Drive through they don't listen and give you what they think you said.Check your order they are hit and miss when you order food. Order bagel toasted with butter got burnt with cream cheese.This has happened multiple times and returns are not possible when heading to work.Drinks are the only thing they get right every time. read more

Their coffee was always good and there wasn't any waiting. I got the iced coffee french vanilla and it was very good. The girl even gave me a medium size instead of small for the price of the small. She told me that they ran out of small cups. For some reason, there credit card receiver, was not working correctly. The girl told me it was just being sensitive however it took several swipes until the transaction took. That's the only reason why I deducted a star. read more

I love Dunkin Donuts, but this morning, I ordered my usual Avocado toast and the box felt lighter than usual. I open it and the toast is half the size or even smaller than the toast used to be. I was astonished and backed up in the drive thru to inquire and the wonderful staff informed me that their corporate office decided to reduce the toast size. I see they didn't reduce the price though. I've already emailed Duncan's customer service about this. This simply is unacceptable. If you reduce the size of the toast, but charge the same price, how is this fair to customers...especially repeat customers. Get it together, Duncan before you start to loose loyal customers! I'm only giving 2 stars due to this particular issue, not the staff or the service. The staff and service are always great when I visit any Duncan Donuts location so keep that up Duncan team members! I just happened to stop.by on my way home. Cashier J (don't want to butcher her name) was so helpful and friendly. Her and the young lady that was working the drive thru were very friendly. Even with a hurricane headed towards the area, they were smiling and ready to assist us. This was my first visit to this location, but I will make it a point to come back. I went to treat myself and scoop up a free donut in honor of Veterans Day. The two people at the drive thru were very very rude!!! The female questioned me and said I needed an actual military ID! I have a state issued ID that says VETERAN along with a matching car tag!!! luckily the guy had enough common sense to know this so he checked it out, and proceeded to give me my donut. Visited here today. The cashier that I encountered at the drive through was very personable and professional. It was a young man. He was patient when I asked him what doughnuts they had available. Service was prompt and I didn't wait long. He packaged the doughnuts in 2 different bags because he was concerned about the allergens being that one had peanuts. This stood out to me. Also, this location is in the midst of lots of good shopping. read more

Stopped in here on our way back to Savannah to refuel and use the rest room. When we entered the girl behind the counter said " can I help you?" Incredibly rudely. As if it wasn't expected that she would ever have customers in a Dunkin Donuts. She was stand offish and rude the entire time we were in there. The coffee was mediocre, definitely not as good as other locations we've been and the donuts were way more stale than your average dunkin. Service was friendly, but I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes only to get the wrong thing (didn't realize this until driving off). All I wanted was a simple bagel. I ordered all the coffee drinks, 5 in total, than asked "do y'all have soda?" Even if they've got a line and people waiting, he always works super hard to get your food out as fast as possible and constantly checks with customers to make sure they don't want anything extra and that everything is right. Great place for donuts and my favorite for the season: Pumpkin Spice coffee! I usually get the iced coffee with cream but no sugar because an extra shot of syrup is enough to sweeten it. Be warned that a lot of things here, such as the Vanilla Bean Coolatta are very sweet so don't get it if it'll give you a toothache! There's usually a good selection of donuts and they even have a drive-thru window too if you're in a rush. A nice, cheaper alternative to Starbucks if you want coffee. :) read more

No other customers were in the restaurant but I had to wait for several minutes for one of the two employees working to finish cleaning a drink machine out of a dirty mop bucket. She abandoned her dirty rag and came to the counter with her hands dripping with the dirty water. Against my better judgement I stayed to attempt to order. The woman appeared to have no training as she had no idea how to even input a coffee into the cash register. When I asked for a breakfast sandwich she shouted "We got food" to the other employee who informed her they were out of the sandwich I'd ordered. Love love love Dunkin' Donuts! But I went to this location at 7:40 & the door was already locked. I checked the sign on the door which said they were closing at 8. The girl working there told her friend to go unlock the door, so I asked if they were closed & she said no I could come in. The employee was cleaning & when I tried to order an iced coffee, she wouldn't make it because they were "closing in 15 minutes." Which was really 20, but still. What's the point of being open til 8 if you're going to lock the door early & not serve the customers? If that's policy, I get it. Not her fault. Plus she was polite & everything. But I've worked in the food industry for years & never seen that type of policy anywhere. You can walk in restaurants & order full meals 15 minutes before they're closing. The manager here was extremely accommodating!!! Some new staff, but it still flowed well... Nice & clean facility!!! Bathroom was very clean. I didn't get anything but hot water, but the other person got a smoothie... They said it was good! It smells great in here tho!!! I wish I could have a doughnut & some coffee... Every time I come to this dunkin they always either have my order wrong, take more than 5 minutes to acknowledge you are there or even take your order and every time I have gone, the restaurant is dirty. Today doe the first time ever it was clean and only one person was handling the drive through. She kept saying to wait on her while no one was at the front cashier to assist. This is ridiculous on so many ways. Starbucks would have a person on front cashier, hot and cold beverage as well as drive through. I have no idea how this location keeps up with their financials when they don't even have enough staff to handle their early morning traffic when everyone is on a rush to get to work on time without having to wait in the standing line or drive through for more than 10 minutes. How can it dirty, delayed and don't even acknowledge customers? This is the absolutely worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever seen. They should take training courses from Dunkinn Donuts in Stockbridge on Highway 138 as they know how to handle their operations on a timely, clean and professional manner.
