They could use a few more wall decorations, but again they just opened so I am sure it is a work in progress. I love the fact that they include all dietary options. Today, I ordered a medium and when I received the Chai and took the first sip, I got a cloying sweetness that was not pleasant to me. I took it back up to the barista and told her it was too sweet and that I must have gotten someone else's drink, but she informed me that they had changed their formula recently and that I had received my chai latte. I have been ordering hot, dirty Chai Lattes for years and I have never had one so off-puttingly sweet. Vertical has a lot of nice drinks and many special and if I ever want to try one I will be back...however, I will start going to one of the other great coffee houses in Cookeville for my favorite chai...what a shame.
