This is a great coffeehouse in Crossville, TN. The coffee and food I had were delicious, I had a coconut and caramel latte and a breakfast panini. The service I received was good, they are super friendly people. I love that this coffee shop has couches as well as tables for seating, it has a very comfortable and relaxed vibe. read more

We had a terrific lunch experience. The staff was so nice and made our food quickly. We tried the Ruben and Monte Cristo, the Smokehouse Burger, a flat bread and eggs with bacon. We had a family of five and all enjoyed the food! Definitely a fun stop, recommended by Bob at The Military Museum down the street. read more

Don't go to this place near closing. It closed at 3 pm, but not late at night so we didn't think that'd be a problem. We we wrong. We ordered two Thai Spice Chicken flatbreads about 15 minutes before they closed, 2:45 pm. Another group ordered after us. We waited for about 30 minutes while the staff started their closing routine, cleaning vacuuming, etc. I thought to myself, I bet they burned it because they're too busy trying to get out of there. About then, we were approached at the table by a nice young woman who apologized for burning our flatbread. We were asked if we wanted new flatbread or would like something else. We ordered the same. While waiting the music was turned off, cleaning continued around us and then a worker sat down at the table next to us to sort and wipe down silverware. When the flatbreads finally arrived, the chicken was over cooked, dry and powder coated in some type of Thai spice which made it even drier. Needless to say, the food was underwhelming (but had potential) but the service was terrible. Now I've spent a fair amount of time working in restaurants and country clubs washing pots and pans, cooking, bussing tables and serving. While I don't expect things to go perfectly, it wasn't made right after the first burnt flatbread and the ambiance, that was put away about 3:10. Our food didn't arrive until 3:40, almost an hour after we originally ordered. In my experience, situations like this is when a manager would have come to the table, apologized and would have refunded our money. Hopefully this was just a bad day for their team because it's a cool place. Note to self: Don't tip in advance (you have to pay for your order as you place it). read more

In small town Crossville, Tennessee, you can find a place that cares as much about their coffee, food, and ambience as a coffee shop in the big city. With string lights adjoining the roof, local artistry that is very colorful and special along the walls, and dim lighting perfect for getting some writing, studying, or socializing done, this place is a hit. My lavender almond milk latte is far better than any Starbucks barista could make. Although we were just passing through Crossville for a family reunion, we can tell how much the town cherishes it's local coffee joint, and for good reason. Will be coming back whenever we are in town again. read more

Loved their Bacon Avocado Club! Most delicious chicken sandwich HANDS DOWN! Fresh cooked/grilled! Cheese was perfectly melted and the bacon was nice and crispy (I'm sure you can specify extra crispy if you like it like that) I would highly recommend stopping here on your next visit through downtown. Perfect little place to have a coffee and some food, study alone, with a group, meet up with friends, have business meeting. Food was delicious I had the chicken bacon parmesan flat bread with no bacon, it's actually big enough to feed 2 people. For dessert I had some chocolate, chocolate, chocolate piece of cake (I don't remember what it was called) but it was amazing. I was there on a Saturday night, so they had a country band. I think you need to buy tickets in advance. The band was Robby Hopkas, very entertaining, really fun to watch, the singer (I'm guessing Robby Hopkas) great voice, very interactive with the auduence, a guitar play that was really good, great songs. Different something different for a Saturday night. I would definitely do it again. Very clean, and both the men's and women's bathroom have a chalkboard wall that was a nice addition.
