Honestly, the bagels were decent and I liked that they had seating, BUT, staff were rude and it just really upset my morning. We weren't really greeted at all and then when we had a question, we were talked to in a condescending manor. It was our first time there and we didn't know how things worked so it was upsetting when talked down to. I get that people are rushed but since they're in the service industry, I feel like a little bit of niceness would go a long while. A very good bagel, popular for a reason Was looking for a good bagel spot that wasn't too far off the beaten path. Came here since the girlfriend raved over their bagels and wanted to stock her up for the weekdays. By the time I got there, was already a line of four people. Looking through yelp reviews, saw a lot of people really enjoyed the French toast bagel. So I had to try it and see how it fared. Service was a little slow. They don't have a lot of equipment so when it comes to cutting and toasting a bagel they don't have enough machines to do so quickly. They do make their bagels on site, and I had to wait a little longer because they didn't finish making the French toast bagels for that morning. By the time I got my bagel, about 8 others got served. So it's not quick. But it is a very well done bagel. It's got that right amount of chew and softness. When toasted, it's not too crunchy but just enough to give it a textural difference. It's really well done bagel. The French toast variety is just a cinnamon sugar bagel. Not bad, but not French toast. The cream cheese helped mitigate the sweetness of the bagel, and made it a much better bite overall. It's slow but does a great job either way. Usually I like this place and never had an issue, but today wasn't great. I got a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese and found multiple hairs in the cream cheese, so I had to throw it out. Just wanted to mention it since that was pretty disappointing. read more

To start this review, I can see this place is very popular in kit a big fan o beagles, but definitely we get them every Saturday, for breakfast they are fresh and delicious, we always order online and drive 15 minutes, when we get there they are ready, so the service is fast we never wait more than 5 minutes staff very friendly and nice it looks like is all family I do recommend them 100% read more

Im so picky about my bagels - one of my favorite foods ever to indulge in! A gracious patient treated us to a dozen, along with varied cream cheeses and butter. Tried this place because I saw its high reviews but maybe people are talking about another Victoria's in the area? Went in at about 7:45am and ordered an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese, a hashbrown and a pumpkin spice iced coffee. I was the only one in there at the time but ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my order. Maybe they had a bunch of online orders to take care of that's why it took 30 minutes to cream cheese a bagel? The hashbrown was pretty much raw like not even cooked and my iced coffee had no ice? And was room temp? Only upside was that I paid $9 for all of it so I guess you get what you pay for. Seriously though haha go anywhere else. read more

Fun, tiny little bagel place in a strip mall. Friendly service and good bagels. It looks like their remodeling and making the place bigger. I was reading through the reviews and many complaints were regarding the service time. Today, when I came in here, it was fine, but it looks like they do a lot of on-line and phone orders since it wasn't busy, but the crew was working feverishly. I had a bagel with swiss cheese and pork roll. There was a good amount of meet on there. The pork roll was okay, but the "Trenton" brand that they use wasn't as good as "Taylor" brand. read more

I really like their bagels here but it's really disappointing to buy food from here and bite into a long string of someone's hair. This has now happened to myself twice from getting bagels here and has happened to my dad when he has ordered from here. The employees really need to be wearing hats and or hairnets while making food. I will no longer come here to buy food from them because of this. Overall this shop needs to practice better hygiene habits and have better hygiene standards. While waiting for food and watching them make peoples food they have their gloves on and they touch their face, scratch their head, and or touch their Apple Watch or phone with the gloves on and then with the same gloves that are now contaminated continue to prep/make someone's food. Have any of you taken a serv safe class..? So if you choose to buy anything from here please keep this review in mind and just watch them while they make food while you wait for your order to be done. You will not want to eat here after and you especially won't want to eat here after biting into one of the girls hairs because they do not wear a hat nor hairnet while preparing food. I've been going to Victoria's for a long time and have had many great experiences. However, this past weekend I received bagels that were unacceptable. The plain bagels were pale, poorly shaped, and thin. The everything bagels had barely any seasoning. Let me start by saying I did NOT eat here. Here's why - the place is dirty! Look at the floor and the walls. It's 9:00 am, so why is it dirty like this first thing in the morning. Here's the other reason why - I don't eat meat and the pork bacon is cooked on the same grill as the eggs. I asked her young lady and she didn't say, "we can clean it" or anything similar. This place is close to my work but haven't tried it yet. I usually get a salad a few doors down . I've been craving a bagel with cream cheese and lox. This did not disappoint. I went during weekday lunch hour and was in and out 10 maybe 5 minutes. I tried the onion bagel toasted. It was so fresh. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Decent amount of lox. The cream cheese was fresh. I wasn't familiar with the menu so just ordered what I wanted. I got what I wanted! But was a little confused after I saw the menu. This isn't a negative but a warning for first timers. Next time, I'll have to ask more questions. After looking at the menu later, it said that sandwiches come with a side. I wasn't asked about one and didn't receive anything. I also wasn't asked if I wanted capers or onions or anything else on the bagel. read more

Since my co-workers were raving how good the food is from here, I was excited to try. We had a group order online for pick up, and it was 30 minutes late. Unfortunately, my order was not made correctly. They were out of chicken completely, so I subbed out for Turkey which was no problem. All of the add-ons I selected were missing from the wrap. I also asked to not included tomatoes were still added. The wrap at this point was just a mess to put back together. Every side order from the group order was missing (We had 5 orders total). Victoria's is a local favorite. They have many different types of bagels to choose from. You can get a classic with cream cheese or butter or you can try one of their sandwiches. I highly suggest getting one of their sandwiches because they are delicious! One of my favorite things about Victoria's is they offer gluten free bagels. They are very accommodating with it but sometimes they do not have it or they sell out fast. That is the only downside of it, but when you get one they are fresh and delicious! Came in here while I was in the area one weekend. I wAs in the mood for a good Jersey bagel. Upon arriving, it was fairly busy. I noticed that the store had some cute seating. The flavor variety of bagels and cream cheeses was very extensive, which I was happy to see. Most of the line in the shop was of people who had already ordered; my order was taken just a minute after I walked in. The employees were very pleasant despite how fast they were working on a busy Saturday. I ordered 3 bagels of different varieties. I went for a Rainbow bagel with Funfetti cream cheese, a Garlic with Jalapeño cream cheese, and a Garlic with butter. I was extremely happy to see that the total for all of my bagels was under $9, as bagels have gotten super expensive recently. In about 10 minutes, my order was ready. Considering how many people were waiting, this wasn't too long. The employees seemed to be working as quickly and efficiently as possible. I took my bagels home to eat. The one critique I have is that the size of the bagels seemed to be a bit smaller than your average Jersey bagel shop. However, the price point is also lower than most other shops. In terms of flavor and quality, I was fairly impressed. My Rainbow bagel wasn't the best I've had, but I loved the Funfetti cream cheese. Overall, I liked this place. I felt that service and quality were solid. I may not necessarily seek it out in my free time, but it's definitely somewhere I'd visit if I was passing by in the area.
