I have been going to this location for quite awhile. Lately, the service has been getting bad. I order mainly on the app, but now the donuts listed on the app are wrong, so I started going in. The morning person knows me by name. I ordered coffee rolls the other day and they were raw in the middle, all of them. I ordered donuts in the store 2 days ago. The lady asked what I wanted. I was telling her and I didn't hear what she asked me. She got kind of irritated with me. She put the donuts in the counter in front of me, took my latte to the other end and yells "latte". Really? I worked at a Dunkin Donuts for three years back in my prime and trust me... I know what the coffee should taste like. I could make it in my sleep. Let me just tell you... their iced coffee tastes like straight up newark tap water with some cream and sugar in it. There's no possible way they make the iced coffee correctly. The water to coffee ratio is so off. It doesn't even taste like coffee to me. I do like the staff tho. I just wish they knew how to make coffee properly. read more

Acceptable service. Nothing to rave about, I was slightly annoyed by how I felt rushed but I understand they have to move business along. The donuts were good but I really go here for the coffee. I feel like dunkin donuts knows what's going on on that front. We buy the bags of coffee for my parents and it has been a pleasing part of our breakfasts for a while. Rich flavor without overwhelming you with the idea that you bought it from a big company that is not an artisanal bean roaster . ** update** Since I last posted my review things have changed. Let's say you have your mobile app, and the special is $1.99 any breakfast sandwich. Ok great, you go in on that premise. Then as you are walking in, you see that all iced coffees are 99-cents, all day. Awesome! Hold your horses, partner! The female cashier (who I think it married or related somehow to the owners) won't let you use the deal. We went in last week for this very same order, and while she was making the coffee, we scanned our app, and the register gave us both prices. When she saw this, she said, "no, no, you are not getting deal!" and tried to change the price on the iced coffee! We told her we would not pay that, when there are no rules that we cannot tae advantage of both, and she left it alone. We paid in cash, and she tried to take our change and throw it in the tip jar! My husband has had this happen to him before, so he put his hand over the jar just in time, and told her no way, no how. I'd rather go out of my way to avoid this place, then to give them anymore of my money! read more

Cashiers have issues paying attention. They will ask you what they want and after you say what you'd like, you'll need to repeat your self 3 times. The donuts need work. They are sloppy and never ever have enough filling. I just paid $20 for donuts that have dry centers. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

Wow, I'm shocked by these other reviews. I go to DD about once or twice a week for coffee, and have been patronizing this particular establishment for over a year. I like to grind my own beans at home when I make coffee; while I only drink cold brew in the summer, I've never had a problem with the taste here. The service has been friendly during each visit, every time, without a single exception. It's usually quick as well: I was in and out in less than 30 seconds on Friday! I don't come in more than 2x a week, yet they remember what I usually order and offer it to me before I can even ask. I use the DD Perks app for coupons every time, and they have been nothing but patient (and once told me about a deal I somehow missed). I'll keep coming back! read more

*update* this dunkin may have had horrible staff who constantly tried to scam and cheat customers, but this dunkin is now amazing due to its new staff! the new staff is extremely nice, friendly, efficient and a 180 from the old staff. the girl who works the counter in the morning is so extremely sweet and efficient. she is friendly and generous, as opposed to the old management who looked for any way to make a quick buck by cheating and stealing customers! one time i by accidentally gave an extra dollar to her when paying. after I left the store and got in my car, I heard her voice running to me telling me I had overpaid. I insisted she keep the money as tip, but she refused, saying it was totally fine. The rest of the staff is very nice, as well, and not to mention much more efficient than the old staff. It is quite apparent that unlike the old staff, the new staff understands proper business management and how to treat customers properly. read more
