Congratulations! If you stumble on this location, you're about the enter the worst store in the chain! I ordered the $6 Breakfast Meal, pretty simple. Egg sandwich: no prob, very hot, perfect! Hash browns; soggy, warm, NOT crispy or hot! Coffee: brown water; tasted as if half the coffee was used! I also purchased a donut, undoubtedly a day old. I was the only customer in the store but regardless, there was no excuse for how POOR this visit was. Total waste of $9. On a side note, the main reason I don't visit this location more than once every blue moon is because there's never a friendly person at the front counter. Today was no different! read more

Absolutely not. Let me tell you a story. My mother ordered a coffee from their drive thru and brought her coffee home to drink. She is a big coffee person. And once she was almost done finishing her coffee, she started seeing hair on the bottom. She poured a little more of her coffee out of the cup to reveal a huge chunk of hair. Mortifying. Definitely done on purpose. Contacted corporate and all they did was give her a free coffee voucher. Stupid and annoying. Ordered my food while waiting in line because 5 mins went by and the line wasnt moving by the time I get to the window to get my food is 821a. After waiting 5 more mins I get handed my order that was sitting there the whole time. When I go try my sandwich is a plant based sausage and burnt croissant when what I order was a bacon egg and cheese. Needless to say how upset I am. For waiting and then getting the wrong order its not the first time this location is extremely slow and gives the wrong order. read more

just went to the Dunkin' Donuts across from Stop & Shop in Newmilford, what a joke I waited five minutes while this young kid was hanging out the window, laughing and joking with his friends when I said excuse me, he turned around and said I'll be with you in a minute like he was aggravated I was there. Usually I do not have an issue at this location - but lately it has been short staffed, and you never know which day that might be. so this morning I got stuck in the drive thru (someone behind me, so I couldn't reverse out of the situation). There were only 4 cars total in front of me (1 of which had already ordered). it took 20 minutes before I was able to place my order. when I got to the window a few minutes later, I sat there for another 5 minutes while my 2 donuts and coffee just sat on the counter ready to go....no one came to the window to ring me up - so I drove off. over 30 minutes in line is UNACCEPTABLE. I was 15 minutes late to work because of this. 15 minutes is already too long for how few people were in the drive through, but 30?? I can't blame the staff, they were doing their best - I think there were only 2 people working that I could tell. during the morning rush! doubt I will ever risk going there again sad to say. read more

I was told to stop ordering sugar free frozen coffee because they keep adding sugar to it. That was what the drive through told me. Her advice "if we keep giving you sweetened frozen coffee just don't order sugar free anymore". read more

163 Danbury Rd location. Staff is great as usual. It's a Saturday and there are 0 donuts and 3 muffins of 1 variety. Last time we came 0 napkins. Obviously it's not the staffs fault. Management is incapable of ordering the correct amount of supplies. I have never walked in to a Dunkin to 0 donuts- ever! And this never happened at this location until the last 2 weeks. read more

I got a free drink from Dunkin for my birthday. Before the coupon expired, I went into this Dunkin to use it. While looking at the menu board something popped out at me, frozen hot chocolate. I've had it once before at a different coffee establishment and it was delicious. I was not disappointed. Even on a cold day, this went down easy and deliciously. As it melted, it mixed together and became more delicious. I ended up only finishing half, I put the rest in the fridge. The next day it was no longer frozen, but basically a liquid iced chocolate. I always have a great experience when I come to this Dunkin' location. Such friendly and efficient staff always welcome me with a smile and even a first-name greeting! :) During these difficult times having a sense of normalcy really helps me so I have been continuing to use their mobile app to order and their drive-through to pick up. The staff takes necessary precautions to keep these trips safe for me as well as for themselves. I appreciate the people that work here very much for putting a smile on their faces and continuing to be so friendly while they put themselves at risk. You are wonderful. Morning staff is great. Logistics are a nightmare. They open at 4am. Yesterday I arrived at 4:30. "Sorry, no donuts yet. We'll owe ya, come back tomorrow." I return today at 5:15, an hour and 15 minutes after they opened, "No donuts yet, sorry. I still owe ya." Are you fucking kidding me? Now I know why they dropped the "Donuts" from their name. What a joke. Total embarrassment. This is the problem with owning a bunch of franchise locations and using one facility to make all the donuts. They obviously don't deliver to the locations that open first, they just do whatever is convenient. Fuck the customer. And since they have a shitty app that not only limits the selection available to order ahead, but doesn't allow the locations to update item availability, you don't find out you're getting NOTHING until you pull up to the window. I pulled around and parked. As I'm typing this I've been sitting here for 20 minutes. They've been open for over an hour and a half and they STILL haven't received their delivery! WTF??? read more
