Very surprised by all the bad reviews - I've been going to this Dunkin for 10+ years & have always had fast, friendly service. The drive through is very fast & efficient, and I've never had any problems with my orders. In comparison to other Dunkin Donuts, I have rated this on 4 stars for their friendly customer service. This location is very clean and relaxing. I find myself popping by and hanging out before or after work appointments when I am in the area. Dunkin donuts in general, I find has better tasting coffee than other more expensive chains. Unfortunately Dunkins lattes and specialty drinks are too sweet/sugary for me. For that reason I find myself going elsewhere for a latte and such. Their doughnuts are awesome as usual, my favorite is a good jelly or Boston cream. There food stuffs like sandwiches and flatbreads are good in a pinch, but not something I want to get when I come in. read more

This location recently changed hands. It went from a very good Dunkin to a horrendous one! They are soooooooooooooooooooo slow. Takes forever to go thru the drive thru and the coffee tastes horrible Also, afternoon manager is arrogant. They are charging an extra dollar for drinks with no ice. Are you kidding me??????? When I questioned it, I was told it was for the extra you get without ice. WHAT? A quarter of an inch extra is a dollar????? Been going here for over 10 years. Old management never charged such ridiculous fees for special requests. I am so disgusted and will not be going to this location ever again. Shame. They are going to lose so many customers. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Went through the drive through today to claim a free drink as a Rewards Member, and they claimed their system was down and they couldn't scan the code. Fine, except reward also had an numerical code they easily could've written down and input into the system later. My son and I went this morning to get things for his birthday and everyone's masks were below their nose, including the person making our food. I don't think they realize that you still breathe through your nose and they contaminated my food and coffee which I had already been charged for. I wanted to make sure they did not charge me double for something and they would not give me a receipt when I asked. I know they are indian workers and have language and accent barrier. But since i am everyday buyer they know that i never buy Iced coffe and always chose hot one even in summer. Today again i ordered two Large size mocha drinks and donuts but they brought to the window two iced mocha and falsely claimed that i ordered Iced one. I had a friend near me he also whitnessed that i did not ask any Iced Mocha. Moreover the emplooyes know me i also asked them ever have i bought ice coffe from them. The indian guy who claimed that he is a manager agressively said i have to pay for Iced Mochas and was very rood to me. Don't support or go to this Dunkin donuts!!! They are rude to their customers and treat you like shit!!! I was just in the drive thru and made a mistake of ordering 2 sugar donuts. I admitted and apologized I ordered the wrong donuts and if they could please swap them out for glazed? She said "go back around." I said what?! Why would I drive around and wait again? Did you know that the Dunkin aspires to be as prevalent physically and in the social consciousness as Starbucks? Can you imagine the number of Yelp reviews the Dunkin will one day amass? It is a tad worrying that the chain can be personified The Dunkin and most people will understand the topic of conversation. DD, in my opinion, has had friendly and fast customer service. There seems to be a general trend away from this and it was demonstrated most clearly during my visit to this shop's drive thru. No, "Hello and welcome to Dunkins." No "thank you for your order". The man at the pick up window didnt make eye contact or say thanks as he was too busy talking with others in the shop. Not that this is critical but i think thats how a business based on customer interaction and satisfaction grows their customer base and loyalty. The food and drinks at any DD are the same and they are on every corner. So how does one differentiate themselves from their competition? Almost every time I come here I get over charged but it's by one man, he's tall slender and older (Asian Indian), make sure you ask for your receipt! More times than I can count on one hand I have been over charged! When I catch him and ask for a receipt after he has charged my card he will look surprised and say ohh hold on, before he gives me the receipt and say it's wrong, but only after I ask for the receipt. Just yesterday I was there and ordered a large coffee it was 2.41 or 2.43 today it was 2.20 something when I paid (a female took my method of payment). Another time when I asked for a receipt he charged me for a donut which I did not get. Another time charged me for a regular breakfast sandwich when I ordered a wake up wrap and I had to get a refund! Fraud! He should be fired. This is the Dunkin located at 3101 Marne Highway, Mt Laurel, NJ 08054. I have been to this particular Dunkin Donuts many times but twice recently I've come into contact with the same male employee. He is not professional or personable. He does not speak, which is incredibly rude. Today, 9/13/2021, I ordered a medium coffee and pulled up to the drive thru window. My bill was $2.23. I handed him $3.00 and he took one of those dollar bills and put it in the tip cup then turned to me and showed me the $2.00 still in his hand. Of course he did not speak but it was obvious he was asking for more money. I told him "I gave you $3.00, I saw you put one dollar in the tip cup, you owe me change." This was attempted theft. Stopped in this location ,on Sunday to get a iced pumpkin spice coffee around 5:30 pm . The restaurant had two customers that were already served and sitting down . The cashier was not friendly and didn't smile - I placed my order and asked for milk and Splenda in my iced pumpkin spice Coffee , the cashier wouldn't even give me eye contact and didn't answer me , I added on two bananas with my order and said thank you , she took my payment and walked away . I do not understand how this store is still open. I guess there are no other options in the area? I've only been here twice and I absolutely will never go back. Let me list the reasons why: 1. They're rude. 2. They ignore your order. Don't bother asking for 1 milk/1 sugar in your coffee because they'll give you an extra cream/extra sugar regardless (I'll never understand why people drink bone-white coffee) 3. The coffee tastes like total shit. Do they use toilet water to brew their coffee? I wouldn't be surprised. 4. They suck at making food. I ordered a bacon egg & cheese on a bagel and the chewy bagel looked like it was still raw and the cheese & bacon somehow ended up on top of the bagel. Did they play a quick game of soccer with my order just before giving it to me? Again, I wouldn't be surprised. 5. If you order cold brew they'll give you an iced coffee. This might not seem like a big deal but you really can taste the difference between the two when they're made properly. I don't think they've made proper cold brew ever. It's also a quick $1 profit because they can upcharge you for the cold brew and pass off that toilet water they call iced coffee. 6. They're slow as hell. In short, this place sucks.
