I love this place especially Armani! She is just the sweetest person I have ever met. Always polite and friendly in drive thru!

This place needs some serious improvement in their breakfast hour service (or lack thereof). The food is pretty good -- if you are fortunate enough to be able to purchase any. They are apparently either seriously under-staffed or poorly managed - or both. Nearly every time I've been there in the morning hours (6 am to 8 am more specifically) there has been some kind of drama -- either they won't let anyone inside because there is not enough staff to cover the front counter or the line in the drive-thru doesn't move. This morning it was BOTH. People were trying to go inside and the doors were locked. I drove to the drive-thru and was asked to "hold please". I then waited and waited - and waited some more, but no one ever took my order. I was trapped there until all three cars behind me backed up and left. Then I left as well. They are losing a lot of business due to lack of service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place in the mornings, especially if you are in a hurry and/or have to go to work. ******UPDATE!****** I am awarding this location additional stars :-) They have made improvements in their staffing and service. Is it not a barista thing to know that if someone asks for sugar in their iced latte, you pour the hot coffee over it instead of putting it in the cold beverage so that the person ordering doesn't get an unsweetened beverage and a mouthful of crunchy sugar? Outstanding experience. I went to get donuts for my office and as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru the lady spoke to me. She was very cheerful and seemed to really care about my order and me. When I pulled up to the window to pay she greeted me again and had a huge smile on her face. While I was waiting another lady came to the window handed me some napkins spoke to me and always had a huge smile on her face. I work in customer service and this exceeded my expectation. I don't go to Dunkin often but I will for sure be back back soon because of these two ladies. Thanks so much for making my experience wonderful and my day awesome. read more

I have never been to a dunkin donuts before May 2016. I went to purchase gift certificates for my children's teachers because it seemed to be a poplar liking among them! I tried the coffee for myself and it was incredible! I asked for a Large hot coffee with sweetened hazelnut and cream. The young man that made it, made it perfect! I began to go daily for a week getting the same thing every time and was more than pleased! I spent $2.17 a day and considered it to be well spent. However the weeks following I continued to go daily and ask for the same thing each day but receive my coffee black with cream. When I told the young lady they had forgot my Hazelnut swirl she said they did not forget it but they only put a certain amount and I should have asked for extra. I had never had to ask before and found that to be odd but I understood. From that day forward I began asking for extra hazelnut swirl and even ask if they put the extra in there. Three times now I have received my coffee black with cream even after asking for extra hazelnut swirl and confirming that they put it in there. I am very disappointed and will go back to getting my coffee elsewhere. I don't have a lot of money and considered it to be a privilege to treat myself at Dunkin. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin Donuts and maybe any restaurant in years!!! Sunday we were leaving town and stopped in quickly or so we thought just to grab a snack on our way further south on our trip. We waited in line forever, the cashier wasn't listening and I had to repeat my order 4 times. Then we waiting from 10:05 until 10:47 to get our food. Along with in excess of 15 other people. The kitchen staff finally came and asked us for receipts to make the food from as they had no idea what anyone ordered. The manager walked through the store on the phone at least 4 times and even the police who were in the drive thru eventually came inside to see if everything was ok after sitting there for so long. I don't frequent Dunkin' Donuts because my experience with them have not been positive. This morning I stopped because of a free latte coupon, I needed to use before it expired. I thought might as well use it. When I do stop here it is always the same at this place it never fails there is always an attitude with someone. Placing my order at the drive thru. I said I have a Tmobile coupon for a medium.....I didn't finish the sentence the lady taking the order was nice enough; she said for a medium latte, she asked what flavor. I told her. She asked if I wanted to add anything. I said yes, an order of hash browns. When I got to the window I already had the coupon ready as anyone who is on the way to work would. The lady at the window first cussed. From what I could tell something was wrong with the previous customer's payment. She apologize for cussing, no problem. She said $5.12 I said for what, she responded the latte and hashbrowns. I said; I have the Tmobile coupon. Her response was I don't have the head phones on so I wouldn't know that. No problem, as I'm showing her the coupon another employee, whom I think is a supervisor, does not know what's going on said with an attitude "we still have to see the coupon" as though I didn't already know that. My response was I assume so. I already had it pulled up on my phone. She had no idea what was going on but she decided to get into the conversation because I think she assumed I had a problem showing the lady the coupon. I think the employee taking the order at the drive thru is not the same one who takes the money when you arrive at the window, therefore she doesn't know what's going on. This is the first time in over a year I have been to Dunkin Donuts. I won't go again, the six hash browns are cold, salty and full of garlic, but the latte is good. read more

I feel obligated to write a review simply because over the past two years I've eaten at Dunkin Donuts waaayy more than anywhere else. Most of this is due to the fact that I love starting my mornings off with a large coffee, and it's very good coffee here. It also helps that I have a three year old that considers getting a donut in the morning to be the biggest deal in the world. The overriding thing I feel I need to point out is that they are always consistent and efficient. When I go inside with my son, they are always great with him, and often sneak in a extra donut hole (or three...hope that doesn't get anyone in trouble). Only complaint is that I usually order my chicken biscuit with cheese, and I get that cheese maybe only half the time, but maybe they're just looking out for me, keepin my calorie count down and all. If that's the case, appreciate your looking out, Dunkin Donuts. But you don't have to. The coffee is all I need. read more

The staff here is wonderful! They are always friendly, fast, and courteous. After only a handful of times I have visited this location, they remembered me and my usual order. Now, I'm here probably 5 or 6 times a week either going through the drive thru (which always moves quickly, but the speaker can be a little janky) before work or coming inside on my days off to study. The atmosphere is calm, and the wifi always works great. The store is very clean. The food is always good (which is saying a lot coming from someone who usually avoids fast food). I like the chicken salad on croissant the best, or for breakfast, the egg white flatbread sandwich. Sounds strange, but I never really eat donuts. The coffee is what drew me in, and they have so many other good food options available besides donuts. Why go to Starbucks when you can get delicious coffee and food for a much more affordable price here? read more

First off I go to Dunkin just about every morning (usually the Whitten location) so I know when my coffee is made right and when it's not. This morning/afternoon (12:30) I stopped to get my daily coffee fix and it took forever. I saw the employee trying to hand the car ahead of me my order, but I guess the customer told her otherwise. When I finally got to pull forward the lady rudely said my total and then told me to have a good day (clearly wasn't a genuine tone) but I just said you too with a smile and drove off. Oh yea I can't forget the lady that worked there that was on her phone texting either maybe that's what took so long to get my coffee. I don't hate this Dunkin but some days they just aren't on top of things. The entrance is also really awkward and scares me a bit. All in all they aren't terrible but you know when the employees are having a bad day, I will be back but I hope they can get a bit better at this particular location! read more

I remain unimpressed with the coffee at this location. It tastes thin or watery to me, and when in NY or other markets, I usually love DD coffee. Was looking for a change from the gruesome Starbucks on Union. For donuts I go mom and pop as corporate donuts are pretty bad. But I was expecting great coffee. The egg and cheese wrap isn't terrible if you are looking to eat something not jammed, (pun intended), with sugar or carbs. read more

It's exciting to have one of these in this zip code again. Even better the used an existing structure in a unique way in building the driveway and drive through. I love the local mom and pops of the area, but this one is just so much stylish fun. The breakfast sammies are ok. Doughnut variety is moderately extensive and drive through service is a snap if you already know what you want. read more

I would give zero starts if yelp would let me. I have given this dunkin donuts several attempts at redeeming itself but it suffers from absolutely poor management and I will never step foot in that establishment in midtown again. I highly recommend every other midtowner to avoid this dunkin donuts. They will sell you old / stale donuts and tell you that they are fresh, and only after you've bitten into them will you taste the mistake that you've made. Do not support this midtown dunkin donut. They say they have new management (as of today, 1/3/15) but if anything it's worse management. I should note - i go there for the donuts. I don't get their other food, so i can't comment on that, but i have tried their donuts ever since they've opened and the quality has progressively gotten worse. 0/5 read more
