I can remember going to Dunkin when I was a kid and they were pretty good. This Dunkin appears to do a decent business because of its location. However if Dunkin as a whole wanted to increase their sales, which I'm sure they do, they would put more jelly, cream, powdered sugar and chocolate on their donuts. The last two times I went to this location, I was really disappointed. Dunkin, get it together or your competitors will really hurt your franchise owners and your bottom line. I needed a little caffeine so Dunkin seemed like a solid choice. The line was soooooo long. Because of the way the parking lot is set up, it is very difficult to get in and out when the drive thru line is long. There's construction going immediately surrounding the store so that makes it even harder to find a parking spot. I went for my go-to order -- a vanilla latte and chocolate frosted donut. Rude manager I ordered coffee and cream , left the store to find out no cream , turned around went back and asked for a remake because you forget cream and coffee isn't hot anymore. I had such a problem with this store today. I want 6 donuts I told the girl what kind I wanted and how many I needed. She could not get anything right. Finally got where I needed to be which was a 10 minute drive. Three out of the six donuts where rock hard. I think they were day old so now I will not go back. Went through the drive thru yesterday ordered a brown sugar cold brew with just cream, hands me a different coffee, I let it go and go on with my day. Today my boyfriend goes to get the coffee, orders his and mine. 15 mins after ordering he hears 2 employees bickering about being out of the cold foam that goes with my coffee. He calls me before they even tell him asking what I want different and I told him just get it without the foam, no big deal. They finally tell him and he tells them how to fix it and the younger girl rolls her eyes and walks off and tries handing him just a black iced coffee after paying for a specialty drink. He then tells them if they can't make that drink all together then to put cake batter flavor and cream in it, they then walk away again then comes back and says "that's a summer flavor we don't have it" ... it's still summer but ok.? Then finally after a bunch of back and forth she makes the original drink and puts the regular cold foam on it and gives cream on the side. I guess too lazy to add the cream like was ordered. If she would have just stopped walking away and listened, it would have been solved 10 min prior to what it was... a waste of 35 mins for 2 coffees. Just going to Starbucks next time. read more

Terrible hard and stale bagels! Will not be going here ever again! How can they sell these when they are inedible?

I am a regular at this dunkin and some of the ladies/girls are really nice. They even remember my order. However the frozen machine has been down for a long time which i don't usually get a frozen drink so whatever, but last week i ordered one and the girl said very rudely "don't u see the sign" well clearly I didn't. I let it go. Then the last 3x I've ordered my sandwhich with no cheese its had cheese, they always fix it even if they do look perturbed. However today 6/10/22 was the icing on the cake. I had a little change in my order as i was ordering for entire family. After saying part of my order the girl on the headset says "this fat b**ch just ordered 5 f**king orders of mini bagles" I was humiliated and embarrassed. She said it over the loud speaker so the people with their windows down heard her, the lady behind me gasped so loud I heard her. I am disgusted with their behavior and so upset that a bully like that has a job in customer service. They did not ask me to pay for my food today but didn't say why, meaning they didn't say i am so sorry here this is on us and this will be dealt with. It was so weird. I got to the window and I said I can NOT believe that just happened that was wrong and disgusting behaviour. The girl hands me the order and says I don't even know what happened. I drive away check my food and guess what it was the wrong order. Cheese on sandwich, missing hashbrowns and an order of mini bagels. read more
