We ordered 5 drinks, we get to the window and as the drinks were being handed to us the same lady that took our order yelled that we had one to many so proceeds to take one. So only 4 drinks were handed to us and when we tell them that we're missing one she yells "I don't have any drink for them!" We showed receipt and asked to speak to the manager when she came to us, her response was that her attitude wasn't towards us but bc they were so busy. read more

My hubby and I have been coming here lately. We've gotten many different types of donuts, and beverages. Today we decided to get breakfast. We both got the maple bacon, cheese and egg croissant, hash browns and a donut. I got the vanilla cream filled while my hubby got a chocolate iced donut. I also ordered an apple cranberry refresher with green tea. When I got ready to eat I noticed that the hash browns were done way too much and a burnt flavor. The croissant was okay nothing wrong with it, just didn't like the type of cheese on it. The vanilla cream filled donut and The refresher were excellent. Seems like they are always out of something! Pulled up this morning and ordered 50 count munchkins for an event and I get them all squished up in a bag. I said, "excused me this is for an event can I get them in a box?" Replied "we have no boxes" every time I go to the same thing! So of course I did not get the munchkins. This was a rough trip to Dunkin. On a Sunday around 12pm, this was our only true option for coffee shop in the area. The plan was just to quickly go through the drivethru. There were 10 cars that we could see in front of us. Waited about 10 minutes or so and realized the only reason the line had moved was from cars getting out of line. So we decided to give inside a try. There was still a bit of a line inside but not as bad and slightly quicker. hands down has to be the worse Dunkin I ever been too. They're constantly getting the orders wrong , coffee is off majority of the times . this is a very simple job but these people make it seem so difficult so get it correct. They really need to work on their listening skills when a customer is ordering. my step dad ordered a simple order; sausage egg and cheese on a everything bagel & a plain bagel toasted with CC and a regular hot milk and sugar. when approaching the window the girl was abt to give him three coffees and he received a everything bagel with CC and to top it off the bagels were cold as hell with half the tub of CC mind you we live only a 8min drive from Dunkin. Just placed an office order and my co-worker went to get it. It wasn't a complicated order at all, 2 sandwiches, side of hash-browns and a few coffee drinks. The only order that was "up charge" was the breakfast sandwich which was a grilled cheese sandwich and add bacon. My co-worker gets back to the office and passes out the orders and as we each receive our orders we slowly start to notice different things that are wrong with our orders. There was a dipping sauce that was missing, my sandwich had no bacon (even tho it was on the ticket that was tapped to the box) and it looks like one coffee drink had a film of "grease" floating in her drink. One drink was made extra extra sugary. I'm still upset about my up charge of (NO) bacon. Tried calling the store to see if they could resolve any of the issues from the order but of course there is no answer. I have stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts a few times usually for Coffee muffins or Frozen hot chocolate. I have only been able to get coffee cake once, I was told once, I have to come early. I stopped by there around 2/22/2023 and the young guy who did my frozen chocolate really did a good job, so, I decided to stop by 2/26/2023 for another frozen hot chocolate drink. The workers usually get the Frozen chocolate mixed up with some kind of coffee drink so, I always make sure I explain what I want. I had the unfortunate displeasure of ordering my Frozen chocolate drink from someone named Miles (I later learn't her name), At the time there were 3 or 4 of them just milling around the cash register area doing nothing but chatting. I was very specific with my order of 1 medium frozen chocolate, she said you mean a coolata I said the frozen chocolate, she mouthed off at me and said that was the coolata. I said as long as it is not coffee because I don't drink coffee. I asked if I could get Almond milk and she said no. I said it seems like it all depends on who is making the drink because I have had others put almond milk in before. She went on a side and chatted to another female co worker and I distinctly heard her refer to me as 'these customers think they know it...) I couldn't hear the rest but from her look at me and the laughter between the two, it must have been derogative. I told her she shouldn't speak about the customers like that and she promptly challenged me in a loud and boisterous tone, ' yeah, so what did I say, tell me what did I say? I asked to speak to a manager and she just waved me off saying there was no manager. I insisted on getting a manager and another staff called a manager. I was explaining to the manager about what happened when the person who prepared my drink brought it over. The manager said right away, this is not frozen chocolate and Miles promptly lied and said, I didn't ask for Frozen chocolate. The manager went to fix the Frozen chocolate and Miles said, let me go get my bag because my shift is finished, I continued talking to the manager saying Miles lied because I was very specific about my order. Miles after getting her bag came around the counter and stood with her arms crossed directly in front of me as if she was spoiling for a fight. She asked in an aggressive tone. so what were you saying about me. Her other co worker came to stand close by as if both of them wanted to jump me. I said you came out here to confront me and pick a fight she said well I am off shift now. The manager at first said or did nothing until when I said to her, are you going to allow her to speak to me that way. She said I will deal with her later and in a lack lustre manner asked Miles to leave. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUNKIN' DONUTS WITH IT'S UNCOUTH AND UNTRAINED STAFF, IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. I SHOULD HAVE REALLY DONE A VIDEO AND PUT IT IN SOCIAL MEDIA. read more

Sunday morning. 11am - just got out of Mass and understandably, there's a line - I am patiently waiting. They are visibly out of most donuts. The bakery is a mess. The few donuts they have are all raised donuts and iced TERRIBLY. Caramel, strawberry and chocolate. That's it. Not many more donuts at all. At 11am on Sunday. Also out of every bagel except plain...but didn't know that until after I ordered and opened my bag of breakfast and realized I had a plain bagel; upon asking I was told "oh shit! Sorry we out" those were his exact words. Very unprofessional. The two young women taking care of guests at the register seemed to be angry about being at work. Perhaps instead of the mentality of "having to be at work"...you should have the mentality of "being able to work". You have a job. Many do not. A smile goes a long way. I attempted to be polite, to try to crack a smile. Nothing. Which is why I reviewed here. Obviously this Dunkin Donuts doesn't teach the same values that Dunkin Donuts did back in the day. Only had 2 flavors for coffee. Hazelnut and pumpkin. Also they were out of whipped cream. I didn't order any food but who knows what else they were out of. I also ordered carry out a couple days before today and they only did half my order and had to fix it. I don't recommend this place at all. This is the closest Dunkin' Donuts to my house, but going here is always a hassle. Their drive thru is always busy, even before/after peak hours, which also impacts the speed of their over-the-counter orders. However, their workers are very patient and understanding when taking orders. I've never received a wrong order, or had problems with my drink, but it's the wait time that makes it unbearable. I would avoid getting coffee in the mornings, especially if you're in a rush for work/school, because it can take over thirty minutes. With no other Dunkin' or Starbucks in Lehigh, this location is extremely busy, yet understaffed. read more

My colleague and I went to visit this fine establishment on two separate humid days. On our initial visit, our order was incorrectly received. Perhaps we were not worthy or they were attempting an experiment that randomizes your results for extra surprise. All I wanted in this world was a combo. I did not get a combo. Today i ordered a peach coconut refesher. When i received it it was just a peach refresher. I sent it back and they gave me another one. I drank it when i came home. They really outdid their selves. I have had these before and obviously they think i don't know the difference between coconut milk and regular milk. Im so disappointed with the fraud they tried to perpetrated. It's crazy. This is the most frustrating location ever. Drive thru is always 30 cars deep which can result in AN HOUR drive thru wait. The inside is a little better, but not as convenient. If we could rate this location with less than any stars would be a negative 3. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. We have been doing business here for over 11 years. This is the 2nd time we've come in and told at 6:30 p.m. That they are out of decaf coffee. This time we asked can you brew some decaf and there was a pause and then another voice came on and said it'll take about 6 minutes and we told them OK we would wait. We've also been told on several occasions when we asked to speak to a supervisor or manager we were told they don't have managers or supervisors in the evening. With both of us having a vast background in fast food management we are shocked by this. In my personal opinion there should never be without some form of responsibility ie supervisor, manager etc. in the store hence robberies, bad food practices, cleanliness ex cetera what a shame. We just got todays order after waiting the 6 minutes for decaf. It had no ice. Seems like they poured the decaf over the ice and out the window I would think after doing that they would add more ice but I guess we the customers just pissed them off. I'm hoping the owner(s) get wind of this and will look into it. read more

I think this is the only Dunkin Donuts in Lehigh and they keep pretty busy. There's a long line at the drive thru each morning. I love the flavored coffees and the breakfast sandwiches. You can even get one on Texas Toast.The hash browns are flavorful and quite yummy. The staff is usually rather friendly. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service at this particular location. Stopped by to pick up some items for my hungry eight year old son after school. Displeased to say the least. I asked for a chocolate glazed donut, iced coffee, coolata and pretzel bites. It was around 4:00pm. The young lady behind the speaker informed me that they were out of pretzel bites, which was an inconvenience because that's what my son had requested. She didn't give us any other options so we ordered donut fries instead. Upon driving up to the window it was closed, we waited about five minutes for her to appear and tell me the total. Once we got up to the window she proceeded to give me a bag, upon opening the first bag I noticed it was the incorrect donut, so I handed her the bag back and told her that we had requested a chocolate glazed donut and not a chocolate cake donut. With an attitude she took the bag back and proceeded to hand me the drinks. I looked down for a second and she was sticking the drink in my face. I took the first drink and then as soon as I put it down and started to look up again she was there shaking the second drink as if to say I wasn't fast enough and she was annoyed. Then she left the window to correct the donut and gave me the correct donut. As soon as the bag was in my hand she closed the window. She didn't say anything to me like, here you go, I have the correct donut, is there anything else you need, etc. disappointing. Wow! I purchased a sandwich and a latte and sat down to open my computer to do some work in the lounge area. A few moments later the employees came from the employee lounge and set up for a meeting. 5-6 minutes goes by and one of the managers just sets all of his things in the booth I was sitting at. Did not greet, say excuse me is someone sitting here. He did not say a word. He placed some more things on the table, causing me slide my thing over a tad. Then he sat in the chair next to me. He then got up and stood over by another manager. The other manager (district manager) came over and told me to move to the other side where there wasn't any seating and the noise level is x5. As I was packing my things up my latte spilled all over computer mouse, because of the one managers things on the table I was set up on. The one store manager came over and told me that he was being rude. "You shouldn't have to move. I would say something but he's my supervisor". He even offered to help gather my things. I told him no I got it. I'm leaving! I went there because Starbucks was packed. Now driving around looking for another spot. 1 hour and a half later still no spot. I guess I missed work today.
