I did a mobile order before coming to the store. After seeing the lines, I could easily see that there was a line. That's no issue. I can easily wait. However, the staff was very unpleasant. Multiple people had their mobile orders on the table without them calling the names, like normal dunkin staff has done in the past. Everyone was confused. Once I asked about my coffee order, one of the staff had told me to read the names. I explained to her that it's not my job to read the names or is it professional to say that. As a customer, I'm not going to grab everyone else's drink to see because that's unacceptable and unfair. You can easily call out the names. I simply grabbed my coffee and walked out the door. This will be the second time I have given this place a chance. I've been choosing dunkin over starbucks for years, now I think starbucks will be getting my time and money especially in Lagrange. read more

I go into the store at 7.40p.m At the 2 associates are sitting down on their phones. Other than the lady goes to the cashier Can I ask her do you have any midnight brewshe says no. And she is still on her phone texting. That didn't even washed their hands why there off their phone the gentleman . You're Night crew is disgusting. This place is a trip hours wrong on page, place mobile order 2 minutes after they open get there 35 minutes later the stand around for another 20 minutes cause it's not ready this Dunkin is so ghetto compared to others in other towns, they get your order wrong all the time, the folks that own it will send you coupons to try to get your business back then the very next time you come guess what ? It's screwed up again.:. Now I ordered breakfast .. get there and told we don't make those anymore they are off our menu.. but they are on app and no one emailed or called to tell you that before you drove there.. after this debacle not even as much as a sorry or discount for the inconvenience and making me and my family late to an event!!!! I see a lot of negative reviews but I come here daily. Like many other places, this Dunkin' often experiences staffing shortages causing wait times to be longer than they should be. The employees are usually very apologetic and you can tell they're doing their best. I keep coming here because they are consistently kind and my positive experiences far outweigh the bad. read more

I come here almost every day when I work. I only come to this one due to the customer service. Today the one that took my order was very rude. I get a drink and 2 donuts. I choose from Boston Cream or Vanilla Cream. Today they were out of them, so I asked what kind of other donuts they had. And her reply was as Follows. "The same donuts we always have but the Boston and Vanilla." Which still didn't help me. I had to get 10 donut holes for a friend. And she asked me a question that I didn't understand. The lowest service I have ever received from a drink shop. Was here 50 min waiting on my drink and Experienced first hand at least 10 customers leave because they didn't have time to wait an hour for a drink. The workers are so rude I literally asked for cream instead of milk on the butter pecan coffee and with sugar and she said okay slow down one thing at a time and I was like excuse me. I then said okay then very slowly said can I also get light ice in that and she said okay in a rude tone. I pulled up to the window and seen my cup full of ice she filled it up then handed it to me. I was so excited when this DD opened and time after time I come and when I leave, I wonder why I keep coming back. The employees are beyond rude. I pull up, there is no hello, how are you, nothing. Just my total owed. I then pay, get my order and nothing. No thank you, not have a good day, nothing-just snooty and hateful. Always act like I am bothering them! And 9 out of 10 times, my order is wrong. What do I order? Hot coffee with cream and sugar-difficult, I guess. Then I have to park, go in and ask for cream or sugar or coffee that is actually hot. There is never an apology! They always act like I am being difficult by wanting what I ordered! I swear every time I won't be back. And then I think maybe they can I'll get better-nope! Worse! If you are going to open a business, why would you not care how hateful your employees are? Covid? Please! They have employees-just nasty ones! This place won't make it for the long haul!
