efficient, but no connection to the customer. Coffee is always made your way. Although I always say, extra cream, extra sugar. Makes sense and I know they won't screw it up. I need my coffee in the morning. Overall decent coffee. Nothing to write home about. Maybe I am becoming a coffee snob. It may be a long time before I go back. The croissant sandwich with sausage is good. The tater tots are not as yummy. They tasted old and like that they have been kept for a long time.
