Fast and courteous. It may not be the biggest DD out there, but I come here all the time and its nice when workers remember you. It's a busy DD so they are prone to running out of your fav's. so be aware! Have come here late, nearer to closing, and they've given my kids free donuts or munchkins. Don't order food in the morning if u don't wanna get told to wait to order next time. Store opens at 5 am food available on app to order already. When placing a mobile order in morning the app should say food available after 5:30 if it's an issue. Ovens takes 15 mins I get a wrap or hash browns takes 5 mins should be ready. read more

The employees are always very nice, but the donuts, no so much. I dont expect morning fresh donuts at 3 in the afternoon, but days old tasting donuts is just unacceptable. Without our fail, we haven't brought good donuts from this spot in months. So now we have to write this review.. and yea, we mention this issue to the DD employees already multiple times. read more

I really need management to be more mindful of social distance. I was there at roughly 3:15pm today, the service was terribly slow with 1 seemingly inexperienced server, so a crowd piled up in the store (there should a limit as to how many people can be in the establishment?) and many in the crowd didn't honor social distance guidelines. I am only writing this review because I have a sore throat now, around 9pm, that wasn't around earlier today so am petrified. I walked into this Dunkin Donuts at 7:00pm on a Friday for a dozen donuts to bring to a social gathering. As I walked in a younger indian guy and hispanic girl were towards the back giggling close to each other and acted like I interrupted something. I then asked for a dozen donuts and was told "this is all that's left" which was just a few pink icing glazed. I then asked for a coolata which was made quickly and carelessly so that they could get back to flirting. I will never go to this Dunkin Donuts again.. read more

Fist time here and the last. Not so happy with their customer service. Very very few selection and they look down on people who buy with coupons. Donuts made smaller sizes here. Quick check beside this DD is so much better, friendly service and bigger and tastier donuts (Nutella donuts are the best). Don't waste your time here go to Quick Check. One of the smallest Dunkin Donuts around. The door is literally two steps from the counter. Gets kind of weird when a line forms cause you're literally on top of the next person. They don't have the largest selection but their location is perfect. read more

They are quick and courteous but often get my order wrong. For example, I asked for a box of Munchkins and requested mostly chocolate and sprinkled...and not too many glazed. When I opened the box at work, I saw that they put in mostly glazed...no sprinkled...and only a few chocolate. What the heck?!
