This location is one of the best. Employees care and have a very good collective attitude overall. If they are short-staffed, the wait will be longer, but this does not phase them, they do the best they are able to do without being upset in general (which is not easy to do when there are 80 people staring at you, waiting because of mobile orders). DD has transitioned from a main focus on donuts, to a focus on coffee and treats. The specialty and revolving menu items are always great, and are worth getting, no matter the season there will be different items (new and old). Their regular hot coffee has a nutty taste and is one of my favorite coffees ever, I only pair it with a flavoring or just cream. Iced coffee has a similar flavor, I add flavor, cream, and sugar. Cold brew is smooth and rich, adding flavor, cream, and sugar. Iced macchiato drinks are my go-to espresso drinks, but the lattes are great as well. I love mine with oatmilk (not just because of a dairy intolerance, but it gives it a richer texture). Their frozen drinks are best with espresso, I'm not a fan of the coffee syrup (but that's just personal preference). The best summer drinks are frozen or the refreshers with lemonade (since lemonade is a limited summer item). read more

I go to this Dunkin often and I always try to have grace for people. Things are not perfect here but that's ok. Today I ordered the Hot Honey Wake Up Wrap. The guy who took my order was rude and seemed like he would rather be anywhere else, which is whatever, but he slightly glared at me and the bag that had my wrap was covered in hot honey. The inside of the bag was covered and the paper covering my wrap were dripping with it the honey. It appears lazy and careless, even if the taste was not bad. I had to rip the bag and roll it down which is shown in the picture but there was no easy way to eat this. read more

I never leave reviews, but I had to rate this place. I live in Atlanta and frequent Dunkin Donuts, there. So, I was super excited to find out one was built here in my hometown. Huge disappointment. I've been here THREE times and I ordered the frozen vanilla chai latte, every time. To the first time, they couldn't use almond milk in place of the skim milk. The second time, they didnt make it frozen but iced. Now, this last time their coolatta machine is broken and they can only do skim milk. Like, you're a brand new facility and you dont know how to make stuff that literally every other dunkin can?? Do better! Sheesh! read more

I just want to say I've always been a fan of here for years. But lately the quality has gone down hill. I typically order the same three drinks when I visit and they never taste the same on any occasion. The cold brew lately has gotten hard to stomach. It has this weird metal smell and taste that the flavors can't over power. Any time I've gotten food in the last 4 months I never ever get napkins or straws, I have to ask to get a hand full. At first the coffee and tea were too weak. Recently their machines were reprogrammed and the coffee and tea are perfect, like the other D Ds. Beyond Sausage very yummy. Love the green tea Macha iced latte, as a bonus they have almond milk. Keli is my favorite. A very nice guy told me he recalibrated the Tea machine to the proper strength.
