Rather than order on the app, I made the mistake of walking in and trying to ask a few questions, like how many shot of espresso are in the different sizes. Ok, there are 4 in a large. I order a large latte with 4 syrups and it comes to almost $9. I said the app shows the price as $7 something. She insists it's the same price in person or on the app. I had to literally show her on the app the same drink she was overcharging me for. Rather than be apologetic or at least FRIENDLY, she says well it's the same. How she can't see it's close to 2 dollars difference I don't understand. Bottom line, the attitude and blatant disregard of any customer service skills plus a very mid tier drink equals a big hard no for ever returning. And asking for a TIP because you took my order is really cute.

I'm so glad I found this place! It was really easy to find and had plenty of parking. The coffee shop is on the second floor, and you can either take the elevator or go up the spiral staircase. Inside, it's beautiful, spacious, and just has a really relaxing atmosphere. There's also a wraparound porch with outdoor seating. It doesn't necessarily overlook anything exciting, but it was still such a peaceful place to sit, and I could definitely see myself bringing my laptop and working here for a few hours. The staff was SO friendly every time I went. On Thursday morning there was a pretty long line, but they had several people working behind the counter and moved through it incredibly fast. Our drinks came out quickly too. I ordered iced lattes and really enjoyed them, but THE CROISSANT. I am a croissant person, and this was genuinely one of the best croissants I've ever had. Thick, buttery, soft, delicious bread and not even remotely dry. My kids loved them too, and I appreciated that each one came packaged in its own little container instead of just being thrown into a bag. They were also playing worship music every time I was there -- Abbie Gamboa and SEU and several artists I already love which made me enjoy the atmosphere even more. I also noticed when ordering at the tablet that they give you an option to donate to a local family in need, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. Great coffee, ridiculously good croissants, kind staff, quick service, lots of space and a really welcoming atmosphere. Causeway was easily one of my favorite finds of the trip, and I will absolutely be back when I am in the area this November!

Placed a mobile order at 10:21am waited in line for drive thru for 30+mins when there was only 4 cars including mine... when I got to the speaker waited another 10mins so drove to the window where the rude lady told me "they couldn't find my order" at this point it was 11:15am so I left . We also noticed similar interactions with other customers while we were there. Our coffee order wasn't prepared quite right either, and the overall experience just didn't have the friendly, upbeat atmosphere we've come to expect from Parlor.
