I pull up to the drivethru, cause my husband doesn't have any masks in his car, didnt discover this til it's time to get out n go into a store. So, we are talking about it at the window We attempted to place an order for 2 coffees. But instead we ordered 1 large iced caramel macchiato with only 3 instead of the regular 4 they normally do. Anyway this coffee is freakin horrible ‼ Sitting at the bottom of my cup is pure sugar. It wont dissolve because this is an iced coffee. Like, as much as I drink coffee, I'm beyond pissed. U have ruined an experience and the attitude was pis poor as well. The person that took my order didnt comprehend or new and there was another at the window passing out the order. If you were training this young lady, you need to be retrained as well. I know you say plain straight sugar being poured into iced coffee and yet you handed it out. Not a happy camper, gotta go home. Rude service. Ordered a donut through the mobile app and when I got to the drive thru window the lady couldn't find my order. Showed her the order on my app and she went to get it, after a minute she came back all angry because THEY were out of the donut I wanted. I asked for a different one and she again got acted mad as if I was making her life difficult, all because THEY were out. No apologies or anything, just gave me attitude the whole time. read more

Well I was recommended to go to Dunkin' Donuts. And the service was great. But the food wasn't. I ordered the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich, and the sandwich was dry and hard, the Donuts was taste like they was old. But the only thing that was good was the ice coffee. read more

Incompetent service. My wife likes this place, so we frequent the drive through four or five times a week. We always felt everything without cheese. If we're lucky they might get it right once or twice. Then I have to walk inside to be ignored while trying to get a correction. I have to give this Dunkin Donuts a shout out. First off, I freaking love the way they designed this place. It reminds me of a bus terminal. Something about pulling into that tunnel of a building and seeing the coffee and donuts through the huge windows before making it to the parking lot makes me want my treats even more. Not sure if that was the plan behind the design, but either way- points for you Dunkin. Unlike the previous reviewers, I have never had bad service at this location and I've been here quite a few times. I felt the need to give them some stars because on the contrary, they have always been exceedingly fast, friendly and helpful to me. In the way of coffee chains, I'm a self proclaimed Starbucks girl myself. Yes, Starbucks pumpkin latte will kick Dunkin pumpkin latte's ass any day of the week, but that doesn't mean that their coffee is lost on me. I wish it was a tad bit stronger, but I still drink it willingly. I think what draws me in here so often is the egg white flat bread sandwiches. They aren't culinary genius, but they are the healthiest option for breakfast fare when choosing the fast food route. They are also quite tasty- I recommend either the turkey or veggie. I'm also quite fond of their hash browns. There is some mystery seasoning in them that I happen to be quite fond of. Regardless, I think this is a great location, it's a tad bit bigger and I feel like the drive-thru is much more organized and faster than other locations. These are very important factors when you're running 10 minutes late for work and the idea of the dreaded office coffee makes you want to dry heave. read more

This place is pretty consistently good. I really only get iced coffee and the occasional donut. But if you join their rewards program you will rarely have to pay full price for either of those. On most mornings there is a drive thru line and it is much faster to just head inside. I always wish I had more time because the interior is pretty inviting and there are large tables to use for studying or getting some work done. read more

It is terrible they lock side front entrance because of someone trying to steal a darn coffee cup & coffee. They don't even have sign letting customers know the front door is locked now. They're making you walk around if you're getting off the MATA bus. I think this store has gone downhill and the staff is worse in my opinion. read more

It's a really great and convenient location. During the day I have never had a bad experience. The day staff is great and helpful but the night staff....needs some help. I've decided that once the sun goes down I won't be visiting. From getting the wrong coffee to even the wrong donuts, it's been a disaster. read more

Pretty typical Dunkin' Donuts, but the employees here are, 99% of the time, so friendly and helpful that you almost forget you're at a chain. Good donuts - a little pricey, but the store is clean, the people are nice, and it's in a convenient spot. The parking lot and drive-thru are kind of crazy, but pay attention to the signs and use common sense and they aren't too difficult. Confession time: I know I'm supposed to be all gaga over local, "hidden gem" breakfast spots, but I love Dunkin Donuts. In fact, I think I love it more than Starbucks, and you know why? The breakfast sandwiches! Plus, amazing coffee. I've always experienced good service at this location -- a cheery "Good morning!" is rare in Midtown, but I get it here. My coffee is prepared just how I like it, my sandwich comes up quickly, and the store is clean and spacious. And I do get a chuckle seeing the police cars parked outside... Last time we were here, a panhandler came in the front (the main entrance is in the back) and asked us for change, and when my boyfriend declined and then said he was surprised the guy would come in with cops there, the panhandler politely said he didn't know, thanked him, and headed out. Staff yelling at each other, coffee wasn't brewing properly and they allowed me to stand in line to later tell me all they can serve is donuts, bagels and some kinds of coffee. Apparently the oven was broken and the donuts messed up and only had half stocked while rudely telling customers to pick other food to eat. No signs or anything. Went through the drive-thru this morning and had a number of issues. Ordered two ice coffees and they put sugar packets when I asked for the pumps of sweetener (the sugar didn't dissolve). I also ordered a beyond sandwich that they accidentally forgot to give me going through the drive-thru so I had to go in and get it. When I looked in the bag it was completely the wrong sandwich. Meat and egg on this one. The people working were very nice. It was early and mistakes happen, but definitely check your order before you pull off. I'm willing to give it another chance read more

The service has been great every time I've come here. It's one of my guilty pleasures, so I try to get the most out of it every time I go. It would be helpful to have a sign that indicates when only the drive thru is open, but other than that the food and drinks have been good quality and consistent. I've had positive experiences with the sausage, egg and cheese croissant with little hash browns, cold coffee drinks, and the apple cinnamon donut. If anyone needs a quick pick me up for cheap in the downtown area, I would highly recommend. read more

I'm not a Dunkin Donut fan, but my girlfriend loves it, so I'm here a lot more than I want to be. They're very consistent with their friendly service and food. This review is more for the misses, she really likes Dunkin and we've never had a problem with this location. The drive thru spacing is very limited and tight, so if you drive a Dooley (commercial 6 wheel truck)I advise parking and getting your food on the inside. read more

I loved DDs growing up. Still think that they have great coffee. I'm also partial to their donuts over Krispy Kreme and Gibson but it may be because I grew up on dunkin' donuts. Of the times that I've visited this location, it appeared clean and the staff was friendly and productive. I think that they deserve a 5 rating. read more
