If I could give zero stars, I would. The Dunkin' Donuts location somehow manages to turn a simple coffee run into a full-blown existential experience. The drive-thru is unreal. you can sit at the speaker for 8-10 minutes before anyone even says hello, long enough to start wondering if you're still on Earth or if time just stopped moving. Inside isn't any better. Staff wander around staring at the ceiling like they're unsure what planet they're on, while customers stand there waiting to be acknowledged. And what really blows my mind is seeing employees outside smoking while people are waiting inside for service. Slow days happen. but this place feels consistently disorganized, painfully slow, and completely disconnected from basic customer service. Honestly shocked this location is still open. If you value your time (and your sanity), I'd recommend driving literally anywhere else. read more

I had ordered a $6 meal deal and an order of bagel minis this took them an half an hour to make. that is not it... I was given this guy to take my order and he was so disrespectful it was nasty. will never go back to that location until they fix there mistakes. never go there it is horrible! read more

Ordered an egg & cheese wrap and hash browns today. The wrap had a weird taste...could not figure out what it was but if I had to guess, maybe some kind of post cleaning product? I won't be ordering anymore food from this place unfortunately. read more

It is unfair to blame only the help or lack of it. The management, in store, franchise and ultimately corporate should shoulder the blame. When help is sitting in the public area, smoking out back by the fence etc. and the trash in the yard comes bringing nues to collect it ahows a lack of pride from management. read more

My husband and young son went here today. The service was awful. They ordered a coffee and snackin bacon. They waited and waited for the bacon as none of the employees wanted to cook it. One young female staff in particular was on her cell phone texting and when asked about the bacon she stated "I'm not making that." Meanwhile the young boy was flirting with her while the other staff stood around and didn't make it either. Finally a staff who looked a little older came out and asked who was making the bacon, and was met with the same girl texting and stating "not me," another saying "I can't," so finally she just made it. The service and management at this Dunkins leaves a lot to be desired. We like to give people the benefit of the doubt but this is a repeat occurrence and the staff seem to have absolutely no customer service skills at all and no supervision. It's shameful. read more

when you read this review it will be too late. You could make a sitcom out of the stories that come from this location including some of the following gems: The drive through line almost always looks really long but it isn't because they are popular its because it takes the people 15+ minutes to complete even the simpliest order. Ordered a bagel for me and 6 munchkins for the little one. Pulled up to the window and got a 5 pound bag of munchkins, no bagel, was told a bagel would be extra... Ordered a bagel, toasted with cream cheese on it, got the empty cream cheese container, knife and a dirty napkin in the bag, no bagel. At about this point i gave up on giving them chances. This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the area. Hands down. They probably have a 90% wrong order rate. The goofing around while customers are waiting to be served is amazing. I have literally given my coffee order to the person making my coffee and they still managed to mess it up. I use the Dunkin' app every single morning. I give the order about half an hour for them to get it ready. I show up, and most of the time it still isn't ready, and if it is ready. It's only half way complete. If you can avoid this place, avoid it. Yeah it's absolutely terrible. And ownership and managers for this location are just as useless as the employees. read more

Well, this is three times in a row they've messed up my order, so I guess I'm writing reviews. I've never seen a Dunks move so slowly, or get orders wrong so consistently. Consistently the slowest DD in the area. Employee's should start drinking their coffee and dong espresso shots. While not the overly friendly, they move with glacial slowness that ensures your order will not be ready when you get to the window. i just went to the drive thru at 764 elm st. at 5 pm on 10/20/19 and the manager was very disrespectful to me after I stated that they got my frozen coffee wrong. when I arrived at the speaker they said " can I help you"?I I told them my order and they said "hold on a minute". they said my order back and I got to window and informed them I was not correct. the manager yelled at me for being rude to her employees which never happened. this has been the first time I ever encountered this type of behavior from a d&d employee read more

Great food and service The cashier became fast friends with my mom and treated me just as well. I usually get bagels there and they are always done right. Another great thing about this place is it has the pumpkin (my favorite and the rarest) muffin longer than other DDs near me. The only con is the frozen coolatas are so cold to the point of it hurting to hold them. read more

I have tried to be understanding with this location. This review is covering a two-yearperiod. Their customer service is a joke. And when you reach out to their customer service line the joke continues. I ordered my coffee through the app, when I arrived they were not ready yet. Nor have they even been started, this is 20 minutes. I waited as they completed the six people waiting in line, still didn't start my coffee. Nor was I even acknowledged. When I reached out to the management, I was told that they would not say anything to their employees for helping other customers. The whole point of the app us to skip the line... It would've been faster for me to just get in the line. They do not care about the customer. The employees like to joke around, and are demeaning at best. Their ability to take mobile order seems to be down extremely frequently. There are plenty of other coffee shops and Dunkin' in the area, I would encourage anyone to go elsewhere read more

Once again this particular dunkin donuts is terrible. Hit the drive thro the other day ordered a iced coffee and a muligrain bagel toasted with chive...the lady takes my order and repeats it back to me as she is laughing and interacting with co-workers...i get the the window pay and procede to drive off when i notice i was given a blueberry muffin i go inside and they had a bag waiting for me, no biggie just grabbed the wrong bag right?? wrong...open this bag and i get an everything bagel toasted with one of those fruity cream cheeses....go back and explain that this is not correct either....annoyed with me they ask what i had ordered and just appolgized scarcasitcly since i was ruining their ciggarette breaks and goofing off...no offer to speak to a manager (i dont think they would have done anything since everyone was goofing off and sitting around) no offer for any kind of compensation for my time and there countless errors.
