This location is top notch. Even when busy they manage the handle the line really well. They workers all seem like they are on the same page and work really well together. My Order is always correct and I come here every time the location on 155 messes up my order. They always have donuts and keep in stock most of the day. We've had multiple issues at this location, specifically with one drive-thru employee who is consistently rude. Every other staff member we've interacted with has been kind and helpful, which makes this stand out even more. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong donuts again, and when combined with the attitude, it's really frustrating. I visited this location bc it's very close to where I live but I probably will never visit this location again. The coffee was loaded with coffee grounds. I had pour it into another cup when I got home. I also ordered a vanilla frosted donut with sprinkles for my grand baby. This location use to be decent. However since I've been going daily I'm noticing inconsistency. I get the same EXACT thing each time yet it's never made the same. Along with prices. Apparently "Brandy D." Isn't aware that cream goes in coffee. She is the only employee at this location that refuses to have my latte made with cream. I come here every weekend on my trips to Macon and any other employee has no issue. I would consider a training course for her as she is the only coffee house employee I have ever seen or had the unfortunate opportunity to work with that will not do this. I will not be returning to this location and would rather pay more at Starbucks for the proper experience and a correct latte. Train your employees!!!! read more

This location is so wishy washy. Sometimes its decent service and sometimes its just all the way bad. The moment i pulled up in the drive thru and heard the guy's voice on the intercom, i should have known then that it would be a problem. He was mumbling, wouldnt repeat back the order, and every time i would say something he would say "is that all" like no, clearly that isnt all, if im still speaking. I couldnt even hear my price total. I ordered my usual, beyond sausage sandwich without egg or cheese, just double beyond sausage instead of just 1, a order of hashbrowns, and the $2 strawberry refresher. That's literally what i order every time from any dunkin donuts, and actually was just at this location 2 weeks ago and ordered it and it was fine. But today for some reason i pulled up to the window to pay and not only did it take 5 minutes just for him to come up to greet me and tell me my order price again, but after i paid and he gave me my drink and left me waiting another 10 mins before he came to give me my food. Which only contained the sandwich, which was 0% not what i ordered, im vegan and he gave me ACTUALY SAUSAGE MEAT. Im so glad i checked it before i took it home or ate a bite first. I can easily tell the different in the meat and the smell. You dont have to be vegan to tell the difference, just look at it. So when i said something to him about it being the wrong meat, then he called another guy and a girl up front to the window and told them it was the wrong sausage and the girl (i guess the one who cooked it) just stood there and didnt say anything. I told her the receipt tagged on the bag even says beyond sausage so it wasnt like it was a miscommunication. She proceeded with an attitude while i told the guy that he also forgot my hashbrowns in which he acknowledged and then shut the window. Then 10 MINUTES later again (at this point its going on 30 mins that i've been sitting in the drive thru at the window) she opens the window and just reaches over fast and hands me the bag and shuts the window, she DOESNT SAY ONE WORD. I check the bag and its just the sandwich again (this time its right) but still no hashbrowns. So i wait there until someone comes back to the window and tell them once again no hashbrowns. The girl checks the order and says i didnt order hashbrowns, printed me a receipt (which i never got one from when i first paid) and showed me the $7.48 was just for the sandwich and refresher. She said she could make some but i have to pay for them. First of all, after waiting over 30 mins why would i even want to sit there again for probably another 10 minutes for some hashbrowns, and just for even waiting that long to begin with and the attitude i received you would think they would have thrown some in the bag for free. Im so over it. I just pulled off. PS* IN TIMES LIKE THIS PANDEMIC, IT WOULDNT HURT TO WEAR A MASK AND WEAR GLOVES IF YOU ARE COOKING FOOD! NONE OF THE WORKERS HAD ON MASK OR GLOVES. read more

The selection of donuts was a tad short and the staff a bit space out. They forgot about my sandwich and had me waiting there forever until I reminded then of it, and then they made the wrong one. I love Dunkin and I go there all the time ... till the other day. I got my coffee and they gave me this small straw for my iced coffee. I asked for the bigger straw and the worker told me he was not allowed to give me one because my drink was not a large and did not have whipped cream on it. Really Dunkin' a straw?? All the money I spend there and I can't have the straw I want?? I just don't know how I feel about that. I would gladly pay and extra nickel. Is money more important then the customer?? not good! On two occasions, I ordered chocolate cake doughnuts. I repeated this twice. Both times I got chocolate frosted. They either don't listen or are not trained.
