First let me start by saying the facility was clean and the person that waited on me was pleasant. I arrived around 7:30 am so I knew they would have a good selection of donuts and their cases were full. I just wanted a donut and a coffee and it arrived fairly quick. The down side was the donut was at least a day old or more, and the coffee? If you like hotel coffee then this would be great but I don't. I always get a sausage egg and cheese croissant EVERY TIME i order this sandwich it is so hot i burn my fingers or mouth and once ended up with 2nd degree burns on my fingers. i even let it sit on my counter for 10 minutes prior to even grabbing it once and it still burns me. you need to either turn your temperature down or put it in there for less time. read more

They are a donut shop that runs out of donuts too often. I will say they staff is amazing. Also their drive thru smelled like rotten trash so bad my son pulled his shirt over his face the whole time we waited. I just had the rudest and worst service ever. I'm staying in the hotel next door so I ran over to grab some donut holes and a coffee. I saw the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, but there weren't any customers inside. I figured I could walk in and place a quick order. Apparently I was wrong... I walk in and the first thing I noticed was the mostly empty shelves. There were donut holes though, so I stood in front of the register to order. All 3 employees (2 ladies and 1 guy) looked up at me but didn't speak. One lady was taking drive thru orders and the other two were making drinks. So I waited for someone to acknowledge me, but it never happened. After hearing her take 3 drive thru orders in a row, I asked if I could place an order for donut holes, but i was ignored. I then asked if they had pumpkin drinks and the guy said they were out of all pumpkin syrups. The other lady walked over where I was and I thought she was going to take my order, but then she pulled down her headset and she took a drive thru order too!! So after she took it, I again asked, "Can someone please take my order?" The first lady looks up at me, makes a scowl, and looked back down and started making a drink. At this point I walked out. Well it didn't take long for this new store to go down hill....stopped in at 9 this morning and was out of over half their donuts. I ordered a dunkacino (which the website says is half coffee and half hot chocolate). I figured it was similar to my favorite cafe mocha at McDonalds....wrong! They made me a straight hot chocolate and charged me the higher price, when I called them out on it and they still charged me for it and the coffee I asked as a replacement. Rude and argumentative employee and the manager was standing there doing absolutely nothing about it. Will NOT be back here, don't waste your money or time. read more

Took a chance eating here instead of the other coffee shop on the south end of town... ordered a Turkey Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich on a croissant. The sausage was greasy and the croissant was very burnt (the edges were hard). Looked like it was thrown together by someone with their eyes closed. The iced coffee was ok. Never again. This is hands down the worst Dunkin' I have ever been at. Expect a 5 minute wait for every vehicle in the drive thru, so if there are 5 cars you should plan for a 25 minute wait. I have made 6 trips here, thinking I'd give the place a benefit of the doubt and knowing every place has rough days. However, out of my 6 trips each wait time averaged 5 minutes per vehicle and my drink was made correctly 3 out of the 6. With how unfriendly the workers have been at the window, I expect they either don't like the job or are treated poorly by customers for the extremely long wait times. This place is terrible. 1 star is way too generous. I would give it 0! Never have hot coffee. They always hand it to me cold and then I have to ask them if they will brew another pot. Why not just say "hey I'm going to brew a fresh pot for you."? There are ALWAYS flies in the donut case. I am never going back. read more

I went to the drive thru and got a rude, nasty woman who barked at me that they don't have any bagels or muffins cause they are cleaning their ovens....um okay, how would I know that. Drove out of my way to come to this dunkin to try the NEW and advertised absolutely everywhere pink velvet iced macchiato or whatever it is and also get there Valentine's Day donuts and they didn't have either and the girl that was a cashier was rushing me as I was then thrown off on what i wanted to order. The Marion, Indiana Dunkin' Donuts literally disappoints me every time I've tried it, and I'm just straight up giving up on ever coming here again. I've never written a yelp review and this drove me to it. I went through the Drive Thru and ordered a 4 dollar Iced Chai Latte earlier today. The girl seemed hesitant about me ordering it and after a couple seconds told me they only had the vanilla iced chai. I was like great! That sounds even better! I got my drink extremely quick and was happy about that, get on the road and take a sip. She put milk in a large cup and sprinkled cinnamon on top. I have gone to the north Marion DD location on 5 on five separate occasions. Between bad customer service, long wait times, and burnt food with the occasional wrong order I am sad to say that this will be my last visit to Dunkin' Donuts North Marion location. I had high hopes that Marian getting a Dunkin' Donuts location would be a very Positive thing for the city. Visited on the morning of July 8th. Only two employees were present to work the counter, the drive thru, and make drinks and sandwiches. I stood at the counter for about ten minutes before I was even acknowledged by an employee. On the whole, it took over twenty minutes for me to receive one drink order. read more

As an out-of-town visitor, I was anticipating that the DD in Marion would have the same service and quality of other stores when I visited on August 6, 2019. I was wrong! I ordered an Iced Blueberry Crisp Latte with one pump of syrup. I received an iced latte with two pumps of blueberry syrup. I asked politely to have the drink remade. The barista who made the drink did not apologize for the mistake and made me an Iced Carmel Latte with three pumps of syrup instead! No apology or explanation. I then asked the other employee at the counter to just give me an iced coffee with milk which she did--again with no apology, explanation or refund! I will never visit the DD in Marion again and will hesitate visiting other stores because of my experience. Horrible service! And your employees have real attitude problems! They should not be serving customers, and they do not represent your company well, nor do they know anything about customer service! read more
