Picked up some donuts on the way to work. Got there at about 8:45am which is on the later side of donuts, and they still had a great selection for the Morning Rush. Very clean and ample space to enjoy a meal inside, or hit the drive through if in a hurry. Their Breakfast sandwiches are a must try as well. Customer Service was fast and friendly. Dunkin' has been making a lot of recent improvements in store design, food product, and customer service, so give them a try. Stopped here to grab coffees and munchkins. The service was good, friendly and fast.

The girls who works here was very patient and nice. I don't ever drink coffee so I didn't know what to get and the barista made a suggestion which I appreciated. She didn't seem bothered that a line was beginning to form either. The cookies and cream donut is a must try! It's so good my boyfriend and I loved it. I didn't end up liking the drink and the barista was kind enough to give me a drink for the same size free. Came here a second time, didn't like my pumpkin latte. Usually baristas are understanding and will you give you a different drink you want for free. Nope not this time; she made me pay full price, almost $4 for my iced coffee. So I spent over $6 and didn't even finish the pumpkin latte- it's gross! read more

This seems to be my favorite one. They make my coffee light and plenty sweet the way I order it. I hate that you have to specify that you want it hot, obviously a new trend. Ordering iced coffee wouldn't be obvious enough. I like the out of the way location and they are fast and friendly. I only use the drive through so far and it seems busier than inside. read more

I sent my husband to pick up breakfast for my guest and myself. He came back with the food which was two breakfast sandwiches and three hash browns. My friends had the sandwiches and they said they were good, but I was highly disappointed to see the sleeve the hash browns came in were not filled. One order only had 5 hash brown rounds in it! I absolutely hate this Dunkin' Donuts that's located in Maplewood off of County Road D and 61. They are freaking very rude. I came in to order a coffee and because they don't have enough people to help out and serve the line was all the way out the parking lot and the lady that waited on me was very rude. Didn't have any patience because I had a couple of questions because I am a restricted diet when it comes to dairy and I just wanted to make sure the product didn't have any dairy in it, so I would never ever recommend anyone going to this place of business and I would not spend my money with him ever again. Someone really need to address this location because this is not the first time I've came and they were very very rude and they are not clean at all. is there a rule that customers aren't aware of that's states that employees aren't alllowed to put cold foam in hot drinks???? I came to the drive through today and ordered a latte and asked for cookie butter cold foam and the staff told me that "we're not allowed to put cold foam on hot drinks" and that was unfortunate because every coffee shop i've been to were able to put simple cold foam into a hot drink for their customers. I asked to speak to a manager because surely there's someone who can put cold foam on a hot drink for a paying customer and was told that the manager isn't there and they can't help and I should either take the drink or leave it. Unfortunate.... This is also the 3rd time i've come to the this establishment and have received denial of cookie butter donuts in a rude manner. Today is the birthday of one of my employees and I went to the store to get a dozen donuts. I walked in the store at 6:30 this morning and I was the only person in the store. There was one car in the takeout line. There were three workers working in the store who all made eye contact with me. I stood there for about a minute and a half with no service. I turned around and walked out because of lack of service. I suggest avoiding the store. If you want good donuts and good service try grandma's bakery which is right around the corner. read more

I've been going here at least 3 times a week or more since I work right down the street.. their service is fast but I never get the drink I ordered.. and if I do get the drink I ordered (iced caramel latte every time) there's NO caramel in it.. gross. I've given this place a chance for a month I've probably gone 12 times at least and have gotten my coffee correct maybe 3 times... every other time I've gotten a completely random drink that I didn't even order or no caramel in my CARAMEL latte... come on... waste of money and time. read more

Honestly such a bad experience. Such bad customer service! We ordered online and usually have a good experience but this time it was terrible. My girlfriends coffee tasted like straight milk with no coffee in it, my coffee was just plain coffee when it should not have been. We waited 30 minutes in the drive through for our order. Only for them to tell us they could not give it to us unless we had cash. The woman did not explain a thing to us and simply said leave we can't give it to you. They could of at least given us a free coupon or give us the stuff we waited 30 minutes for. For some reason my kids like Dunkin'- likely because of the social media craze. They usually order an iced coffee with vanilla or caramel and almond milk for $3.50. I can make it at home just as good. Every time we have ordered the more expensive iced or blended specialty drinks they have been absolutely awful, such as the iced lattes and iced cappuccinos. We ordered an iced caramel latte a month ago and it was so sweet (an awful fake sweet taste) that we asked them to remake it with vanilla instead and it still tasted just as bad. They must use different syrups in the special drinks than in a regular flavored iced coffee. Today was the first time that I have ever met Pumpkin Spice that I didn't like! The new Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte was so disgusting that I had to dump it. I couldn't even drink it! Everyone in my party agreed. Money wasted. I will not be ordering their drinks anymore. Too many strikes out at 3 locations in the Twin Cities. Their donuts are OK, but not as good as Krispy Kreme was and not much better than donuts freshly baked from local gas stations and grocery stores. Disappointed given all of the hype. I will say the apple cider donut out now was tasty. I usually get them from the apple orchard this time of year, but you get a quick fix at Dunkin' until you go to the orchard's bakery. read more

We are regular customers at this location, usually picking up donuts and coffee drinks a couple times a week. When they get your order right and the donuts are fresh, I would easily give them 5 stars, but the service and quality has been so inconsistent lately, that I would not rate them any higher than a 2. Some of the donuts have tasted stale recently, with the edges being hard. A couple of them tasted so bad, like they had been sitting out for hours or something, we couldn't even eat them. Their round filled donuts (vanilla, Bavarian, chocolate, etc) topped with the powdered sugar all look the same, but contain different fillings. The vanilla creme is my family's favorite! The last couple times ordering, the ones that were supposed to be our vanilla creme donuts were filled with a custard-type filling, which we don't like. The first time we chalked it up to an isolated mistake, and I told my kids we would go back the next day and get the right ones. When I ordered the vanilla creme the next day, again, 4 out of 6 had the wrong filling! Now I was pretty irritated, because in order to have this happen on two separate days, this was obviously because of carelessness and employees not taking time to ensure customers were getting what they actually ordered. I don't ever like to do this, but in this case I decided to call the manager and let them know what happened, as we had just noticed these mistakes starting to happen recently, and I wanted to make them aware of it. When I got the manager on the phone, he seemed irritated I was calling right from the get-go. I was describing to him what happened to our order yesterday, and he cut me off and said you can just come in for a refund. I told him this happened to me with two different orders on two separate days, and he said something to the extent that there's nothing he can do to change the mistake or make it better now, all I can do is come in for a refund. I told him I couldn't come back in today, and he snapped at me saying that it didn't have to be today, and I could come in anytime and they would give me the refund. He didn't ask for my name, what exactly I ordered, or anything! Didn't seem to care, just wanted me off the phone. If this manager is supposed to represent their customer service, I'd say there's a major problem here. The fact is, I didn't really care about the refund, I was more concerned about letting them know this was happening, so I could feel confident about getting my correct order in the future. We have enjoyed going to this location up until these careless errors started recently. Needless to say, I'm going to be very leery ordering from them in the future and might have to start going to another location instead. Very disappointing. read more

Came in today 11/17/2021 at 9:25am and my order was as simple as it comes. I ordered 2 orders of pancake mini's 1 large frozen coffee with whip cream and skim milk, 2 donuts suppose to be vanilla cream, 1 large toasted white chocolate swirl frozen coffee. Simple order. We got 1 order of pancakes and 1 order of hash browns, my skim milk frozen coffee was a medium and my donuts were raised vanilla donuts. When trying to explain the order was wrong, they took the food back and then 3 mins later gave me my bag of food back, donuts were wrong again and was given Boston cream. Finally went inside and got a large frozen coffee I ordered, and finally got 2 orders of pancakes. Their customer service skills suck bad and staff needs to learn how to read and properly identify their Large cups to their medium's, and what's pancakes and hash browns and how hash browns are packaged #6 per order and pancake mini's are also #6 per order. I come to this store very often, mostly because of the service that the workers give. They are always so nice & understanding. They always answer any questions that I have & if I don't like a drink they always remake it for me until it's perfect! Morning crew is the best, even when they're busy they always take their time with the each individual. Love it!!! read more

wait time is ridiculously long for cars that seem to be grabbing one or two items only. coffee is always a hit or miss there, therefore leading me to get frozen coffee because you'd think that someone would be able to make that consistently, right? ordered a 10 count munchkin, got 8. how would one not know if they didn't put in a full 10? there's basically two empty slots which would mean there isn't a full 10. used to be my favorite but will probably have to stick to Starbucks, they're such a disappointment. read more
