Dunkin' has average coffee and average doughnuts but they do taste good. I love getting a chocolate sprinkle doughnut whenever I go to Dunkin'. Overall I recommend going to Dunkin' if you want a quick coffee and doughnut on the go or sit inside and do quiet work. read more

I had never had DD's before and it just so happened to be connected to the gas station we stopped at. I also had a coupon so I figured it was the perfect opportunity to try it out! I ordered a French cappuccino with sugar and unfortunately didn't like it. I enjoyed the one I got from a travel center rest stop more... With that being said I did the uncomfortable thing and told the barista / cashier that rang us up that I didn't like it. She was frazzled awkward by my complaint. She was a sweetheart and let me get a smoothie free of charge. A+ on there customer service! Good service as I said but the smoothie I must say tastes the same as a McDonald's smoothie.. I wouldn't come again, not because of the service (it was great) but because I don't think DD's is very good considering I like a $1 cappuccino from a rest stop more than I do at a coffee shop. Donuts are good but hard, my boyfriend is used to softer donuts from a small donut shop in California. read more

In a rush? Don't stop at this DD. Keep driving to the one in Downtown Dells or Tomah. Driving through on a Sunday they seemed short staffed but we're just RUDE to customers and fulfilling orders incorrectly. Even I could tell what people wanted and they weren't getting it right. Luckily by the time I got to the front there was a changing of the guard and my order was fine. Bad attitudes all around coupled with the lack of apple crumb donuts mentioned by a previous reviewer just left me totally unsatisfied with this Double D. read more

How do you end a girl's outing? Getting doughnuts, of course. My out of town friend does not have a Dunkin' Donuts near her so we stopped to appease her donut dreaming. We each got one big donut ( Bavarian Creme for me, Boston Kreme for S, and Pumpkin for A) and a small box of munchkins of mixed variety. We got here around 10 am on a Tuesday morning so there was still a good selection available. We walked in to order but we planned to carry out (none of us are really crazy for their coffee). The counter staff was friendly and patient with three ladies arguing about who's paying the bill. The business looked clean and orderly. This business is part of a truck stop/gas station so you could get your doughnuts, a tank of gas, soda, and other snacks for the road. This location was good for us as we could all get on the highways needed for our routes home. As we ate our donuts, we found them to be fresh and good. Especially the munchkins. read more

We stop here every year for breakfast sandwiches, doughnuts, and of course coffee while vacationing in Wisconsin Dells. Even during the busiest parts of the day the staff are always super friendly and keep the line of guests moving at an expedient pace, which is always good customer service when your standing in line with an impatient 11yo and 3yo. This is a cozy Dunkin' Doughnuts with only a few small tables inside and it can get crowded quickly, but it is always imaculately clean and the food is served piping hot. Drive-thru available and service is efficient. This Dunkin' Doughnuts is attached to a large Mobil gas station which is also convenient for a traveling family. read more

I had heard so much about Dunkin's being amazing, but I was a little confused why after my visit. The place was very busy (as to be expected on a Sunday morning), however my coffee was bitter, my doughnut was thrown into a bag upside down, and my bagel was just OK. It was fine for a quick breakfast stop, but nothing great or aw worthy- just a quick coffee on the run! read more

Yay, Dunkin's coffee and doughnuts! Boo, no apple crumb donuts, just apple spice! What's with that nonsense?! Thankfully, there was another Dunkin's near Tomah that had its doughnut game on point so I could get my fix. Seriously, though, the store was clean, they had a good amount of staff so the long line went quickly, the coffee arrived fast and there was a good amount of seating for breakfast at 9:30am on a Sunday morning. It's attached to the gas station, so if you don't drink coffee or tea, you can go get a soda instead. Will edit this review if they ever offer the apple crumb donuts. :P read more

This place was a jack in the box from the start. It lures you in with the impressive sign outside the the establishment. But once inside, the jack pops out of the box as you walk to the counter. Behind it lies the hairiest man I have ever seen. I stare in awe, he opens his mouth and with the roughest Armenian accent, he questions why I am in the building by saying "Do you wish to purchase an item or just stand there like a bafoon! I replied with my voice quivering and my knees shaking, "One of your finest donuts sir." His eyes grew as a grin came across his face."I don't know, can you?!" he questioned. He laughs vigorously at his own joke, he then reaches over the counter to fondle my beard. He then says, "Is that real? I don't think that's real. Is that real?" I am too shocked to respond. Somehow he lures me into the back of the store to make a special treat. He grabs the ingredients to make a special donut. We sit down in a donut making chair, he is behind me and guides me through the process. As we make the donut he plays a soothing song and starts to sing it. I join in because I realize that the man who took my order was my old childhood friend, Sonny. We then hug on the chair and I whisper to Sonny,"I've missed you". We reconnect through the day. I then leave the store realizing that I did not get my treat, but something more valuable, an old friendship. read more

2am coffee run. Half asleep. worker Did not tak in coherent sentences I also just woke up so that could be why but I was so confused when she was talking to me. Coffee was the worst I ever had as well. Sooo overly sweet and the lady put milk in it when I did not ask for it. When she gave it to me I told her I did not want milk and she looked very inconvenienced even though I was the only customer so it shouldn't have been a problem. The coffee she made me this time was the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. It tastes like she went in the back, pissed in the cup, added some hazelnut syrup and handed it to me. Will not return mostly because I am not from around here but also because the coffee tasted like it was from a literal ass. read more
