Really poorly ran location. Coffee is never made correctly even when it's slow. My coffee is either cold, or I don't know what they made. I keep trying them because of the location but the last 2 times I ended up driving down to bill gardner and repurchasing another coffee from a different location. The workers spend most of the time talking to each other and do sometimes feel like you are more of an inconvenience. Overall I would suggest to hit another location on your commute. read more

Let me just say; there is a reason why they have an automated recording instead of a direct line. This place is way too busy for them to mess up orders; and frequently give out disgusting coffee. I always add an expresso shot to my coffee. Before receiving the coffee the girl "assured" me that even though the expresso wasn't printed on the ticket/receipt; they added it into my coffee. This location is seriously a hit or miss. I used to come here each morning for a coffee and a bagel. Some days my bagel would be stale and dry without barely any cream cheese. Also, the slow drive-thru service didn't help. On another day I would be in and out in no time and the food and coffee would be okay. I just don't know how to really feel about this Dunkin'. All I know is that it's inconsistent, so please be aware of that. Also, don't get their new Matcha drinks. They're gross. I agree with Triinu K. post. Young argumentative workers and the Managers confrontational to customers, Today I received Luke warm coffee with something very thick in it. I was then told creamer machine was the problem. I complained about my discomfort in being served it, I then had two employees and two Managers attack me verbally and very aggressively. I blessed them and left Very quickly as to not escalate situation any more. This was very scary for me, When i first walked in while waiting the 18 or 19 year old black girl was cursing and laughing as though she was on the street some where. I should have left then. If they do not care about that behavior in front you do you think they care about how they prepare your food. I really believe I was served that drink purposefully. After some serious outlet mall shopping, we were craving something breakfast-y, to go. But eeek! It was past 10:30 AM, so we started driving up the highway, looking for options, and we spotted a DD near a gas station, so two birds, right? Wrong. While the guy at the counter was nice enough, we ordered a few bacon, egg and cheese croissants, hashbrowns, a sweet tea and a large iced coffee. The coffee tasted spoiled (I don't even know how that can happen! I thought it was just me, but my co-pilot agreed, and we even tested the theory with another iced coffee from a different location, so something was definitely up here.) After I paid, I went to pump our gas, and Adam walked out with three bacon, egg and cheese biscuits and no hashbrowns. While waiting in line and this was around 3:15 pm on 12/10/20 a female employee from Dunkin with short cut hair was behind the register apparently speaking to someone on a cell phone cursing so loudly that she could be heard on the other side of the gas station. Saying, and I quote " Bitch can't never be me" over and over again and following that with " she ain't ever have no thug shit". Literally screaming this at a phone. This dunkin has always been my last option. I only go to it when I'm in a rush because it's the closest to my house. I went there the other day and my experience was awful. 1st of all, I didn't see one single employee wearing a mask when handling money or food. 2nd of all, there is a major disconnect between what someone's ordering and what they actually get back. I ordered a plain bagel sliced and toasted with cream cheese and got back a dry sliced bagel. On top of all of that my car stalled at the drive through window and while I was trying to turn it back on only one employee was actually being helpful while the rest were laughing and pointing at me. Looking at the reviews, I thought perhaps it was me whom received service way below any ever received. I visited in the mornings before work going inside and the window. All staff are clueless and highly disrespecful. I purchased a bagel, not sliced, nothing with cream cheese on the side but waited 10 minutes for it. After asking for a refund, I was asked to wait for the manager, another 5 minutes. No respect for my time. The drive-thru staff are EXTREMELY disrespectful and downright nasty. This is the closest one to my house so I usually end up getting coffee here or sometimes a small sandwich in the morning and I go often and every single time I go I question as to why I even came here, the service is off, they don't seem to give a crap if they mess up & often times they do & there's always something wrong with my meal or drink & I hate being that complicated Karen so i've tried my hardest just to deal with what they gave me but, it's gotten to a point where almost every time I go something is wrong. I order the same drink every single time and it always taste different & not only is the food super inconsistent but so are the workers every time I go there's almost always new people. This used to be my favorite go-to for coffee on the run. It's near my house and I pass it every day to get to work, shopping, etc. I even signed up for the DD rewards program because I was purchasing coffee so frequently here (and I want to point out- I'm usually a Starbucks girl. Not exclusively, but I definitely prefer it to DD). When this location first opened it was great. Now, they NEVER get the order right! I always get dark roast with cream, no sugar. Either the coffee is cold, or they add sugar. Also, the people working there don't seem to understand how to take an order. the location at Hwy 155 and Bill Gardner parkway in Locust Grove is just filthy. It is fairly new and has consistently gone downhill. In addition to a nasty store, the employees are surly and dirty. Most orders are wrong, really wrong like glazed donuts instead of Boston cream. The donuts are stale no matter what time of day. I think the Health Department needs to check this out. read more

When this location opened right up the street from my house I was thrilled. They were great for a while, but lately they've gotten worse and worse. They are always almost out of donuts and the ones they have are STALE. I was very upset yesterday to find that I'd paid almost $10 for a dozen donuts that no one was going to want to eat. The chocolate glazed donuts had bare spots in the frosting. How can you not fully frost a donut??? It seems like the staff are just not working. Sadly I have to agree with the other reviewers. They need to reboot this location. I've been stopping here off and on for two years. It's the closest coffee place to my house and when you have 8 am classes in midtown and 9 am workshifts like I do you have to take what you can get. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. I'm not ordering anything complicated, an ice coffee with no cream or sugar, or a dunkachino which is a DD specialty menu item, and I usually get to the window only to have them make it again. The last straw was a dunkachino that I ordered, which is half coffee half hot chocolate, only to drive off get on the highway and realize it was only hot brown water. The employees either can't hear or they need to replace their intercom system... they are also seriously put out when they have to remake your order. I've given up and learned to leave a few minutes early so I can stop at Starbucks instead. read more
