This morning, I went to Dunkin' Donuts and ordered through the drive-thru. When the employee handed me my food, I drove off without checking that I had everything. It wasn't until I was further down the street that I realized part of my order was missing. I decided to get an oil change first and then returned to the Dunkin' Donuts about an hour later to request the missing items. When I entered the store, a woman at the register was packing glazed donuts into a box. She neither greeted me nor acknowledged my presence but instead called for someone named Anna to come to the front. As I continued to wait without being acknowledged, I approached two gentlemen who were prepping food. I explained my situation, and one of them looked at an open bag on the counter that contained the same item I had ordered earlier, saying, "Oh, here you go." I asked if they could remake the order since the food was cold, and I wasn't sure when it had been prepared. They both displayed an attitude, and one of them proceeded to make my order without wearing gloves, handing me the bacon without packaging it in a larger bag. When I asked for a bag, he handed a flat bag to his coworker, who then gave it to me to package my food. The lack of professionalism and disregard for proper handling issues is unacceptable and this was not the first time I've had a problem at this location. I subsequently called their corporate office and plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and OSHA due to the food handler not wearing gloves. read more

This location is the closest to where I work so I've stopped by more times than I can count. Some days the items I get are spot on and some days, the complete opposite. I got a croissant with cheese not too long ago and it was completely doughy and uncooked, but the caramel latte with almond milk was delicious. Today I got the new iced matcha latte and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The customer service is acceptable- nothing special but no complaints. This is the closest DD to my family's place. Let me start by saying this: this review is for the owners of that place and not against the workers; I believe them to be just doing the job asked of them. 1. This place is filthy. Literally everything, the doors, the handles, the debit card machine, the windows on the drive thru, EVEYTHING IS FILTHY. 2. Your coffee is more expensive than the DD in the other direction, the same about of time it takes me to get to this one. I'll go to that one. 3. On a Sunday eve, your place WAS PACKED WITH CUSTOMERS. You had 2 employees working and were out of stock on the most basis of DD/BaskinRobbins things. Cones. How do you run out of cones on a weekend day? Why are you not stocked properly. Overall, just a bad spot indeed. I've come back over and over, because I want to support this spot and hope for the better. But this last trip, I was afraid to touch any thing in that store and I felt so bad for the guys working. This use to be one of my favorite locations but in recent month service has gone down. I come here at least 3 times a week and the last 2 weeks have been awful. I stopped using the drive through because is alway busy and started walking in to pick up my coffee . I place my order on the app 7-10mins before I reach the store and i'm still left waiting another 10 minutes. I understand being backed up or being understaffed that's not my issue. It's the lack of greeting and care when I enter to pick up my coffee. No one says good morning no one reassures guests that the orders are coming . It's just not a good vibe to walk into. There was a very long wait until someone finally answered the call box at the drive through, they made my order into two separate orders, no one seemed to know what they were doing at the window and when we finally got to the widow no one had the order ready. They missed the almond milk in one of my drinks. The top and sides of one of the drinks were dirty. Extremely unprofessional here. First time visiting and prob my last. We came 4 hours before they closed and they were out of almost every donut flavor. The male employee working the drive thru was extremely flamboyant with his personality/orientation. It was a bit uncomfortable and bothersome for my wife and I. This Dunkin' Donuts location is my go-to place when it comes to getting out of the house/hotel and going to an environment that I can just veg out and relax. Although my prior veg out place was at the Barnes & Noble Starbucks off of Mount Zion Parkway, this Dunkin' Donuts has never disappointed. Clean environment, good products (thank you, Turboshot expresso), and good Wifi, you really can't beat this place. Making the left turn in getting to this location can be somewhat tricky if you aren't paying attention (you have CVS pharmacy traffic), yet its cool. And there is always plenty of parking. Highly recommend parking on the right side of the parking lot adjacent to the trees in order to get the shade. read more

Always love stopping at DD in my travels... stoped at this location with my mom on the way to the airport. We went through the drive through (safer with 2 kids than going inside... we just didn't want to have to buy doughnuts) we had a latte and a coffee, the staff were kind, polite, and patients while we made our selection... I've been out of the land of the DD kingdom for a while now, and it always is the equivalent of a new fawn walking when I try to order. We made it through, and they were super fast too! Went here on a Saturday morning around 1130. I ordered two sandwiches, two drinks, a bagel with cream cheese, hash browns, and a donut. They took the order just fine and my receipt was correct. When they started giving me my food, however, almost everything was wrong. They gave me apple juice instead of orange juice. They didn't give me the donut. The bagel had no cream cheese. The other drink was made incorrectly. One of the two sandwiches was also made incorrectly. Nothing we ordered was special or had any unique request other than the drink they messed up. When we told the guy at the window, he just stared at us with a "what am I supposed to do about it" look on his stupid face. Also, the only people wearing masks had their noses uncovered. The service has gone downhill. I see new faces. I just left dunkin after trying the new pretzel crissoant sandwich. Its good, I've had it before but at 12:46 on a Wednesday it is not! The service was slow especially considering its lunch time. I was the only car in drive-thru. The woman passed my food with a grin and apologized. I then check my bag and it's a haphazard mess. The outside wrapping looked so gross. Sandwich paper balled up and folded into the sandwich with crumbs falling everywhere. The service is horrible! We stopped at this location before heading back out to Florida, the guy was incompetent. We asked for a few things to be added to the order and wanted to make sure he added what we needed in our coffees. When paying for the order, they did not add creamer and argued that we didn't ask for any. Instead of just adding then he started talking crap to his coworker and they laughed about not getting almond milk and creamer. We definitely asked and paid for it. We go here often, so I'm not sure what was going on with the other reviews. I will say that I never go to a doughnut place at 11pm and expect to find doughnuts because...never mind... They just redid the interior and exterior which is cool since this is our neighborhood Dunkies. The service for us has always been prompt, courteous and professional. The food well prepared and satisfying. I'm a huge fan of their coffee including the new dark roast. They are always packed on weekend mornings with families and people headed off to work. read more

This location is pretty consistent with their coffee. I purchase iced coffee from here 5 out of 7 days. My usual is a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar. Lately they introduced the pistachio, butter pecan, and cookie dough. All three tasted pretty good however pistachio is the best IMO. read more

The WORST Customer Service I had ever experienced!!! I tried to use the drive through 12/14/2019 around 9:00PM. My wife and I asked specific, I assumed easy questions about the menu, and instead of answering my questions, the two cashiers barked and ridiculed our requests. I asked for a brownie, with vanilla ice cream, with caramel toppings, including pecans. Instead, they responded with "You are having butter pecan ice cream, with almonds." I quickly corrected her and that is when the pubescent, temper tantrums start flowing from these two cashiers. I abruptly just canceled my order, for fear of getting tainted food. I visited the Lake City. GA location at 6:40 pm March 6, 2019. I placed my order which was a large iced coffee and a bagel. Then I was informed rudely we don't have any bagels, they just got there. Understanding I tried to order something else then again rudely we don't have nothing but coffee. Then I asked again to make sure. She again rudely said we have nothing and I said not even a croissant or flat wrap. She rudely said we got a wrap. Scared to order I said never mind. I accepted the coffee. Drove around to a cashier smirking and the staff laughing. Then I was asked again my coffee order. Then I was told rudely we don't have long straws we just have short ones. I'm writing because I went there yesterday also and felt like I was treated rude but I shrugged it off as a misunderstanding.
