Bacon, egg & cheese on an everything bagel with tots & an iced coffee. For starters, the sandwich alone was plain Jane... not sure what they could've added but it was just dry. Then their tots, those were soggy and greasy! The coffee was probably the only item that wasn't bad. It wasn't the best coffee, but compared to the rest of the meal, it was drinkable. This was at 7:30am. I took my daughter here before camp for a donut because it's right across the street. Went inside to order and sit. The worker that checked us out was unwelcoming. Upon sitting down, I noticed how disgusting the floor was all around and table we sat at had coffee stains. It really looked like whoever closed up the day before and whoever opened, did not clean a speck. Even my 7 y/o daughter made a comment about how it looks like they never clean here. While I do love ordering at this location, yesterday I wanted a Donut Swirl Iced Decaf so I used my 500pts to get it in the app. Then I tried picking up and no one had me pull forward at the drive through. I then tried picking up inside since no one communicated at Drive Threw. Once I put my hand on the door the workers inside turned off the lights at 8:28pm when they close at 9pm on Monday. This was soooo aggravating because I wanted a cold drink. Never going to Dunkin in the evenings. Thankfully 7-Eleven was open so I could get a Gatorade. I decided to give this location one more try since it is on my way to work. A mistake that won't have the third time. As before, they were extremely busy and understaffed. Walk-ins should be as important as, if not more than drive-thru, but it doesn't feel that way. Ordered 3 French Crullers. When I got to work I found that they were very limp and soggy, like they sat out for a long time. At 7:00am they should have been fresh. Over $5 for something that should have been crisp on the outside with the glazed sitting on top of it, not absorbed into it! You got me, but never again. Dunkin Donuts is a chain donut place so it's definitely not like the family owned local ones. It is however inexpensive & has a much larger menu! Not bad coffee either! This is by far the worst location. This is the second time in two weeks that they have been out of donuts at 9:00 am. First it was chocolate. Then when I went in to discuss a few days later ( because they could not refund my money) I was greeted with attitude because I did not know of their mask mandate. The worker refused to speak with me. Finally a manager came to test ice me. She was nice. Today the french crawlers were out. WHICH, was part of the 7.00 dollar deal. WOW! We had the absolute BEST experience in the drive thru today with "Marky Mark". He made the ordering experience so fun, confirmed all of the details of our order and greeted us promptly. When we pulled up at the window, he was super energetic and bubbly and personable. He asked us about our day all whilst confirming our order with co-workers and working as our cashier. Huge smile on his face and a genuinely happy person. GREAT HIRE! Being from the hospitality industry, this kind of genuine talent is rare, you can tell he really loves what he does. I visit this location 3-4 times per week. I will admit that my first experience there wasn't the best. Two high school kids were running the shop and customer service wasn't their priority. Honestly, if any business in the area had the same scenario we would probably have the same result. Sounds bias but I think it's a true statement. I gave them a second chance to earn my business. And they've been perfect each time. I've been anywhere from 5:30am all the way up to them almost closing and it's a great product and great experience each time. I like that they are half the price as their competitor (the one at Murphy and 544). It's simple yet great. Give them a shot you won't regret it. read more

It's a regular DD. Usual setup and product. However - it might be the worst supply planning that I have ever seen. They are regularly out of most donuts in the pm. Employees even admit that they are often out of supply. So if it's a common issue - then increase your supply and stop being perpetually short. I usually go 15 miles away instead of stopping here. My entire work place used to come here every morning before work, and sometimes between clients we run over here for a snack and a drink, but everyone including our clients refuse to come here anymore. All week they have gotten my orders completely wrong. I've seen customers get yelled at out the door, people walk out because no one is up front. They are understaffed most of the time , I've gotten frozen food, I order inside and even then they give me food that is nowhere near close to what I actually ordered to their face, I've had them forget to put the sausage on my sandwich, came back to get it fixed and then they forget the egg on it the second time . I had asked an employee to floated to a concern of mine about a manager and the shift leader came up to us and started yelling over me while I was talking to defend themself . Absolutely no structure and I've seen employees eat something and then turn around and make food without gloves . So ridiculous. There is a right and wrong way to run a restaurant and this place has gone from awesome to poor service in a matter of weeks. read more
