I love my dunkin donuts...but I will no longer frequent this location unless the current manger leaves. He is awful! He treats his employees disrespectfully and does not help them. There were two people ahead of me and he disappeared into some back room and didn't come out again. I asked the girl employee who he was and she said the manager... The last manager - a female - assisted her employees taking care of customers many times I was there for my donut&coffee. Also - it seems they are out of supplies more frequently now. Simple supplies like straws... Something has been off with the supplies somehow. There's a DD just down the road on route21 - doesn't take too much longer to get there. I'll go there for now until this manager is gone. They've rotated through a few these last several months so I probably don't have that long of a wait. read more

I go to this Dunkin at least 3 times a week. I get the same hot drink, coco mocha signature latte. In the app it's labeled as a hot drink. I have never had issues with anyone there before. But the service from this one lady was just horrible. She stated that the drink is only a cold drink, and then went ahead to tell me how to order the drink. Don't come here. Customer service is rude! I never write bad reviews as I understand the food & beverage industry. I've worked in it for years! Before I start, I work in hospitality and customer service as well and know that you can't control how busy you get sometimes but you don't flat out ignore or interrupt a customer. I decided to give this place a second chance. But boy did they prove me right, yet again. Even with new people hired there. I was waiting INSIDE for ten minutes and no one ever acknowledged me yet they saw and walked past me numerous times. They were too focused on the drive thru. I understand that they had a long drive thru line but I'm still a paying customer too! (Well, I WAS). I finally said "Can someone please help me? I have been waiting and standing here for ten minutes." The lady working on Jan 17th AM interrupted me by saying "Do you want to go to the drive thru? Or order on the app? I'm busy with the drive thru." I said "No, I've been waiting longer than the people in the drive thru." She ignored me. So, I left. I'm never coming back here and told all of my coworkers what happened. This is why I don't have any problem going to Starbucks or a Small business instead. Even if that means I have to pay more for *expected* respect. It's sad that Dunkin still doesn't understand that hat pleasing customers is STILL a priority! Do better. read more

Okay, before everyone freaks out, let me say, I know previously this location was horrendous. But I think they have a few new hires and a lot seems different about this location now. I was in a hurry between soccer games and we hadn't eaten yet. Ordered a sandwich for myself and avocado toast for my wife. 5 minutes of waiting and I see the worker leave the store. Other worker is on their phone doing nothing. I see 5 orders on the drive-thru monitor. 5 more minutes pass and the worker returns and tells me that they are out of the Avocado for the day and their boss doesn't want them to pull out a new package. Can they get me something else? I calmly asked them for a refund for the toast. They give me my refund in cash minus the sales tax. Apparently the worker doesn't know how to refund a credit card transaction. The owner chooses to save money and not risk throwing away part of a package over earning the business today and in the future from a customer. I had went through the drive thru this morning, when Syed took my order. I ordered 2 sesame bagels, 1 everything bagel, 1 hash brown and 1 orange juice. I also ordered a side of cream cheese for every bagel. After ordering, they repeat the order, which they got wrong. I corrected them. They never repeated my order back, that was red flag number 1. I get to pay, Syed looked like he could care less about his job and hated life. Just bad vibes off that interaction alone. Then I get my food, they forgot my orange juice and I still never got that orange juice btw. Then I notice 3 people are bagging my order, which honestly, why does that take 3 people? Then they charged me for 3 cream cheeses, I got 2 of those for 3 bagles. So they robbed me 1 cream cheese. They got my bagels wrong and toasted them (after I said 3 times at the drive thru I don't want them toasted). The bagels tasted horrible by the time I got home as result. They can never get the order right!!! I hate going here but my wife like there ice tea. So I go through the drive through at least a couple of times a week. Today I went through and ordered ice tea unsweetened I then said not sweat because they often get it wrong. I also order a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cream on the side. I got to the window and was given a bag. Again because they screw up so often I asked this unsweetened? It usually says it on the label he said he was sure it was. I looked in the bag and the cream cheese was on the bad not on the side. I gave it back to him and told him it wasn't right. While waiting I decided I better try the ice tea, I hate ice tea, I tasted it and it was sweet. I was given a bag back and new ice tea. I took it home to my wife. This Dunkin location has improved immensely. The workers here are extremely hard working and I give them a lot of credit. I frequent this location and the workers are fast and efficient at their job. They've rarely made a mistake on my order, but even if they do make a lil blunder, they are quick to fix it and get it right. Also, years ago, I remember this location was always low on stock of items/sold out, but I never have that problem with them now. Their signature lattes are fairly pricy, but comparable in price to Starbucks lattes. Not to mention, I like the taste of their coffee over Starbucks. In my opinion, they offer more of a variety of food items and more delicious food than Starbucks does. The egg and cheese wake up wrap is incredible!! Not only is it healthy, but it's also filling enough with a cup of coffee. The donuts here consistently taste fresh too. I want to mention a worker here named Kris who is exceptional at his job. Kris has never made a mistake with my order, is extremely bubbly and engaging, and always looks happy to be there. If I could I would have given this a ZERO star review. I had my very worst experience here at this dunkin donuts. I stopped here to get a coffee and breakfast. I recently downloaded the DD app so I tried placing my order through the app. The debit card listed has no longer valid so I attempted to add my new one which the app provided the means to do so, but it was listed as not verified so it wouldn't use it. So I drove up to the drive-thru and placed my order there. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and an americano with hazelnut and whole milk. The person taking my order didn't ask if I wanted the bread toasted, neither did he ask if I had the rewards app, which I had already informed him I placed an order using the app but couldn't complete it because it wouldn't add my new debit card number. So when I drove up and paid, then showed him my rewards code off the app, he told me I needed to show him this before paying. Then not only was the bread not toasted but it tasted terrible. The hashbrowns were both burnt and soggy and the coffee was absolutely horrible. I've since deleted the DD app and will never waste my money at any Dunkin Donuts ever again. Ok this morning I visited this location and it was miserable! I ordered a large unsweetened iced tea, a sesame seed bagel and strawberry creme cheese on the side via the drive thru! They failed miserably! I received a sweet tea, plain bagel and plain creme cheese. I checked the tea before leaving and sent it back as it was sweet tea. The person replaced the tea but did not give me a straw. I asked for a straw and he rudely said I gave you one and I responded by saying it was in the wrong sweet tea you gave me! I should have know better but did not check the food order and as mentioned that was wrong too! I visit Dunkin frequently and most always get it wrong! With a love for coffee and experience working at Caribou Coffee for a little I started out 2014 with the mission to visit all of the coffee shops in my area. After visiting a few, I thought why not write reviews and share my thoughts on each of them. So here we are... with out any further ado let's dive right in to my unbiased review of the brand new Dunkin Donuts in Lincolnshire. First, let me point out I realize what Dunkin Donuts is going in. I don't expect it to be similar to the homie feel you get from a small local coffee shop. If you want something like that then a gas station Dunkin Donuts probably isn't the best place to go. With that in mind for quick coffee and a donut on the go its a good option, but if you have a little time I recommend you check out some of the local places I have reviewed. Location & Ambiance: Its part of a gas station, and it has a drive thru which is nice! Coffee: Not must to say here, its Dunkin coffee. If you haven't had Dunkin coffee with cream and sugar I recommend you try it they make some really good coffee compared to other corporate chains. Keep in mind you wont be getting your Starbucks latte or frap here, but as far as drip coffee you cant beat it when comparing it to other chains. Food: They have the typical array of foods: Donuts, bagels, and even some healthy options (if sodium isn't a concern) Staff: The lady there was nice, and the place was clean! I have been there two times, once in the drive thru and once walking in. Both were great, and I have no complaints. I wouldn't say Dunkin Donuts is perfect so ill give it a 4 of 5 stars "Yay! I waited five minutes before I left WITHOUT either one of the two employees even acknowledging that I was standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR FACES, as they were putting donuts into boxes for the drive-thru orders, looking right at me. What I don't understand is why NEITHER ONE OF THEM could take two seconds out of their busy morning to say "One of us will be right with you" while they were putting those donuts into those boxes for those other customers. I hate tattling on businesses but I've never had a good experience at this location. For the past year that I've been coming here, they've messed up my order more than they've gotten it right. One time they got my coffee wrong, gave me the completely wrong donut and forgot to give me change. Couldn't flag em down. Three times in the past two weeks I've come here, all three times they were out of cold brew around 2 pm. They're consistently out of product and I'm going stop coming here for the risk of ruining another one of my days. Seems to be new staff recently. They do not say "good morning!" and just don't seem happy to be there. I get it... it's 5:00AM and it's hard to be happy at that time. Also, many times the hot coffee is lukewarm. Today was the first day I actually brought it back. The woman gave me a stink face when I told her it was cold. She brought back another cup and said, "sorry about that." At least she apologized. There have been a few times when I order a bagel and get cut off when ordering and they say "Our toaster isn't working!" There have have been many times the coffee just didn't taste right. I order decaf and sometimes I wonder if they're just watering down the caffeinated coffee... This is the only Dunkin' by my work and I don't know why I go back every morning... Today's the last day I'm going back. I guess I'll give McDonald's a try for coffee... Or I guess I can just make some at home... Stay away from here! We tried to go through the drive through today at 5 pm (they are supposed to be open until 10 pm) but no one was working! I asked the gas station next door and they said someone left their shift at 4 pm and no one else had come in. Update 12/10/2015 - This business has not gone out of business so I decide to give them another try. I get there at 7:30 pm. First, I have to wait maybe 6 or 7 minutes. The gas station employee tells me that the DD employee is probably in the restroom. When he finally comes out running, he goes straight to the drive-thru. So the drive-thru customer has priority even though I got there first. I got 6 donuts to go. Three were so stale my husband thinks they are day-old. I don't think they are 24-hrs old but maybe left over from early in the morning and sitting out all day. We had to throw them away. So that was $6.41 for 3 donuts. I'm very surprised they are still in business. Maybe they only mess with people that come at night. 6/26/2014 - Posted closing time is 10 pm. I get there at 9:35 and the drive thru is closed. I park and go inside. There are no donuts. The employee tells me that he is allowed to throw the donuts away 15 minutes before closing. First, it's not 15 minutes before closing yet. Second, why post a 10 pm closing time if you stop serving at 9:45? read more

This place opens at 4 AM. So I've gone there a few times at 4:05 (I'm an early riser) and they couldn't give me a breakfast sandwich because their oven wasn't warmed up. I mean, at 4 AM who is there for anything but breakfast? If you open at 4, you should be open *for business* at 4. If that means the workers getting there at 3:30 and getting everything ready, then so be it. I sent in feedback to the organization and they replied that this would be corrected. But nothing changed. DD sucks, for my purposes.... Across the street is a McDonalds, which also has breakfast sandwiches. But they don't open till 5 AM. So today I went to DD at 4.30, figuring that it should be ready. I got the "egg benedict muffin" sandwich, because I wanted something different than the usual. All I could taste was the muffin and the egg. No taste of the ham or the sauce.
