When a customer raises a concern, the proper response should be to listen and address it politely--not argue. The lack of basic management presence, accountability, and customer service is shocking. If the staff doesn't even know who their manager is, that tells you everything you need to know about the organization of this location. I've been to many Tim Hortons locations and never encountered anything like this. Until management steps in and trains their staff on basic professionalism and customer service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
