This place for some reason always takes long in the drive thru. Friendly service and used the $3 promo for a matcha drink but it didn't taste like the one I had tried before so that was a bit disappointing. They do have tables inside so you can def work from there if you wanted to. I'd recommend ordering ahead and picking up inside. read more

Drive thru order, person taking orders mumbles incoherently.I ask for an iced americano with 2 cream 2 stevia. This sleeping zombie wakes up and informs me "Starbucks cream Don't come in numbers"when I asked if he was new he gave up immediately and handed the order to an experienced person. When I arrived at pick up window to prove his point he waved a half gallon of cream at me to show me he was right! I have been a forever customer of Starbucks, never was questioned on an order. For heaven sake grow some common sense. And Most importantly if you don't want to be at work at 7 am then quit!! Don't take it out on customers Steer clear of this Starbucks NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!Horrible experience including my order, egg omelette bites were cold and after all the analysis of how I'm supposed to order cream the coffee had no Stevia COMPLETE FAIL NEVER AGAIN! read more

People here does not know what are you doing. Manager said if you order decaf coffee frappe it is cream based. So I asked her if I order decaf hot coffee, are you giving me milk? Then they charged me 2$ to add decaf espresso in the same order they made initially. Don't ever order here as they all believe the same thing that decaf coffee is creme based. Placed a mobile order and went to pick it up in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the speaker, the employee told me to hold on. Then when she came back on, I told her my name for my order. She said that she still had to make it. I pulled up to the window right away because there was no one at all in the drive thru. I literally waited 13 minutes for ONE DRINK. I had to shut off the car it was taking so long. Worse part, I got a insincere apology from the barista for the wait. Why was there a wait in the first place? I wanted to give a good review so badly because there's one worker here whose so sweet but as for all the other workers, they need a class on hospitality. I come here and order the same thing every time, Based on this you would think my order would be the same price each time right? Wrong, I either pay 4.95$, 5.65$, and just recently 6.60$. When I brought it up that my order was more expensive than usual the only answer they gave me was just a confused shrug, no apology, no fixing the price, nothing. How do you work here and not know a simple thing like why my same exact drink is always a different price? The morning crew is always so kind and my drinks are great. Yes, some of the reviews are correct that the wait during the day can be long but for someone like me who passes by around 6am because I'm on my way to work, I have no issues with this location. In fact, many times the friendliness of the staff has made the rest of my morning commute more pleasant. I've never gone inside so I can't speak to that, but I'll keep going here when I need a morning boost. read more

This is probably the worst Starbucks I've been to, amongst dozens throughout Cali, NY, Vegas, Hawaii etc. The service is terrible and tone deaf...I stopped in for my Birthday free drink and heard the barista mutter " happy birthday" under his breath Drinks overflowing on the counter, music too loud, I can't go on. 100% do not recommend. Drove a long way to get here because it was on the right side of the highway on the way to visit a sick relative. Arrived at 2:38, read the sign that said drive in only, & a woman then walked in front of our car to close IN FRONT OF US. There was literally no one behind us, & begging her got us nowhere. And she could not be bothered to tell us that there was an open Starbucks right nearby at B&N - she yelled "Go to Westbelt!" Which is in the other direction. Terrible. I know places are closing up early, but she did not need to close in front of our car instead of behind it, or be nasty!! read more

I'm not sure if it was this group of people who worked this morning but I had a wonderful experience. The crew was attentive and welcoming. They acknowledged me when I walked in, let me know they would be right with me and the experience after that was smooth sailing. I had to privilege of meeting Shandy + Aliyah, who were incredibly friendly and social. We engaged in a short conversation but it was nice to be able to connect with the crew outside of just a coffee exchange. I can see how hard the crew is trying, with a little patience you get to see them shine. And on top of they my coffee tasted great!! read more

I look forward to getting my cup of coffee aka brown sugar oat milk latte every-time! The staff is so sweet and they make sure it exactly how you want ! Now there are times things run out but that's any average Starbucks not their fault they have so many customers in a day. I must say it is always busy so expect a little bit of a wait but the wait is always worth the while . read more

Today went to Starbucks, same location every week. The drive through lady was so rude and nasty after they got my order wrong

There are a lot of negative reviews on here from when they first opened. I frequent this location almost everyday. I can tell you that it has improved tremendously since it first opened. Yes, there are things that need improvement like a garbage near the main entrance. Or the poorly designed drive thru which when the line is long it blocks lots of parking spaces including the parking for those with disabilities. I've been there also on weekends working on my laptop and no one comes around to wipe down the tables. I'm shocked because Covid is still prevalent. The staff is extremely friendly and Andy the manager is a sweetheart and always trying to provide the best service. In the beginning the staff was so new but the have worked the kinks out. I just wish they had someone on the floor wiping up tables, taking care of garbage and picking up trash that has fallen on the floor. Overall, I enjoy my experience at this location. If you are reading reviews from months ago, I would definitely give it another try. Everyone always has challenges when they first open. read more

Don't stop her unless you have 45 minutes to wait on line with 4 cars in front of you. You can always go inside if you like here the staff BLASTING music that they apparently enjoy while you cannot even have a conversation with the person you are meeting for coffee. This is the third time I've been to this location and its just a hot mess. The drive-thru workers are extremely nasty and at the last minute tell you that basically everything is unavailable after you wait in a 30 minute line. I understand being rude to rude customers, but just because you're a overwhelmed or in a bad mood does not give you the right to be nasty to people for no reason. The worse Starbucks I have ever gone to. What appears to be the manager lacks people skills. Heard her using profanity with staff. Sometimes open, sometimes not. The only saving grace is that the coffee is good. But that's just not enough. Hence the one star. Starbucks can do better. Not good for the brand. read more

Do not waste your time or money here. I just purchased a small 7$ Frappuccino because I wanted a shot of affogato inside. I never mind paying the extra cost because of the shot of espresso that's normal but I went to drink and they just gave me a regular Frappuccino. They didn't even bother to make my drink how I paid for it. Also my friends drink wasn't supposed to have berries and they added it anyway not reading the label AGAIN! They scooped out the Berries instead of making her a new drink and then added more ice to make it look fuller. WTF read more

Saw reviews were terrible but needed my caffeine fix, WHAT A DISASTER THAT STORE IS!!! Horrible is an understatement. Between the speed, the taste, the accuracy and service itself I'm not sure what is worse. My first bad experience was in the drive thru when I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch w extra crunch. The special instructions were even written on the cup but they were ignored. Today I decided to go inside order a grande coffee venti strawberry açaí and a chocolate cake pop (since they were out of the cookies and cream). Waited TWELVE MINUTES to be handed a cake pop when there was only one other customer in the store, again ignored my request for extra ingredients and gave me the wrong size coffee. I was so excited to have a Starbucks open in my town since I can take my morning walk and stop for a coffee. Not so, unless you have a car to go through the drive-thru, this store is consistently closed for walk-in service. 8:30 this Sunday morning I walked over and looked in, the staff of 4 that I saw were leaning against the counter talking, it was early not busy. The door was locked and they pointed to the drive-in only sign, I walked over to the drive-in mic to order and the first thing they said was "are you in a vehicle?" no because I am out on my walk. "well you cannot be in the drive-thru if you are not in a vehicle and your other alternative is to download the app and place a mobile order. Since it was early I asked they they just take the order and I would come to the door to get it but she said "arguing with you standing in the drive thru lane over something I have no decision in is not on my agenda today" (as if it was on mine). I get that me standing in the drive-thru is probably not a safe practice but since I was on my walk and did not have a car she could have offered up a solution - like please come to the door and we'll get you your order. BUT clearly it just wasn't CONVENIENT for her or any of the staff to offer up a solution for me being on foot and not having a car for the drive thru. And by the way my understanding is that those ordering via the mobile app at this store must sit in the drive thru line (in a car) to pick up - you just have to be in a car to get a coffee here. I realize these are trying times, what with COVID, staff shortages, and so services are being altered but that doesn't excuse bad service. Where there's a will there's a way, but clearly the attitude here is that service is provided only if it is convenient for them. read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks. First off they have the worst hours. 6am - 6pm Monday thru Thursday is unrealistic. Secondly, staff is very short and rude, especially in the Drive-Thru. I would never recommend this location to anyone. read more

Awful drive through experience. Will not go back. Was told they "did not have the ingredient" to make the seasonal coffee I ask for and then, "oh by the way, we can't make pumpkin drinks either". I didn't order anything, but had to wait in line bc the drive through did not have a bypass lane! I sat close to 15 minutes on a line where I didn't have a drink order! waited on drive thru line for 40 minutes ... they are so slow and rude ... doesn't help that your trapped in line by the surrounding curb ...got to the window and told them I don't even want the coffee anymore they held me up for 40 min ... I come to this Starbucks pretty much everyday before work, I was so excited when I saw they were opening one in my town! They are pretty slow here, I don't know if they are understaffed or what it may be but it never really bothers me, I understand things are hard right now and people are trying there best. This morning, I came to get my everyday coffee, and there was one person infront of me who was sitting at the screen waiting to order for no joke 8 minutes!! When she finally pulled away I pulled up to the screen to order, no one said anything. I said hello, and the lady just told me to hold on one second. No problem. 5 minutes passed by and nothing. I said excuse me and the lady goes miss you need to hold on one second. I told her I was running alittle late for work and ask her how much longer it was going to take. She rudely comes back and goes "we have 15 drinks infront of you, I don't know what to tell you". Like I said, I understand if your short staffed and backed up but there is no need to be rude.
