Went here for the first time Saturday morning... Really nice coffee shop! Nice baristas, Lots of places to sit and enjoy your coffee, tea or snack. They even have a printer you can use, which may come in handy for those having a business meeting, or students doing schoolwork, writing a paper. They have a great menu, lots of options! I had an iced cinnamon oat milk latte, husband had the "Dreamy". He said it was the best iced coffee he's ever had!! We also got a ham, egg and cheese, croissant sandwich, and pumpkin chai swirl bread, both of which were delicious! We also took a sour cream walnut coffee cake to go. Looking forward to going back and trying more yummy drinks & food!

Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is a hidden gem for coffee aficionados, offering the convenience of a drive-thru along with a tantalizing selection of coffee, tea and treats. For some reason I always think of it as Starbucks but Asian and better. The drive-thru service ensures a quick and efficient experience, perfect for those on the go. I love getting my Vietnamese Coffee here, which captures the rich and robust flavors that this style of coffee is known for. The balance of strong coffee and sweet condensed milk creates a harmonious blend that's a delight to the senses. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or simply looking to try something new, Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea's convenient drive-thru and their expertly crafted drinks make for a delightful and satisfying visit.

First time here and had an amazing experience! Kate was so patient with me while I was asking questions and looking at the menu, and I got a lychee sticker!

With drive-thru!! Murphy, Texas now has a Sweetwaters Coffee & Teas (and Sweets, Treats, and Sandwiches). Kinda pricey, to be honest, but a very nice ambiance, and nice staff. WHERE? Along Murphy Road, north of FM 544 (near Country Burger). Next door is planned for a CINNAHOLIC gourmet cinnamin rolls. This Sweetwaters is not as big inside as the North Richardson location. A big laptop table inside the entrance, with really nice pop-up power ports. And then, the seating is kinda like living in a submarine along the wall. In far back are 4 upholstered lowback seats around a small coffee table. (Moms with strollers need to grab these if open). There are 2 child highchairs stored in back hallway. 2 restrooms, both unisex / ADA posted. DRINKS & FOOD: A massive menu, a lot of options here. The pastry display is very delicious looking, and easier to pick from than printed menu up on the wall. Do your online research before you get here. Drive thru is approached from the back of the building, signs, menu, and lighting are very good. The exit takes you to Murphy Road, or turn south back into Murphy Crossing shopping center to access FM 544 I had a hot, double Nicaraugan Organic Fair Trade (black) coffee for $3.09 and it was smooth, with low acidity. Sweetwaters, may your future be sweet in Murphy, Texas

The coffee is was great and the baristas were kind, but making one person work the entire shop themselves is CUREL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!

When it comes to their coffee selection, they have quite a few drinks I've never heard of. I wish there was a sampler version I could order to be able to try a bit of everything. I wish I would've asked more questions about their coffee & got recommendations but I didn't want to take too long, so went with a latte. It was certainly delicious & on the sweet side without being overly sugary/candied. As much as I know I'd order it again I definitely want to come back to try something I've never had. They also have some desserts & other edible items to choose from, so if you're in the area give this place a try.

We enjoyed the peaceful environment, decor and tasty desserts.. 3 days later we ordered 2 Chai lattes drinks but they taste totally different and flavorless. I hope the get it right because I really enjoyed my initial visit.

You order at the front counter - there was a very long line during my visit. I think things were held up by the fact that there was a paper menu, and also a digital display board menu (sight lines were poor though) and the menus didn't match! Employees didn't seem sure which menu was "accurate" which slowed down ordering for everyone. Once I'd ordered and selected a table, service was great. They bring your order to the table with the matching number. Bathrooms were clean. They had a separate room for groups to meet. Overall, it's a cool space. Again, it didn't feel like a coffee shop. If you're just popping in for a cup of coffee, it'll probably feel like "too much" but if you want a full breakfast experience, it's perfect.

What a great place for the community!…read more I have driven past this place several times but never really stopped in and checked it out, or honestly, gave it much thought. I am not being negative, it just did not register with me. That all changed today when my granddaughter's dance company held a recital at Acacia Collective. My first observation was that there was ample parking, which was nice. In addition to the parking lot in front, there was also an even larger lot in the back. Walking in, I was impressed again. The architecture and its use of woods helped make the place very inviting and relaxing. The people inside were as welcoming as the facility itself. There is a lot going on here... The Acacia Collective houses an auditorium, a coffee shop, a childcare/mother's day out facility, an l shared work space, and more. At the tables there were puzzles being built, people drinking coffee, people enjoying the wonderful baked goods from the coffee shop, and others enjoying the Wi-Fi on their laptops and more. I personally had an Asiago bagel with cream cheese, and also a cinnamon role muffin. Both were delicious! I would be remiss if I finished this review without mentioning the staff at the coffee shop. They were super polite and a joy to interact with. Great customer service! They also worked hard handling the influx of people. Acacia Collective also proved to be a great place to hold a dance recital!

I always get a little envious of how every suburb of Dallas seems to have such a cool town square,…read moreand Plano is no different. Located among the shops and bars of historic downtown sits 1418 Coffee, a cute and genuinely great little shop that fits the area perfectly. Inside, the shop is fairly narrow but offers a good amount of both indoor and outdoor seating. I arrived with a friend a little before 11 am on a Sunday, and it was absolutely packed. A biking group was posted up outside, students were inside working on homework, even though most colleges have not started yet, and plenty of other patrons were taking their Sunday mornings easy. Despite having at least 10 to 15 people in front of us, the line moved pretty quickly. My friend who was more of a regular at the shop knew a lot of the staff and had convos with them. It feels like a little community! I ordered the Maple Sausage Croissant sourced from Sugar Loaf Bakery along with a hot Purple Haze latte made with lavender and vanilla syrup. My drink came out fairly quickly, and I thought it was great. It was well balanced and not overly sweet. As for the Maple Sausage Croissant, it was exactly what it sounded like, a maple sausage tucked into a croissant. I initially expected the croissant itself to be maple flavored, similar to a McGriddle, but it was still fresh and enjoyable. They had been keeping them warm in a heater throughout the morning, which definitely helped. I have stopped by 1418 Coffee a few times when visiting Dallas, and I plan to keep returning. They consistently do a great job and fit right into the charm of downtown Plano. RIYL: A warm haven in a beautiful downtown.

The baristas are all super friendly and were happy to answer all my questions. It's also super cozy with dim lighting, and the music isn't super overpowering or loud. There's mostly comfy couches but also a few tables and high top seating. Just a little chilly, so I'd recommend bringing a jacket. I was able to comfortably complete some work on my laptop, with working wifi. There were also people here socializing in the morning. They no longer serve breakfast tacos, so I opted for a bacon cheddar scone at one visit and a lemon blueberry scone on another. They were both delicious! The baristas told me that their chai leans toward the sweeter side versus the spicier side, so I opted for an iced sugar-free vanilla latte, which was not overly sweet. I also tried the beez neez (latte with honey and cinammon) another time and enjoyed it! They offer 2% milk, which I don't always find at coffee shops. Since it's in downtown Plano, there's street parking, which wasn't difficult for me since I came at 8 AM. I believe there are parking garages located nearby. Overall, I've greatly enjoyed 1418 Coffee and will most definitely be visiting more throughout this month while I'm working in the area!
