    Coffee grounds in my coffee

I visited this location bc it's very close to where I live but I probably will never visit this location again. The coffee was loaded with coffee grounds. I had pour it into another cup when I got home. I also ordered a vanilla frosted donut with sprinkles for my grand baby. They threw the donut in the bag upside down so when I took it out, half the frosting smeared off. Bad experience overall.

This location use to be decent. However since I've been going daily I'm noticing inconsistency. I get the same EXACT thing each time yet it's never made the same. Along with prices. For atleast a year I've been paying $2.66 each time. But all of a sudden they have charged me $3.73. That's the price you get at Starbucks with better quality and service.

This location is so wishy washy. Sometimes its decent service and sometimes its just all the way bad. The moment i pulled up in the drive thru and heard the guy's voice on the intercom, i should have known then that it would be a problem. He was mumbling, wouldnt repeat back the order, and every time i would say something he would say "is that all" like no, clearly that isnt all, if im still speaking. I couldnt even hear my price total. I ordered my usual, beyond sausage sandwich without egg or cheese, just double beyond sausage instead of just 1, a order of hashbrowns, and the $2 strawberry refresher. That's literally what i order every time from any dunkin donuts, and actually was just at this location 2 weeks ago and ordered it and it was fine. But today for some reason i pulled up to the window to pay and not only did it take 5 minutes just for him to come up to greet me and tell me my order price again, but after i paid and he gave me my drink and left me waiting another 10 mins before he came to give me my food. Which only contained the sandwich, which was 0% not what i ordered, im vegan and he gave me ACTUALY SAUSAGE MEAT. Im so glad i checked it before i took it home or ate a bite first. I can easily tell the different in the meat and the smell. You dont have to be vegan to tell the difference, just look at it. So when i said something to him about it being the wrong meat, then he called another guy and a girl up front to the window and told them it was the wrong sausage and the girl (i guess the one who cooked it) just stood there and didnt say anything. I told her the receipt tagged on the bag even says beyond sausage so it wasnt like it was a miscommunication. She proceeded with an attitude while i told the guy that he also forgot my hashbrowns in which he acknowledged and then shut the window. Then 10 MINUTES later again (at this point its going on 30 mins that i've been sitting in the drive thru at the window) she opens the window and just reaches over fast and hands me the bag and shuts the window, she DOESNT SAY ONE WORD. I check the bag and its just the sandwich again (this time its right) but still no hashbrowns. So i wait there until someone comes back to the window and tell them once again no hashbrowns. The girl checks the order and says i didnt order hashbrowns, printed me a receipt (which i never got one from when i first paid) and showed me the $7.48 was just for the sandwich and refresher. She said she could make some but i have to pay for them. First of all, after waiting over 30 mins why would i even want to sit there again for probably another 10 minutes for some hashbrowns, and just for even waiting that long to begin with and the attitude i received you would think they would have thrown some in the bag for free. Im so over it. I just pulled off. PS* IN TIMES LIKE THIS PANDEMIC, IT WOULDNT HURT TO WEAR A MASK AND WEAR GLOVES IF YOU ARE COOKING FOOD! NONE OF THE WORKERS HAD ON MASK OR GLOVES.

It's Saturday so not going to be too harsh because it was busy but the wait was too long. It took us an hour to get our food. I ordered the fried green tomatoes and my husband ordered toast and eggs as starters but they came out with the food. We weren't offered water which was odd. They have bottled waters as an option. The mimosa was small but good. They have oj and cranberry flavored mimosas.

She was also our waitress as well. We got there 11:27 and was seated right away. We waited literally 2 hours and the food was nasty. Very bland, and upsetting to say the least. Their waffles are not Belgian waffles so be aware! You can do half and half waffles but they charge $3 additional. They advertise chicken and waffles however, it's not on the menu. You have to create it. Our $17 meal turned into $36 a piece because of it. This would not be an issue if the food was good but it was nasty. We tried the peach mango mimosas and they were watered down and served in diner style cups - which were dirty! How gross! And the silverware were dirty also so we opted for plastics. The floor had me sliding around from water or sweat because that's another thing - it was extremely hot in there! Also, they only have one bathroom so keep that in mind. I'm just disappointed. I've never been to a bad breakfast \ brunch place and this one was the first! Most likely won't return.

They do feature a few tables if you wanted to hang out. Since this is a new location they do feature the updated coffee taps, and unlike many other locations the donuts are stored on display in the front counter, which makes them even more tempting! I popped in for a quick iced coffee and they got the quick part right...from order to coffee in hand was less an one minute. They were friendly and helpful at the counter as well. Overall, solid Dunkin location that I would happily stop by again!

The first minor challenge was entry - you have to enter the main convenience store area (via the only door) and then walk back to either the Dunkin' or a Subway. They were well staffed and took my order promptly. The clerk initially thought that they were out of the donut type which I requested, but another staffer noted that they just made some. So we did end up getting the coffee/donut to split as we drove south on I-75.
