This Paris Baguette felt spacious, clean, and had a variety of baked goods. A good addition to this plaza. You can grab a tray and choose your sweet or savory baked goods, hot or cold sandwiches including egg sandwiches, and coffees and teas. They also sell whole cakes or by the slice. Their sandwiches like the chicken salad are good but not amazing. I have enjoyed their chocolate chip scones, quiche, and apple turnover. They came out a few times to refresh the baked goods which was nice to see, as other ones often run out of items. Their seating also had outlets which encourages people to sit and stay awhile. It's good to get the app because they offer discounts which can pay off. Their rewards program is earn 75 points (each $1) and get a free pastry or drink so it can take awhile to accumulate if you don't go often (though definitely not a cheap place). And the points expire at some point if you don't use them for awhile. Sunday is a good day to go to avoid crowds since the retail stores were closed. Parking is usually a pain on Saturdays. The Plaza also has a tj maxx, shop rite, cvs, old navy, orange theory, dsw, five below, Michael's, deli, etc.

Incredibly disappointing. I placed an online order for pick-up the next morning. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheddar Croissant, warmed, without cheese for $6.99. I added a 20 oz Chai Latte, 2% milk, extra hot for $6.79. Including a 20% tip, the total was $17.45. What I got was a pre-made pre-packaged sandwich. The cheese was still on it, and it was cold. They did offer to open the package, remove the cheese, and toss it in the microwave to "warm it up." I declined. The 20 oz extra-hot Latte morphed into a 16 oz lukewarm beverage. Granted, the foam was really yummy once I got to work and heated it. I thought this was a bakery that made their own pastries. You know, like CROISSANTS!!!!! I'm guessing that all sandwiches are pre-made and pre-packaged. I did eat the sandwich after removing the cheese. I put it in the microwave to warm. The bacon was incredibly thin and limp. I showed the sandwich to my coworker, and she said she wouldn't eat any part of the sandwich. The egg and croissant were just okay. I didn't try any of the pastries so they might be amazing. The sandwiches? Not so much. Next time I'll go to Starbucks. Venti Chai Latte - $5.65. Bacon, Gouda, Egg sandwich (without cheese) - $5.45. Total including tip - $12.08. Lesson learned.

Nice addition to interstate plaza. Serving lavazza coffee. 4$ for a mochi donut is a little steep. Nice interior friendly staff.

What a selection of premade foods as well as desserts. This place is amazing. I had a latte and coffee and both were delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will be back to get some delicious food!

Beautifully decorated café with amazing pastries and cakes. Prices are reasonable for artisanal creations.

Outstanding! I got an iced mocha Nutella latte and it was to die for, much better than Starbucks which has been decreasing in quality. I also got an egg salad sandwich and it was PERFECT. I didn't have high expectations as this is a small chain i believe but wow everything from service to quality to taste to atmosphere exceeded my expectations and I will now be making this my go to coffee spot. Ditch Starbucks especially the local Mahwah Ramsey one and go here instead it does everything better and then some

Fig and prosciutto pastry and mango smoothie

So excited to have a Paris Baguette nearby as a fan of their cold brew and salt/ butter rolls! They even introduce new seasonal items like this fig and prosciutto pastry for the fall and biscotti donut and cakes last season. The place is also clean and quiet and features an open bakers window where you can see them make their cakes. Paris baguette is most famous for their amazing cakes like rainbow cakes which is our go-to for birthdays and celebrations.

The first bite you knew exactly what you just got ripped off for. The staff, was rude. "The ingredients are flown in from Europe and the cookies are handmade in the city" are you sure? "do you think I'm lying?" With an attitude? Well. Yes. In fact do less. Because if the ingredients are flown in from Europe they should know what they're doing with them because these my dear are from the continental cookie company. But don't bark at me when it's the single most dry cookie I've ever attempted to eat. The raspberry jam was so artificial. For 43.00 a pound at least get GOOD bulk cookies. Because for an employee to be as nasty and defensive but have an answer for everything? Just say you were wrong and move on, nope you wanted to argue. Brunette, glove on, to serve the dry cookies, only to then touch the lids with said glove between. Took cash while wearing glove, made change (23.00 for 5 small cookies and 2 small coffees) and then with the same hand put the cookies in a bag, while with the glove fiddling with stickers to close the bag. 7.50+ each for small coffees (one latte one cappuccino) neither made properly. An amalgamation of crumpled sugar packets that look like they'd been taken from other establishments stuffed in a small tin on the counter. You want to be some form of Parisian patisserie? Pretend better. Over priced and the entire case looks awful and if you're going to employ people who would rather play on their phone than do their job? At least make sure they can be composed. The young blonde was polite and kind throughout, the dark haired employee? Thankyou for telling us you're not the owner, because the owner should really evaluate your customer service. Needless to say we went back in to return the cookies because the one my husband choked down was enough but the abhorrent attitude solidified this being a terrible experience.

The knowledge of the staff truly stood out! She was incredibly informative about the cakes and pastries and even took the time to recommend latte flavor profiles that paired beautifully with the desserts. That level of expertise made the experience feel extra special. The entire staff was sweet, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. It's the kind of place that makes you want to linger and come back again. Wishing them nothing but continued success and a long, thriving future--this is a place the community is lucky to have!

Stopped by again (was closed Wednesdays when I first visited) and finally got to try the goodies!…read moreAlthough I didn't have time to find parking for a stay - it's a small cute dessert shop with limited seats. I am a fan of the pandan flavor desserts and bought two that I wanted to try. One being a roll cake and the other layer cake. The pandan roll cake with taro I was told is a specialty that they only have on weekends. It was really flavorful, moist and spongy, just perfectly touched with a dash of sweetness in both the cake and the cream - I personally don't like overly sweet foods, and this is just perfect for me and my mom. I'm equally pleased with the layer cake as well it was very fresh and have that "QQ" texture - deliciously chewy and bouncy. This too, just hit right for me on the gentle sweetness, the pandan flavor keeping the spotlight in this dessert. My mom and I are big fans of these desserts. We just came back trying out others pandan layer cakes in Downtown Flushing and this shop beats them by a large margin. I hope to come back more when we could even though this shop is quite a distance for us.

The pastries and breads had a perfect texture, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every item. The staff was friendly and helpful, explaining the different options and making recommendations without being pushy. The bakery itself is clean and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to browse and enjoy treats. Overall, Shinpuru Baking delivers top-quality baked goods and excellent service. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves fresh, tasty pastries.
