Don't come here. Customer service is rude! I never write bad reviews as I understand the food & beverage industry. I've worked in it for years! Before I start, I work in hospitality and customer service as well and know that you can't control how busy you get sometimes but you don't flat out ignore or interrupt a customer. I decided to give this place a second chance. But boy did they prove me right, yet again. Even with new people hired there. I was waiting INSIDE for ten minutes and no one ever acknowledged me yet they saw and walked past me numerous times. They were too focused on the drive thru. I understand that they had a long drive thru line but I'm still a paying customer too! (Well, I WAS). I finally said "Can someone please help me? I have been waiting and standing here for ten minutes." The lady working on Jan 17th AM interrupted me by saying "Do you want to go to the drive thru? Or order on the app? I'm busy with the drive thru." I said "No, I've been waiting longer than the people in the drive thru." She ignored me. So, I left. I'm never coming back here and told all of my coworkers what happened. This is why I don't have any problem going to Starbucks or a Small business instead. Even if that means I have to pay more for *expected* respect. It's sad that Dunkin still doesn't understand that hat pleasing customers is STILL a priority! Do better.

They can never get the order right!!! I hate going here but my wife like there ice tea. So I go through the drive through at least a couple of times a week. Today I went through and ordered ice tea unsweetened I then said not sweat because they often get it wrong. I also order a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cream on the side. I got to the window and was given a bag. Again because they screw up so often I asked this unsweetened? It usually says it on the label he said he was sure it was. I looked in the bag and the cream cheese was on the bad not on the side. I gave it back to him and told him it wasn't right. While waiting I decided I better try the ice tea, I hate ice tea, I tasted it and it was sweet. I was given a bag back and new ice tea. I took it home to my wife. She opened it and said the Oder is wrong. It's plain cream cheese and strawberry and the bagel is plain not sesame seed. The attached receipt shows what I order so he typed it in correctly but gave me the wrong product twice.

Here is my receipt that clearly shows my order along with what I received! WRONG!

Ok this morning I visited this location and it was miserable! I ordered a large unsweetened iced tea, a sesame seed bagel and strawberry creme cheese on the side via the drive thru! They failed miserably! I received a sweet tea, plain bagel and plain creme cheese. I checked the tea before leaving and sent it back as it was sweet tea. The person replaced the tea but did not give me a straw. I asked for a straw and he rudely said I gave you one and I responded by saying it was in the wrong sweet tea you gave me! I should have know better but did not check the food order and as mentioned that was wrong too! I visit Dunkin frequently and most always get it wrong! I don't know what is going on with this chain but they need to get it together!! So irritating! I posted a picture of my receipt and included a picture of the wrong food too!

Very clean and new looking as expected, because it's a brand new store.

With a love for coffee and experience working at Caribou Coffee for a little I started out 2014 with the mission to visit all of the coffee shops in my area. After visiting a few, I thought why not write reviews and share my thoughts on each of them. So here we are... with out any further ado let's dive right in to my unbiased review of the brand new Dunkin Donuts in Lincolnshire. First, let me point out I realize what Dunkin Donuts is going in. I don't expect it to be similar to the homie feel you get from a small local coffee shop. If you want something like that then a gas station Dunkin Donuts probably isn't the best place to go. With that in mind for quick coffee and a donut on the go its a good option, but if you have a little time I recommend you check out some of the local places I have reviewed. Location & Ambiance: Its part of a gas station, and it has a drive thru which is nice! Coffee: Not must to say here, its Dunkin coffee. If you haven't had Dunkin coffee with cream and sugar I recommend you try it they make some really good coffee compared to other corporate chains. Keep in mind you wont be getting your Starbucks latte or frap here, but as far as drip coffee you cant beat it when comparing it to other chains. Food: They have the typical array of foods: Donuts, bagels, and even some healthy options (if sodium isn't a concern) Staff: The lady there was nice, and the place was clean! I have been there two times, once in the drive thru and once walking in. Both were great, and I have no complaints. I wouldn't say Dunkin Donuts is perfect so ill give it a 4 of 5 stars "Yay! I'm a fan.

Manager flicking off customer. How lovely.

Horrible not friendly at all. Also pretty outdated location for being Lincolnshire, IL. Come on Dunkin, get your shit together. Guess I'll be going to Starbucks.

I have been going to Deerfields Bakery for decades; I just realized that it is not "Deerfield" or…read more"Deerfield's", but "Deerfields". Before we fell in love with the mousse cakes of another bakery that's just minutes from home, we used to order most of our birthday cakes from Deerfields, and picked up at the location in Deerfield. In addition to cakes, they specialize in a full line of baked goods, including pastries, cookies, cupcakes, pies, danishes, donuts, muffins, bagels, and more. Recently, I needed to order a small 4" cake for the first time ever, since all of us didn't want a large cake, even a 6" cake would be too much, because I am usually the one to finish all the cake leftovers. Also, there were only about 3 days for the bakery to make the cake, our other bakery needs 7 days, and probably would not make a 4" cake. I knew that Deerfields could do it in 48 hours. I was pleased that I could order on their website, although their choices for 4" cakes were very limited. I picked a velvet cake with cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting ($30.95). However, it has 4 layers and serves 6-8, we would still have leftovers. This time, I chose to pick up at the Deerfields in Buffalo Grove, where I had visited a couple of times, and I like this location much better than the one in Deerfield. It is like a storybook bakery to me! The bakery is picture perfect inside and out, visually appealing with lots of vibrant colors and beautiful displays. When I visited, the spacious bakery was festively decorated, which was quite charming. There's also a café inside, with some tables on the first floor, and the entire cozy second floor dedicated to café dining. The café serves breakfast and lunch Wednesday through Sunday. Like many other bakeries, Deerfields is closed on Mondays. On this weekday when I came around noon, the bakery was bustling. I would give this experience 5 stars for both the cake we ordered and the excellent service we received, especially from Greg, who greeted me as soon as I walked in. The customer service team had emailed me suggestions for decorating the small cake, and I replied with my specific requirements. However, it seemed that my reply had not been read. I needed the center of the top filled with more roses so the design would not look like a wreath. In the future, I will follow up with a phone call to confirm the details. One staff member from the bake room (Brianca?) came out and explained that it could be done, but I would need to wait an hour because all the bakers had just gone on break. I agreed and said I would return to pick it up. Just as I was about to leave, Greg came out from the bake room with the good news that a baker was available to do it right away. In the end, I only spent about 10 to 15 minutes waiting, which I used to take photos around the shop. The cake turned out beautiful and delicious, moist and velvety. I myself didn't care that much for the thick buttercream frosting, but the cream cheese filling was quite good. Since we had the cake after a big dinner, we all opted for small pieces. However, all of us didn't mind eating leftover cakes the next day. When we crave for a more traditional cake in the future, we will definitely return to Deerfields again!

My wife and I had always wanted to visit them ever since then and we finally did after about 10 months. The place was small and charming with lots of neeat chocolate creations, as one would expect. We sampled a couple different chocolate pieces and as far as I can tell, they were good. I say that only because I'm not a huge chocolate person, and I don't have a huge gauge on what's good vs great. Since our main purpose of the visit was for donuts, we went ahead and orderes half dozen "premium" donuts. Turns out, the box that was gifted to us was a custom mix of their premium selections, which are fancier donut creations that require a bit more finesse and efforts for them to create. Apparently, you need to order ahead if you want to have a good mix of a dozen, which we didn't know. So we ended up picking from the available ones. They were still a good variety. I don't actively seek out donuts, but if I craved one, I'd definitely seek out Morkes.

Recently, we had ordered a small cake from the Deerfields Bakery in Buffalo Grove, and really loved it.   A few days ago, while I was in the Deerfield area, I decided to stop by the Deerfield location for the first time in at least five or six years. This bakery has gone through a nice renovation. It is clean, bright, modern, and pleasant, just like the one in Buffalo Grove, except that it is a lot smaller.  Since it was after 4:00 pm when I went, within an hour of closing, some of the shelves were already empty, which is understandable and probably a good sign for the business. Out of nostalgia, I purchased a big smiley face cookie for $3.95.   The girl who helped me was very polite and friendly even though I was just purchasing one cookie.  That made the visit even more pleasant.  However, I would likely get some other baked goods instead next time, as this cookie and its icing were quite hard, and just tasted like a lot of sugar. I am deducting one star mostly because of the parking situation.  There are only four parking spaces by the building, once these spaces are occupied, customers have to walk to the parking lot in the back that's diagonal from the bakery, and cross a busy driveway shared with a bank.  This can be especially inconvenient when carrying a cake. Since the Buffalo Grove location is much larger and has its own parking lot that makes parking easy, I will most likely continue going to the Buffalo Grove location unless I happen to be in the Deerfield area.
