Overall good experiences here. This small town Dunkin' is centrally located near a gas station, farmers market/roadside stand and near the diner. The logistics are awkward if you try to enter from the back so you might as well enter from 70. They have a "do not enter" sign in the back and you get entangled in the drive thru line if you do enter. At busy times this could be troublesome. Out front & to the side there is plenty of parking for customers. The shop is small and clean. The drive thru is the way to go here. It is so much easier but if you want to linger the inside seating is good. The drinks made here are very consistent. Very rarely do you get your drinks not the way you ordered it. Time and time again I leave this particular location borderline infuriated. Whether it's the wild wait times at the drive through or, just everyone inside the store walking by you and not making eye contact. This is constantly the worst experience I have had in anything to do with food or beverage. I would think now by accident they would get things right but no. I can now relate to what an abused spouse feels like because I keep going back hoping they will change. This last visit I waited 16 minutes for an iced coffee that when I finally got it tasted like it was made from the spillage around the rubber matts and they just rung it out in my cup. I also got a nice note of cleaning solution too. My god as if life isn't difficult enough with the two civil war zombies running for president and a box of cereal costing almost bucks, all I need to get me through the day and not drive headfirst into a guard rail is one of Dunkin's delicious iced coffee I've grown to love. This is my "home" DD and I'm so lucky! The staff at this Dunkin always gets my order right. Once I ordered on the road and thought it was to that Dunkin. My mobile app didn't update and I ordered elsewhere. A phone call to the store and they wrote down the order and said it would be ready the next time I'm around. The very next day, I went to the store and mentioned the manager and where she wrote the info. They not only got the entire order correct, but they just appeared with it and didn't ask about what I ordered. It is a pleasure to use this Dunkin. Friendly, smart, and accurate! read more

I usually have no problem at this location but today whens I asked for 2 large coffees one regular with cream and sugar and one with cream and mocha swirl. There was no one in front of me so I thought it would come out right away. I waited for approx 5 minutes. watching the young man who took my order taking care of the person behind me, grabbing a muffin and putting it in a bag. Finally I got my 2 coffees and checked to make sure that one label said "mocha swirl" and it did. I get home and the mocha swirl was just coffee and cream. Disappointed. Maybe if he had taken care of the first order (mine) before doing the second (not mine) I would be able to enjoy my coffee. Just sorry I gave him a tip. read more

The Lakehurst Dunkin' location is among the best in the region. The location is clean and neat (only 3 years old, so relatively new) and they keep up with it. Their food and beverage preparation is always the best. The items I get are always correctly mixed (not taking shortcuts or skimping out like other locations) and taste just how I like them. If they happen to run out of something, they try to make it up with a better value. While every location has a lot of turnover, the staff here are generally hard working and conscientious of your business. I like to go to this location whenever I can make my travel work. read more

Never ever do they get an order right. If you ask for almond milk they put regular milk in, or they give you a cup of milk with a mist of coffee. They clearly don't follow the recipe instructions, why are they putting 5-7 pumps of flavoring in a SMALL coffee?! This place needs serious help. I'm done purchasing from this location. read more

They are the most rude employees, I've come here multiple times and saying I'll give them another chance and I am always met with terrible service. I ordered assorted donuts through the drive through and wen I got them 10 out of the 12 were plain donuts, and I didn't realize until I left, so I went back and asked if the could change it for an actual assortment and she gave me attitude and said they couldn't help me. I strongly urge all of my fellow service members to stay clear of this place. Find another Dunkin' Donuts, this specific one is the absolute worst read more

My coffee always tastes funny here. Regardless of whether I get hot or iced and regardless of the day of the week, it just never tastes right. They make it how I ask for it (in regards to amount of cream and sugar) but the coffee has a weird taste. Almost like it's old. Every. Single. Time. I can never seem to get a decent cup of coffee here. I know that if I have to stop here for coffee, it's prob going to be terrible. The only reason I have it 4 stars is because of the customer service. Every time I've gone in there, they employees are absolutely wonderful. I don't think I've ever gone into a DD with such great staff. They are always friendly, patient and smiling. Customer service is almost (if not equally) as important as quality of product. Again after a long time I returned to this Dunkin Donuts to give them another chance. Unfortunately again I was disappointed. As every time I've ever gone in there they are always out of something. They are out of napkins they are out of straws therecertain size cups. I don't know what kind of manager runs this place but they don't know what they're doing. How could You consistently keep running out of things? Today I went and ordered a corn muffin it was so hard when I squeezed it it didn't break. I asked her for another one told her it was stale. She was not happy then I asked her why would she give me a a stale muffin when you have fresh ones all she had to say was have a nice day and close the doors in my face. What this place needs is for the owner to fire all these people and start fresh and get somebody that really knows how to train people in customer service . Again I won't be going back there anymore. Rude staff. Mocha out of stock. Gritty burnt iced latta wasnt aloud to do light ice more almond milk because she insist there was a fill line. I have sensitive teeth and cant handle a full cup of ice or hot coofee. read more
