Amazing Ethiopian Dining Experience I had a wonderful experience at this Ethiopian restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful food in a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel comfortable and were friendly, attentive, and happy to explain the menu and offer recommendations. The food was outstanding. The injera was fresh, soft, and perfectly tangy -- clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was rich in flavor and beautifully seasoned, with a great balance of spices that made each bite unique and satisfying. The variety of stews and sides worked perfectly together, and sharing the platter made the meal feel both traditional and special.
