Dunkin' Donuts is my go to. I love Dunkin' Donuts drinks. Everything from coffee to iced coffee to frozen coffee and even the refreshers. My favorite refresher is the mango pineapple refresher. The staff at this location is always friendly. And there is always an abundance of employees. Which helps he the order in and made and give to me to enjoy. The only criticism I have would be the lack of drive through. But since they are so fast I don't mind getting out and grabbing it. read more

Worst Dunkin location. Drive Thru takes an eternity, but ordering inside is a terrible option. I put in a mobile order at 10:08am and it wasn't ready until 10:32. 6 employees were back there, but it was clear that 1 was making all the food and 1 making drinks (very slowly), the other 4 literally stood around and watched. When I got home with my cold food and warm iced coffee, the bags were covered in cream cheese... which was not part of my order. They also forgot to add cheese on my "bacon, egg, cheese" sandwich. There is a location by Giant Eagle that is a slightly further drive, but it's much cleaner, and your food will actually be ready. read more

Not sure why this is rated so low. I've never had a bad experience here. We go thru the drive thru most of the time. The people who work there are nice. They get the order right. As someone who has worked a long time in food service I try to show grave but the overall service is terrible. Enough bad experiences here to leave a review. 1. Orders are almost never right. 2. They are drive through only but take about 5 minutes a person even when you can see about 6 people standing around. 3. They never keep their app up to date on if you can walk in or not so you have to wait in the drive through. 4. Overall quality of the food is nothing great I'm comparison to others. Many people gripe about this location but they're the fastest drive thru in town in my opinion. Crew is working crazy hard every time I get up to the window and rarely have had to wait in a long line. I waited 35+ minutes to pick up an online order at noon. I was questioned about what was in the order, and the employee was extremely frustrated with me for simply and calmly stating there was more to my order than just 2 drinks. The interaction was completely aggressive even though I was understanding, nice, and calm. All I wanted was to get the items I paid for, and it was like pulling teeth. The worst part however is that the bagel bites smelled and tasted strongly of bleach or some other cleaning product containing chlorine. I have seen others saying their food also tasted like cleaning products, and I think someone should look into this as a potential health hazard. read more

Every time I've come here was due to missing another coffee house on the way to work. This place, overall, is terrible. The lines are always long and slow moving. Don't bother ordering anything that needs to be cooked as it seems to always be cold in the middle. And last but not least, the coffee is never right. Twice I've ordered a large coffee with an espresso shot and milk and both times no espresso and sugar in it. Decided to mobile order to this location, and I would not recommend. Placed the order at 11am and went over around 11:30 to give some time and the line was wrapped around the building. Decided to kill some time to wait for the line to calm down and went back 15 minutes later and was still wrapped around the building so we just forgot about it. Decided around 2:30 to go back and waited in the drive through line and when I got up there I was handed my food, it had been sitting around since 11:30 am and was cold they handed me my old food and let alone it was cold. They also forgot two items in the order because they were not printed on the receipt. Paid for two donuts and never received them. I am so appalled that they handed me cold food without offering to remake it since it had been sitting all morning. Highly disappointed in this location. read more

Service is abysmal outside of prime morning hours with the line perpetually to the road. During prime morning hours, orders will still be wrong 30-40% of the time. It seems that this place is under staffed most of the time, or the employees are just incompetent. This is one of the worst Dunkin's I have ever been to. I have multiple issues with this location!! The GM at this location really is terrible: he never showers it seems because he always smells bad when he walks by, he is rude and talks bad about the customers as well as his employees, and he messes up the schedule all the time constantly taking people off the schedule and putting them only 2 or 3 times or rarley ever, he's barley has any employees there! The employees half of them don't know what their doing, their always asking how to make stuff or not paying attention to what u said so they ask again, if they do know how to work a machine it ends up being messed up anyway. I hardly ever get the right thing I ordered. The place is always filthy, the tables are never cleaned, the bathrooms are always a mess and toilet is gross, and the cooler they keep the food in by the ovens are never cleaned! What is the deal with your iced coffee!?!!! Why is it the color of apple cider? What can you even put in coffee to make it turn that color? Gross. The hot coffee and hash browns are both good. Not a big reviewer but being originally from New England the birth place of DDs I'm embarrassed at this location. Very rarely do I go in on a Saturday morning anytime after 9am that they are not 90% out of donuts. I've asked if they think they should maybe make more or plan better their answer is typically some variance is "come come earlier" or a blank stare. Service is subpar at best. I wish there was another location anywhere near me...I'd drive the extra to be able to get even a C grade service and experience. Update: terrible. Every time I go there's a problem. And in high volume hours their service is worse and they seem to be always running out of donuts despite being a donut shop. This time we went early before a roadtrip. They messed up our Drive thru order so we had to go inside to get it fixed. As they were fixing it the employee running the window took our order bag and gave it to another customer who drove off with it. So they had to spend another 15 minutes remaking our order. We had a second vehicle behind us and the exact same thing happened to them. I think they were giving every other car at the window the wrong order. Their screens may have been out of sync. This is okay, I understand mistakes happen. But it is a reoccurring thing at this location. And they did not even offer a refund or free donuts for making us wait an extra 20 minutes. Even if it's busy, adjust your inventory or train your employees to deal with highly stressful situations such as these! read more

Came through the drive thru at 9:50 and was denied service as they stated aggressively that they were already closed. This store is full of idiots. I drink decaf. I have to check every time I go there to see if the morons working gave me decaf or regular. The dude working the window just looks at the ticket and says "yes" when I ask him if they poured me decaf or not. Decaf is not personal choice for me. I have a heart condition that can be triggered by caffeine. I shouldn't have to worry when I order if they got it correct or not. Today, they got it wrong.
